An Aerial video summarization is not only the key to effective browsing video within a limited time, but also an embedded cue to efficiently congregative situation awareness acquired by unmanned aerial vehicle. Different with previous works, we utilize sensor operation mode of unmanned aerial vehicle, which is global, local, and focused surveillance mode in order for accurately summarizing the aerial video considering flight and surveillance/reconnaissance environments. In focused mode, we propose the moving-react tracking method which utilizes the partitioning motion vector and spatiotemporal saliency map to detect and track the interest moving object continuously. In our simulation result, the key frames are correctly detected for aerial video summarization according to the sensor operation mode of aerial vehicle and finally, we verify the efficiency of video summarization using the proposed mothed.

According to studies of many language education researchers including R. Ellis, a representative English education specialist, it is an effective and important method to improve the authenticity of English by learning a foreign language repeatedly in learner's actual situation. In this paper, we propose a foreign language learning service combined with context-awareness service, and develop foreign language learning contents which improves the authenticity of English learning based on the service. This approach is based on a study on digital education contents that helps learners to acquire a foreign language in an unconscious state in their real environment and a study to analyze the empirical characteristics of users based on real-time multi-sensed data.

This study looked into the procedures of and the status on the implementation of the new 7th national curriculum at the elementary school level. It examined the processes taken by the local boards of education in due course of facilitating the schools with the new curriculum implementation. More specifically the study examined, 1) the degree to which the particular innovation(i.e., student-centered, flexible and autonomous school-based curriculum, etc.) is being implemented as planned; and 2) how it is being implemented. It conducted a situation-oriented analysis in cooperation with three local boards of education. Classroom observations, teacher interviews, questionnaires for teachers and supervisors were utilized and the three major criteria of interpreting the result were the three core concepts of the 7th national curriculum, that is, the degree of '(1) reorganization, (2)student-centeredness and (3)diversification/ specialization' of the curriculum. Detailed documentation on the processes of the local bureaus of education and on the classroom practices are made in order to provide schools and policy makers with relevant and practical suggestions for further improvement of curriculum implementation. Ultimately, The greater the awareness of the intention of the new curriculum on the part of both the staff at the local school boards and teachers, the greater the degree of implementation. And the higher the quality of planning to meet problems, the greater the degree of implementation. Continuous efforts are needed to involve teachers in the process of curriculum implementation. The greater the active support of the teachers, the greater the degree of implementation.

With the development of ubiquitous computing and the construction of infrastructure for one-to-one personalized services, the importance of context-aware services based on user's situation and environment is being spotlighted. The smart home technology connects real space and virtual space, and converts situations in reality into information in a virtual space, and provides user-oriented intelligent services using this information. In this paper, we proposed the discovery of the behavior sequence pattern using the mining in the smart home. We discovered the behavior sequence pattern by using mining to add time variation to the association rule between locations that occur in location transactions. We can predict the path or behavior of user according to the recognized time sequence and provide services accordingly. To evaluate the performance of behavior consequence pattern using mining, we conducted sample t-tests so as to verify usefulness. This evaluation found that the difference of satisfaction by service was statistically meaningful, and showed high satisfaction.

Many modern movies and animations rely heavily on CG (computer graphics). The use of CG has made it possible to produce beyond the limits of visual expression. There has also been an increase in technical and artistic efforts to create new and high quality CGs. Look development is the process of modifying and creating shaders and renderings in 3D to produce CGI (computer-generated imagery) that meets the director's intentions. However, small production or projects may have relatively little or no awareness of look development in the production pipeline. The problems that can occur when look development is not preceded are classified into three categories. first, the shader may react differently under the same lighting conditions. Second, there can be a problem in communication between workers. Third, there is a waste of not promising a look for a given situation. As a way to avoid these problems I studied by creating consistency by the look development system. In the limitation that make it difficult for small studios to do look development because of small workers, time and cost, it is meaningful to study and present a simple look development process that can be carried out by individual or small production.

Rabies virus is transmitted most commonly through a bite from an infected dog. Especially, stray dogs that are not excluded from contact with rabid wild animals can become rabies vectors. Therefore, serological survey of rabies virus from stray dogs in Seoul Metropolitan City was carried out in this study. To investigate prevalence of rabies antibodies in the stray dogs, serum samples were taken from 500 stray dogs between April and December 2010. Antibodies to rabies virus were detected by indirect ELISA. Of 500 tested sera, 147 (29.4%) were positive to rabies virus. Prevalence rates of rabies antibodies(PRRA) in northern and southern Han river region of Seoul were 26.4% and 33.2% respectively. PRRA in male and female dogs were 33.6% and 26.1% respectively. PRRA in less than 1 year, 1~2< years, 2~3< years, 3~5< years, 5~10< years and over 10 years old dogs were 12.7%, 21.6%, 26.4%, 36.4%, 32.5% and 46.4%, respectively. These results indicates that antibody seroprevalence to rabies is still not enough to prevent rabies and rabies vaccination is required to enhance the seroprevalence in the dogs. To improve the situation, measures to raise public awareness of rabies and its prevention is needed. Also, reducing stray dogs and keeping companion animals from contact with wild animals are indispensable for the prevention of rabies.

