한국 성인 남성의 의료용 압박스타킹 치수 규격 개발 (Development of Sizing System for Medical Compression Stocking of Korean Men)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the sizing system of medical compression stockings for Korean adult men in order to develop compression stockings with excellent dimensional fit reflecting the real human body data. Analyses were conducted on the raw data that the subjects consist of 19~60 aged men of Size Korea 2010 in this study. The stature and weight for the pantyhose stockings, and the ankle circumference and calf circumference for the thighs, knees, and calf support types of stockings were selected as the basic dimension items. The size interval of the pantyhose stockings were 2cm in stature and 2kg in weight. In addition, the thigh, knee, and calf support types of stockings were set with ankle circumference and calf circumference set at 1cm intervals. The designation is the same as KS pantyhose standard, S, M, L, XL. As a result, in the case of pantyhose compression stockings for men, the coverage ratio showed 97.2% in total, with 46.3% for M, 36.5% for L, 7.4% for S, and 6.9% for XL. In the case of thigh type, knee type and calf support types, the percentage of coverage was 99.96% in total, with 57.6% in M, 31.1% in L, 4.7% in S, and 1.6% in XL. The results of this study would help to improve the dimensional conformity of the medical compression stockings for Korean adult men.

  • The flow ratio in the industrial process is usually accomplished by using PID controller with series type ratio. But always the large overshoot and a long rise time may be achieved from this conventional control. These problems are involved to the inexact flow ratio control. In order to avoid this poor performance. the paper presents a designing of the two controller modes for the flow ratio plants. This proposed controller combine the lookup table technique and the well-known PID controller to obtain the fast response and low overshoot of flow ratio control. The PID controller mode will be operated when the flow ratio reaches the preset value while the lookup table technique mode is applied for initial operation. The data in tile table is calculated by the valve sizing equation and convened to the valve position control signal. The experimental results show that the transient and steady state responses of the control systems using the proposed technique can be efficiently obtained when compared with tile conventional controller.

95인승급 터보프롭 중형항공기 꼬리날개 사이징 (Tail Sizing of 95-Seat Type Turboprop Aircraft)

  • Tail wing is important to designing of civil aircrafts, because it is responsible for aircraft stability and control. Tail wing has a role in aircraft control and makes aircraft fly stably without any pilot control input. Also, designing of tail wing determine trim drag force in whole aircraft. Center of gravity(CG) of aircraft travels with various effects as placement of passenger's seats, location of cargo bay, etc. In designing horizontal tail volume, aircraft CG travel has to be considered to have margin so that it should be sized to provide adequate stability and control for the airplane's entire CG range throughout the flight envelope. Finally, it is essential to have sufficient elevator control to perform stall at forward CG for all flaps down configurations. Such stalls establish the FAR stall speed which airplane take-off and landing performance. This paper deals with the process for tail wing design regarding the aircraft CG travel and results for 95-seat type turboprop aircraft.

제주 관광객을 위한 친환경 휴양복 사이즈 구축 II (Eco Resort Wear Sizing System Targeting Jeju's Tourists II)

  • This study has analyzed body size of adult women between 20~59 years old in 2010 conducted by Size Korea and the study method is as follow. (1) Distribution ratio of bust circumference per age and distribution ratio of differences of bust drops were analyzed. (2) Analysis of one-way design of experiment was carried out for 20 items of body sizes according to differences of bust drops with regard to age groups of 20 and 40 years old in consideration of tourists who are unspecified target and for the whole ages groups. (3) Comparison analysis of 20 items of body sizes per bust circumference and according to level of differences of bust drops was carried out and (4) t-test of the two groups based on the standard of 12.5 cm of the differences of bust drops was conducted and was analyzed. Tthe differences of bust drops below 10 cm were reduced according to ages. 12.5 cm was the most in the group of ages of 20s and under 7.5 cm was reduced as ages were higher. Body items according to the differences of bust drops per ages had meaningful differences between groups except (acromion height-axilla height), height and shoulder length for the group of ages of 20s and in the whole ages groups, there was meaningful difference between groups in all items except height and shoulder length. Comparisons according to the differences of bust drops per section of 5 cm of bust circumference showed meaningful differences between groups in general in items of BMI, bust point-bust point, neck circumference, bust circumference, underbust circumference, neck point to bust point and weight. As the result of comparing the two groups of the differences of bust drops based on the standard of 12.5 cm, all had meaningful differences except stature and shoulder length.

