A pre-fire awareness and automatic notification system are required because it is possible to minimize the damage if the fire situation is precisely detected after a fire occurs in a place where people are unusual or in a mountainous area. In this study, we developed a RaspberryPi-based fire recognition system using Faster-recurrent convolutional neural network (F-RCNN) and single shot multibox detector (SSD) and demonstrated a fire alarm system that works with power line communication. Image recognition was performed with a pie camera of RaspberryPi, and the detected fire image was transmitted to a monitoring PC through an inductive power line communication network. The frame rate per second (fps) for each learning model was 0.05 fps for Faster-RCNN and 1.4 fps for SSD. SSD was 28 times faster than F-RCNN.

To use the system safely in cyberspace, you need to use a security solution that is appropriate for your situation. In order to strengthen cyber security, it is necessary to accurately understand the flow of security from past to present and to prepare for various future threats. In this study, information security words of security/hacking news of Naver News which is reliable by using text mining were collected and analyzed. First, we checked the number of security news articles for the past seven years and analyzed the trends. Second, after confirming the security/hacking word rankings, we identified major concerns each year. Third, we analyzed the word of each security solution to see which security group is interested. Fourth, after separating the title and the body of the security news, security related words were extracted and analyzed. The fifth confirms trends and trends by detailed security solutions. Lastly, annual revenue and security word frequencies were analyzed. Through this big data news analysis, we will conduct an overall awareness survey on security solutions and analyze many unstructured data to analyze current market trends and provide information that can predict the future.

Open access is a paradigm whereby the electronic versions of scholarly publications are made freely accessible without any restrictions. It is actively promoted globally and is also promoted domestically in accordance with this global trend. However, there is a growing need to evaluate existing activities and to seek policies for the steady spread of open access. This study examines the necessity of switching to a national repository from existing institutional repositories through policy direction analysis of open repositories. We examined domestic open access policies by analysing various overseas cases and the situation in South Korea. Finally, we determined the validity of investment in a national repository by analysing its social and economic impacts using the modified Solow-Swan model. The main parameters for applying the modified Solow-Swan model were estimated, and the domestic research and development expenditure was predicted via a regression method. Then, we applied a range of rate of returns to research and development (10% to 50%) to various scenarios and examined the effects of increasing accessibility and efficiency by 1% to 10%. We found that the implementation of a national open access repository in South Korea would have a substantial impact (to the tune of 147 billion won), without considering the potential costs of such a repository. Based on the estimates of the social and economic impact of a national repository, the implementation of a national open access repository in South Korea is economically viable. Besides having beneficial social and economic impacts, a national repository is expected to enhance awareness of open access among Korean researchers and institutions.

Is this paper, We propose to examined the relationship between advertising attributes and brand preference, consumer psychological repulsion, and consumer happiness. Due to the infinite competition between the companies, they are experiencing significant difficulties in operation. In this situation, effective advertising is obviously a very important means to overcome the difficulties of operation. Therefore, in order to maximize the advertising effect, sufficient awareness of the advertisement property and the production and exposure of the advertisement based on it can be very important. As such, the purpose of this study is to verify the effect of indirect advertising appearing on entertainment programs on consumers' preference for brands and their psychological resistance, and to verify the effect of consumers' preference for brands and psychological backlash on consumer happiness. In addition, the exposure pattern of indirect advertisement is intended to verify whether there is a control effect between the nature of the advertisement and the brand preference and psychological backlash. A total of 209 questionnaires were distributed to consumers who viewed program in order to achieve the purpose of this study. For empirical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation model, and multimodal simultaneous comparison analysis were performed using SPSS V. 22.0 and AMOS V. 22.0. The results of the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, advertising attributes have a significant effect on brand preference. Second, the hypothesis that advertising attributes have a significant effect on psychological repulsiveness of consumers is partially adopted. Third, brand preference and psychological repulsion have a significant effect on consumer happiness. Fourth, we confirmed the moderating effect of PPL expression form in ad property, brand preference, and psychological repulsion. Based on these findings, we presented the implications, limitations and future research directions of the study.

As the change in social awareness regarding cats is consistent with the lifestyle of modern people who seek an independent life, the number of cats owned as a pet and its market will continue to increase. The compainion animals are not just pets to pet owners, but people communicate with their pets and the pets have begun to be recognized as a member of their family. Although the pet industry has been steadily growing and the number of cats owned by households is rapidly increasing, there is a lack of study on products based on understanding the characteristics and behavior of cats. The purpose of this study is to propose a versatile furniture design considering the behavior characteristics of cats. The versatile furniture that is easy to move and rearrange according to necessity and the environment of residential space always pays to make better use of the space. We would like to propose versatile furniture that can satisfy the aesthetic pleasures of cats and can be used as furniture at the same time depending on purpose and situation. This study aims to develop the design of furniture that can make a better environment for pets and pet owners, an it is expected to be a basic study of furniture design for them.

