트리즈를 이용한 스케이트보드의 개발 (A Study on the Development of Skateboard by TRIZ)

  • This paper represents a study on the development of the conceptual design for a skateboard by TRIZ. At first the problems of a commercial skateboard were analyzed. And its development objective was defined in connection with the theory of the system improvement trend. The developed conceptual design was compared with a commercial skateboard. The skateboard riding action analysis with a motion capture equipment shows the developed skateboard more efficient than the commercial one.

  • This paper represents a study on the development of the conceptual design for the Skateboard by TRIZ. At first the problems of the Skateboard of the commercial Skateboard was analyzed. And its development object was defined in connection with the Improvement direction. The developed conceptual design was compared with the registered patents and practical new devices at the Korea Industrial Property Office. The Comparison shows the developed conceptual design is on the same level with the above mentioned, and the usefulness of TRIZ methodology. The Analysis with the Motion Capture equipment shows the developed Skateboard commercial efficient than commercial one.

한국 최초 IT융합 전기스케이트보드 (The First Korean-Made IT Convergence Electric Skateboard)

  • 환경 친화적인 개인 이동수단의 부상은 세계적인 추세이며, 국내최초 IT 융합 전기스케이트보드인 유스보드가 트렌드를 선도하기위해 개발되었다. 유스보드는 블루투스 v4.0 통신을 통해 유스웨어러블컨트롤러 또는 유스앱을 사용하여 원격으로 제어 가능하며, 최고 시속 25 km/h 속도를 낼 수 있고, 최대 운행 시간은 약 1.5 hr이다. 유스보드 데크 앞면에 위치한 LED 디스플레이는 라이더에게 세 가지 상태, 즉 배터리 잔량 SOC, 현재 주행속도, 그리고 제동량을 표시해 준다. 유스보드와 유스웨어러블컨트롤러 간의 실내 EMC 테스트 결과와 실외 실주행 테스트 결과가 분석되었으며, 특히 실주행 테스트로부터 타사 전기스케이트보드 대비 최대 전류를 약 15% 낮춤으로서 모터제어기의 부하 부담을 줄였다. 이러한 분석 결과들은 유스보드가 타사 전기스케이트보드들보다 작고 가볍고 저렴하며 이는 개인 이동수단으로 유용함을 나타낸다.

비포장 노면 주행을 위한 스케이트보드의 조향제어기구 설계 (Design of a Steering Control Mechanism for a Skateboard on Off-road Driving)

  • Driving performance is affected by a steering mechanism and characteristics of the ground at off-road skateboarding. In order to drive on off-road, it is necessary off-road wheel and high performance steering mechanism to adapt on various configuration of the ground. In this paper, design factors are studied to affect to steering radius such as inclination angle of a king-bolt, distance of a wheel axle, and rolling angle of a deck plate. A steering system is adhered to inclination face of the deck plate. And, inclination angle is existed between the king-bolt and the flat face of the deck plate. Therefore, the wheel axle of the steering system can be steered by control of the rolling angle of the deck plate.

성인 편마비 환자의 작업수행 중 산소소모량에 대한 연구 (A Study on Oxygen Consumption during Occupational Activities Performance of Adult Hemiplegia)

  • The purposes of this study are to quantify energy expenditure by measuring oxygen consumption while performing occupational therapy activities most commonly used for adult hemiplegia patients, to recommend a optimal dosage of exercise by comparing energy expenditure according to the recovery stage, and to suggest a precaution in the treatment of patients with cardiac disorders. According to Brunnstrom recovery stages in hand function, subjects were allocated to group I(3rd and 4th Brunnstrom recovery stages) and group II(5th and 6th Brunnstrom recovery stages). Outcome measures included oxygen consumption, energy expenditure rate, and heart rate during each activity and in recovery period after the activity. Occupational activities including sanding activity, putty activity, and skateboard activity were carried out for all patients. In sanding and putty activities, there were significant differences of oxygen consumption and energy expenditure during the activity between groupⅠandⅡ(p<0.05), but there were not significant differences of oxygen consumption, energy expenditure and heart rate in the recovery period(p>0.05). In skateboard activity, there were no significant differences in oxygen consumption, energy expenditure and heart rates between the two groups during the activity and in the recovery period(p>0.05). The findings indicates that cardiovascular demands for basic activities usually peformed for a treatment may be depended on the physical recovery of patients with hemiplegia. Therefore, therapeutic activities for patients should be selected with the great care.

스케이트보딩용 팬츠에 대한 착용실태 및 소비자 선호도 분석 - 중국 스케이트보더를 중심으로 - (Analysis of the wearing condition and consumer preference for skateboarding pants - Focusing on Chinese skateboarders -)

  • The aim of this study was to provide data to enable the development of skateboarding pants. From the Chinese skateboard club SNS, 126 skateboarders in their 20s and 30s were chosen to participate in a survey. Data was gathered using a questionnaire from May 14 to May 28, 2021, and then analyzed using SPSS 23. The results concerning production were as follows: clothing sizes are generally divided into six stages: XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. The silhouette is wide, and most pants have e-bands and normal hems. The pants are made from cotton-blend fabric, which is mostly moisture-absorbing and quick-drying. Baggy pants are preferred by skateboarders, with cotton being the most common fabric. The crotch, knees, and buttocks of pants are the least satisfying for skateboarders. When they skateboard, their ankles sustain the most injuries, followed by their knees and wrists. In the survey of consumers' preferences for skateboarding pants, different styles were rated in the following order: straight pant silhouette, ribbed knit and string waistband design; full-rise waist height, string hemline design; and ankle-high pants length (fit), fabric and design. The hygroscopicity and ventilation of the fabric are crucial considerations when purchasing pants. In terms of color, chromatic and pastel colors are most popular. In addition, some people expect new fibers to be used and expect protective equipment and pants to be integrated.