중형저상버스 병렬형 하이브리드화를 위한 동력전달계 용량매칭 (Components sizing of powertrain for a Parallel Hybridization of the Mid-size Low-Floor Buses)

  • 그 동안 하이브리드 버스에 대한 연구로 플러그인 하이브리드, 직렬형, 병렬형 하이브리드 등에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되어져 왔다. 하지만 연구가 진행된 대부분의 차량들은 대형 버스이며 현재 국내에는 중형저상버스에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 또한 중형저상버스의 하이브리드화에 대한 연구 역시 미미한 실정이다. 본 논문은 MATLAB을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 디젤 중형저상버스의 연비 평가를 수행하였으며, 이를 하이브리드화하였을 경우에 대한 최적의 용량 조합과 기어비를 제시하고 내연기관 시뮬레이션 연비 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 하이브리드화를 위한 구조로 전륜과 후륜이 독립적으로 동력을 전달하는 병렬형 하이브리드 시스템을 선택하였다. 동력원 용량 설계를 위해 목표 성능을 만족하는 요구파워를 계산하여 적용 가능한 동력원 용량 영역을 설계하였다. 설계 영역을 만족하는 각 단품들의 용량은 스케일링하여 구성하였으며, 엔진과 모터에 대한 동력 전달계의 용량 설계 알고리즘을 제시하고 동적 계획법을 이용하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 최종적으로 본 연구를 통해 내연기관 차량인 중형저상버스를 하이브리드화하였을 경우에 대한 연비 향상률과 최적의 동력원 용량, 기어비를 제시하였다.

손 관련 인체측정자료를 이용한 한국인의 손 모양 유형 분류 및 특성 분석 (Classification and Identification of Korean Hand Shapes based on Anthropometric Hand Data Analysis)

  • In this study, the representative hand shapes for the adult Koreans were analyzed by factor analysis and cluster analyses. The analyses were conducted on the anthropometric data of 58 hand dimensions from 325 subjects having nonhomogeneous demographics. Maximum hand circumference, first phalanx length of index finger, and ratio between the two measures were the independent variables for the cluster analyses. The results of the study showed that Korean hand shapes can be divided into 2 clusters irrespective of their size for each of the male and female group. There were slight differences in component ratio of hand shapes with respect to the occupation and the age, but their differences were not statistically significant. The representative Korean hand shapes and their anthrpometric dimensions could be used to design and establish proper sizing system for various hand operating devices.

The Effect of Slenderness on the Design of Diagrid Structures

  • Diagrid structures have emerged in recent decades as an innovative solution for tube tall buildings, capable of merging structural efficiency and aesthetic quality. This paper investigates the effect of the building slenderness (grossly quantified by means of the aspect ratio, i.e., the ratio between the height and the plan dimension) on the structural behavior and on the optimal design parameters of diagrid tall buildings. For this purpose, building models with different slenderness values are designed by adopting preliminary design criteria, based on strength or stiffness demands; in addition, a design method based on a sizing optimization process that employs genetic algorithms is also proposed, with the aim to compare and/or refine the results obtained with simplified approaches.

