The purpose of this study is to analyze whether service quality and perceived risk have an effect on purchase intention and satisfaction of the fashion merchandise in internet shopping malls. To this end, a survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30 in 2005, among married women aged in their 20s and 30s, on their purchase experience of fashion merchandise from internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted over the internet with 306 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, the service quality factors were determined to be reliability, responsibility, ease of transaction, order convenience, and site characteristics. Perceived risk factors were determined to be merchandise risk, information exposure risk, social psychological risk, and function risk. Second, service quality factors of responsibility, ease of transaction, order convenience, site characteristics and perceived risk factor of social psychological risk had an effect on internet purchase intention of the fashion merchandise. Greater site use convenience, lower price, simpler ordering, and lower social psychological risk were all positively correlated with higher internet purchase intention of fashion merchandise. Third, nice quality factors and social psychological risk had an effect on satisfaction degree in internet shopping.

정부의 지속적인 사회간접시설의 건설로 많은 대형공공공사가 발주되고 있으며, 이에 따라 많은 건설 클레임이 발생되고 있으며, 그 .중에서도 현장여건상이 클레임은 발생가능성이 높은 부분이다. 특히 현장여건상이 클레임은 여타 클레임과 달리 공사 초기에 발생하여 여타의 클레임보다 큰 손실을 초래할 수 있으므로 이에 대한 예방방안의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내의 대형공공공사 중 일괄공사계약으로 발주된 공사에서 발생한 현장여건상이 클레임의 원인을 분석하고, 향후 이러한 클레임을 예방할 수 있는 예방방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 예방방안으로는 첫째 수급자의 입찰관행 개선, 둘째 수급자의 현장조사 책임한계 정립, 셋째 발주자의 면책조항 재검토 그리고 마지막으로 계약금액 조정의 유연성을 확보하기 위한 방안 등을 제시하고 있다. 또한 상기의 예방방안에 대한 단·장기적 대안도 제시했다. 이러한 예방방안들은 발주자와 수급자 사이에서 현장여건상이 클레임의 해결에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Since the recently established obligation to implement safety and health measures for specialized workers as outlined in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) for nine occupations in January 2020 and five occupations in November 2021, there is a need to verify and inspect the on-site operation of related systems. After a comprehensive fact-finding survey and risk factor analysis, it is necessary to examine the responsibility for on-site safety and preventive measures, along with the roles and responsibilities of specialized workers. Stakeholder analysis is essential to identify the fundamental problems related to the responsibility stipulated in the purpose of OSHA and to explore the entity responsible for implementing safety measures. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss the topic of implementation based on legal standards for on-site safety and preventive measures. Additionally, we develop a role model for appropriate safety measures, outlining the dynamic relationship between those who provide labor and those who provide labor in the context of specialized workers.

This study investigated service quality perception, purchase satisfaction, recommendation intention, and switching intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted from February 7 to 21 in 2011, and 294 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result of the service quality perception of internet fashion consumers was classified by site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, product diversity, responsibility, security, and order convenience. There were significant differences in the site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, responsibility, and security of service quality perception by the types of internet shopping malls. In addition, the factors of service quality perception that could affect the purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers showed differently according to the types of internet shopping malls. The purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers influenced the recommendation intention in all types of internet shopping malls and the purchase satisfaction influenced the switching intention in fashion specialized internet shopping malls.

The aim of this study is to survey and analyze the safety perception and attitude of the construction managers for the purpose of contributing to the construction industry accident prevention by inducing safety behaviors of managers. The data analysis found that there were significant differences on safety perception and attitude depending on job positions. This survey found that job position and career affect the safety perception and attitude of manager. Further analysis revealed job position has more an effect on it than career. Therefore, in order to improve the safety perception and attitude of managers, it is effective to put managers more responsibility on safety.

Domestic plant construction sites have a tendency to become bigger, more various and complicated. Moreover frequency of industrial incident is increasing due to short project period, coexistence work condition and using heavy construction equipment. Installing safety facilities and safety training contribute to prevent incident. But mostly incident happens due to workers' unsafe action and wrong work method. Technically, it is very difficult for us to closely manage workers preventing incident. Therefore, the role of foreman who ordinarily works together with his workers is considered more important. Specific execution plan was drawn through industrial incident statistics from Ministry of Labor and questionnaire survey to interest parties(supervisor, safety staff and foreman). If foreman has raised sense of belonging and responsibility by conducting practical safety training for his workers, manages job site and receives proper compensation for these roles, it will be expected that it fully influences incident decrease.

Recently, the importance of disaster prevention has emerged as serious accidents have occurred frequently, in which workers died or seriously injured at industrial sites. In response, the government enacted the 'Act on the Punishment of Major Disasters' to strengthen the responsibility, punishment intensity, and regulation of business owners for accidents at the site. In particular, the construction industry accounts for a large proportion of serious accidents, so safety levels need to be raised through on-site management. This study aims to reduce the occurrence of disasters at construction sites and to improve the work efficiency of safety managers. To derive detailed elements of the safety manager's work, domestic and overseas cases were investigated. The derived items were analyzed for the difficulty and preventive effects of the work through a survey of experts, and they will contribute to disaster prevention by presenting tasks to be focused and suggesting ways to improve inefficient tasks.

Risk-based security impact evaluation may be affected by various factors according to numerous combinations of explosive devices, cutting devices, impact vehicles, and specific attack location to consider. Presently, in planning and design phases, designers are still often uncertain of their responsibility, lack of information and training of security. Therefore, designers are still failing to exploit the potential to reduce threats on site. In this study, the concept of security impact assessment is introduced in order to derive the performing design for safety in design phase. For this purpose, a framework for security impact assessment model using risk-based approach for bridge structures is suggested. The suggested model includes of information survey, classification of terror threats, and quantitative estimation of severity and occurrence.

If the participants in construction site safety management perform their duties in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the burden on safety managers would be minimal. However, the lack of specific work guidelines for each participating entity and the greater responsibility of the safety and health general manager than the management supervisor have resulted in safety managers' workload being increased due to the problem of management supervisors' neglect of safety management. In this study, we conducted a survey of the safety manager's duties and related documents during the construction project initiation, early stages, ongoing work, and disaster occurrence/investigation, and conducted interviews to improve and enhance the division of duties.

The number of accidents is raising every year and severity is also increasing. A lot of studies are interested in the leading indicator such as safety culture or safety audit to reduce accidents. In particular, the studies on safety awareness are actively conducted. However, these studies showed that there was consciousness of scapegoatism which to pass responsibility of accident causes to others regardless of safety awareness. It means that there are probability about overestimating and making light of unsafe condition and act which have to manage and control. Eventually, the direct causes which lead to the fatal accident may be consistently arisen. Nevertheless, researches about consciousness of scapegoatism are shortage. Therefore, this study proposed the means to investigate the relationship between consciousness of scapegoatism and accidents through report from KOSHA and conducts the survey with suggested means. This paper will contribute to prevent accidents by identifying relationship between consciousness of scapegoatism and accidents.