Sleepiness is associated with many different conditions and, as a neglected topic, it can be the cause of serious psychological and social disadvantages. In the aspect of learning, additional problems may arise from poor progress in school caused by the effect of sleepiness on concentration, memory, and other cognitive functions. Narcolepsy is by no means the most common cause of excessive sleepiness. Nonetheless, it is not a rarity, especially in young people. The non-specific nature of early features of narcolepsy, combined with very limited awareness that the condition can start in various ways, leads to many misinterpretations. Misinterpretation of narcolepsy symptoms is not confined to the medical profession. Teachers may well be critical of a student with narcolepsy because of their perception of narcolepsy symptoms as laziness, poor motivation, or difficult behavior and dull learning ability. Inappropriate reactions by parents, teachers, and peers, based on misinterpretation of narcolepsy symptoms or the patient's reactions to them, make a difficult situation worse. Especially in Korea, where schooling is focused on college entrance examinations, the problem is very serious and intensified by inappropriate or delayed diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, psychiatrists should be aware that narcolepsy in young adolescents is not rare and that they need to be familiar with its clinical features in both its classic and less obvious forms. Narcolepsy should be suspected if a adolescent's excessive sleepiness can not be explained in other ways. Therefore, we report on two patients who portray the tendency of dull learning ability and are mistaken as idle students. We diagnosed narcolepsy through polysomnography and multiple sleep latency testing. We treated the students with methylphenidate and pemolin. The students showed improvement in learning ability and were able to adapt better to school.

The policy of the Ministry of education through the social awareness and issues are being changed. Accordingly, in response to the school building which also has to be changed. This study is Low-floor(1~2 floor) for high accessibility, important management and a lot of locomotion. This study is analysis by floor of newly established schools in Chungbuk. Facility and space on the possible low-floor situated are classified administrative zone, health zone, student support + local exchange zone, STEAM(creativity, personality) supporting zone. The administrative area includes administration office, principal's office and board rooms. The administrative zone is located against schoolyard. Because it is possible visual control of schoolyard. also it controls visitor access so it is placed near main entrance. Health zone is located near a special class, counseling center and wee class for emergency situation. and is located near schoolyard for visual control. Student support + local exchange area includes library and computer lab, audio-visual room, auditorium or gymnasium. It put more emphasis resident welfare, culture and education. So it opens for local residents. It is located center of few stories or near entrance. STEAM(creativity, personality) supports science lab, art room, family room. It is possible such a theory class, experience class and indoor and outdoor class. It is located few floors. This study is used as a reference for school building projects planing.

The 4th Industrial Revolution has been rapidly changing the environment of all industries and the new technologies as included in the 4th Industrial Revolution has taken the lead in this change. Domestic SME need to change according to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Specially, it is necessary to introduce smart factories to the SME. Thus, this study suggests strategies for successful introduction of smart factories to SME through SWOT analysis about the situation of the SME. As strategies for utilizing its strengths, first, it is an activation through superior competitiveness. Second, the utilization of excellent technology and information is considered. Third, it is suggested to utilize global network-based environment. The strategies for making up for weakness are provided as follows. First, it is suggested to raise awareness of information security. Second, it is considered to establish technical standardization for the construction of evaluation system. Third, the promotion of manpower to secure professional manpower is suggested. The implication of this study is that it suggests the necessity of smart factory to understand and prepare for effective strategies for SME and various external strategies for the fourth industrial revolution.

The purpose of this study is to promote the artistic value and formative aesthetic of clothes in daily life through a proposal of inventive fashion design by utilizing Depaysement of Surrealism, which visualizes a more realistically and more specifically than fact in illogical and unfamiliar situation, Focused on details of Korean traditional costume silhouette. The method of this study, the literature and existing researches related to Depaysement were analyzed through theoretical review for establish the expressive techniques of Depaysement expressed in contemporary fashion. Conclusions from this study are as follows: first, the expressive techniques of Depaysement are derived that are 'change of scale', 'change of materials', 'combination of heterogeneous objects', 'arrangement of object in a strange space', 'overlapped object', 'paradoxical image', 'variable awareness of boundary.' Second, expressive techniques of Depaysement present a new methodology which can express an irrational thinking, which is not controled by reason such as unconsciousness, dream, and fantasy etc, in a way that is easier and more realistic rather than thinking centered on an art which is ruled by consciousness. Third, unique and free-form fashion design, which destroys a general idea, was could develop by using abundant materials and composing items borrowed various silhouette for expressive the techniques of Depaysement. Forth, Through this study, the concept of Korean fashion design, that was limited by the standard form when we approach Korean fashion design as identity of social culture, ideology of reflection and expression, object of commercial expression, was could think outside of the box.