In this study, we analyzed the learning elements and achievement standards, and explored the appropriateness and hierarchy of content were analyzed related to the nine types of traditional astronomical instruments presented in the traditional science unit of the History of Science course to improve the problematic situation in which students show low selection rates for the History of Science, one of the elective courses in high school science. Based on the results of this analysis, we suggested ways to utilize each astronomical instrument for teaching and learning in science curriculum with different grade bands. Using the results of this study as a starting point, if a follow-up study that develops specific achievement standards or inquiry activities related to traditional astronomical instruments can be conducted, students' awareness of Korean traditional science culture can be improved, and furthermore it is expected to increase the student's selection rate for the History of Science course.

As interest in the high-potential Chinese beauty market is growing, understanding the disposition of Chinese consumers different from Korea is becoming more important for successful entry into the Chinese market. This study attempted to compare differences in beauty shop selection attributes between Korean and Chinese consumers. In order to achieve this research purpose, the beauty shop selection attribute was classified into five components: environmental attribute, structural attribute, external attribute, awareness, and service attribute. Survey responses were collected from 162 Chinese and 111 Koreans, respectively, and empirical analysis was conducted. Both Chinese and Koreans had significant relationships between environmental attribute, service attribute and satisfaction, but the relationship between the remaining attributes and satisfaction were not significant. In addition, significant differences exist between Chinese and Koreans in the relationship between environmental attribute, service attribute and satisfaction. The results of this study can help companies to establish and operate a higher quality beauty shop based on understanding the situation and characteristics of each country in the fierce competition in the beauty market.

This study was started on the premise that it was necessary to analyze the users and their needs of the national bibliography in order to develop a new national bibliographic service strategy. Based on this premise, the main purpose of this study is to analyze the users' situation and needs on the Korean national bibliography, and to establish a new service strategy that reflects the user's perspective. In addition, it has a secondary purpose to find the basis for justifying the value and persistence of the national bibliography from user. To this end, first, identified the main user groups of national bibliography through literature and case studies. The data were collected from a interview with 51 people from 4 groups (librarian, researcher, publishing distributor, end user) that are expected to use national bibliography. As a result of the interview, it was possible to confirm very low awareness and utilization of the national bibliography. In addition, the interview results revealed that there is a need for improvement in terms of the method of operating the national bibliography, the content to be provided, and service.

The development of autopilot system and flight management system (FMS) equipment in today's aircraft navigation can be attributed to the reduction of pilots' workload and the navigation safety. The effect of autopilot and FMS equipment is greater, especially in heavy airport traffic or complicated of the departure. However, some airport specific departure procedures result in an uncommanded turn event due to an error in the FMS, causing aircraft to deviate from the center line of the route. With most departure procedures requiring area navigation (RNAV) operation, pilot situation awareness and corrective action are the only ways to minimize aircraft deviation to maintain the safety of area navigation. Through analysis of the occurrence status of the uncommended turn event by aircraft type, airport and flight phase, and comparative analysis of the survey results of foreign airlines and the airlines self-reduction plan with the aircraft manufacturer's corrective action, it is intended to give implications for the need for more fundamental measures to prevent recurrence of such events.

Background: Although the orofacial-function improvement exercise (OFIE; oral exercise) was first introduced in Korea 10 years prior, it is still not covered by medical insurance, and no detailed survey on the dissemination of related programs has been conducted. Therefore, this study investigated the actual status of the education and practice of OFIE among the elderly and at elderly welfare institutions in the Seoul and Gyeonggi Provinces. Methods: Senior citizens aged more than 65 years old, public health centers (total of 69) and elderly welfare institutions (including nursing homes and elderly welfare centers, total of 56) per administrative area in the Seoul and Gyeonggi Provinces were targeted. We analyzed 200 elderly people and 93 institutions who agreed to participate in the survey. For the elderly, general characteristics, experience and route, current practice, and necessity regarding OFIE were investigated. For institutions, the history and plan of education programs on OFIE were investigated. Results: Regardless of the general characteristics, both the rate of experience and practice for OFIE were low overall; moreover, although they felt it was necessary, they had insufficient motivation for its implementation. Moreover, only a few institutions which were operating the education about OFIE regardless of the COVID-19 situation. Conclusion: Although OFIE is necessary for the elderly, its distribution remains insufficient. Therefore, further efforts are needed to expand the education and raise the awareness of oral exercise among elderly individuals and senior welfare institutions.