착용 기능성 개선을 위한 유방 형태별 브래지어 치수체계 설정 (Classification of Size System of Brassiere According to the breast types for Improvement of the Wearing Comfort)

  • This study was peformed to establish the standard size system to be required for the production of brassiere. The subject were 155 Korean twenties-aged women and were directly measured anthropometrically. From 27 measurements, 5 factors were extracted through factor analysis. The accumulative contribution ratio is 76.92%. Factor 1 indicates the degree of obesity around the chest, factor 2 is the drooping degree of breast, factor 3 is the contours and prominence, factor 4 is the breast breadth and breadth of bust point, factors 5 is the volume of breast. The subject were classified into 3 cluster as their breast types through cluster analysis. Type 1 is the closest to the ideal breast shape and not too droopy. This group belonged to 75A. Type 2 has small breast and belonged to 70AA group. Type 3 is the obesest and has the biggest and droopy breast. This group belonged to 75B. The distribution of size of brassiere had 3 sections from 70 to 80 showing a rate of 81.94% and the sin of the cup had 4 sections from AAA cup to B cup showing a rate of 89.70%. The production ratio of each brassiere size, it was found that the brassiere size of highest production ratio was 75A(16.39%) in type 1,70AA(16.27%) in type 2, and 75B(13.72%) in type 3. This suggests that it is necessary to adjust for the production rate of brassieres.

패킷 손실률에 기반한 효율적인 TCP Buffer Tuning 알고리즘 (An Efficient TCP Buffer Tuning Algorithm based on Packet Loss Ratio(TBT-PLR))

  • 기존 TCP 기술은 송${\cdot}$수신측에 각각 고정된 크기의 버퍼를 할당하기 때문에 높은 대역폭(High-Bandwidth) 및 큰 전송지연(High Delay)을 가진 통신에는 적합하지 못하다. 따라서 종단간의 TCP 처리량을 개선하기 위해 통신망 상황에 따라 자동으로 TCP 버퍼를 조절하려는 시도가 있어왔다. ATBT(Automatic TCP Buffer Tuning)에서 송신측은 현재의 혼잡 제어 윈도우(CWND)의 값에 따라 송신 버퍼 크기를 조절하고 수신측은 운영체제가 정해ens 최대 크기의 TCP 버퍼 값으로 수신 버퍼 크기를 고정한다. DRS(Dynamic Right Sizing) 에서는 이전에 수신한 TCP 데이터의 두 배를 현재 송신할 TCP 데이터라고 예측함으써, TCP 수신측은 단순히 이에 따라 수신 버퍼 크기를 동적으로 변화시킨다. 그렇지만 TCP 세그먼트의 손실 가능성으로 인해 정확히 두 배로 버퍼 크기를 변화시킬 필요는 없다. 따라서 우리가 제안한 패킷 손실률에 기반한 효율적인 TCP 버퍼 조절 알고리즘(TBT-PLR:TCP Buffer Tuning Algorithm based on Packet Loss Ratio)은 TCP 송신측에는 ATBT 방법을 TCP 수신측에는 TBT-PLR 방법을 적용하였다. 실제 TCP 성능을 테스트하기 위해서 리눅스 커널 2.4.18을 수정하여 구현하였으며 기존의 고정된 크기의 TCP 버퍼를 가진 경우와 버퍼 크기가 동적으로 변하는 TBT-PLR을 적용한 경우를 비교하였다. 결과적으로, TCP 연결들간의 균형있는 메모리 사용으로 인해 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있었다.

구리밀봉 증기발생기의 열적크기 계산을 위한 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Computer Program for Thermal Sizing of a Copper Bonded Steam Generator)

  • 구리밀봉 증기발생기의 열적크기 계산을 위한 1차원 열수력코드를 개발하였다. 고온 및 저온측 전열관사이의 구리의 열전도는 1차원으로 가정하고, 전열관 피치의 함수로 열저항을 구하였다 물/증기측 유동영역은 아냉, 포화핵비등, 포화막비등, 과열영역의 4 구간으로 구분하였다. 매개변수 연구를 위한 전열관 갯수는 250에서 3500이며, P/D비율은 각각1.4, 1.6, 1.8로 하였다. 계산결과, 전열관 갯수가 2500일 때 전열관 길이는 약 12 m, 직경은 약 3 m이다. P/D를 증가시키면 구리에 의한 열저항 성분이 증가하지만 전열관 길이는 큰 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다.
