열처리조건이 두 NASICON 조성의 소결 및 전기적특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Heat-treatment Condition on the Characteristics of Sintering and Electrical Behaviors of Two NASICON Compounds)

  • Effects of sintering temperature and time on the phase formation, the characteristics of sintering and electrical behaviors of NASICON compounds with Na3Zr2Si2PO12 and Na3.2Zr1.3Si2.2P0.8O10.5 compositions synthesized by solid state reaction were investigated. Maximum relative densities of 96% and 91% were obtained for Na3Zr2Si2PO12 and Na3.2Zr1.3Si2.2P0.8O10.5 compounds, respectively. Complex impedance analysis in a frequency range below 4 MHz was performed to measure the ionic conductivity and migration barrier height of the compounds at RT-30$0^{\circ}C$. The maximum ionic conductivity and the minimum migration barrier height were 0.45 ohm-1cm-1 and 0.07 eV, respectively. The migration barrier height of the high temperature form (space group : R3c) is about 30-40% of that of the low temperature form (space group : C2/c) in two NASICON compounds. Ionic conductivity increases with increasing sinterability, and the presence of glass phase in Na3.2Zr1.3Si2.2P0.8O10.5 compounds lowers significantly ionic conductivity at temperatures above 14$0^{\circ}C$.

  • In this paper, we have investigated the sintering of the organometallic silver electronic ink. We have changed the sintering temperature from 100 to $300^{\circ}C$ in the various atmospheres. The sheet resistance was abruptly changed at the temperature range between 115 and $120^{\circ}C$, due to the f of the crystalline silver resulting from the dissociation of Ag complex, which phenomenon has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The grain sizes of Ag films were about 50nm and 70nm at the sintering temperatures of 115 and $150^{\circ}C$, respectively.

  • Copper is a promising electronic material due to low cost and high electrical conductivity. However, the oxidation problem in an ambient condition makes a crucial issue in practical applications. In here, we developed a simple and cost-effective Cu patterning method on a flexible PET film by combining a solution processable Cu nanoparticle patterning and a low temperature post-processing using acetic acid treatment, laser sintering process and acid-assisted laser sintering process. Acid-assisted laser sintering processed Cu electrode showed superior characteristics in electrical, mechanical and chemical stability over other post-processing methods. Finally, the Cu electrode was applied to the flexible electronics applications such as flexible and transparent heaters and touch screen panels.

  • The effects of pre-sintering and infiltration conditions on the electrical and physical properties of Cu-Cr contact material have been studied. Specimens were prepared by infiltration technique, aiming at the final composition of Cu50w%Cr, with varying pre-sintering and infiltration conditions. It showed that increased pre-sintering temperature had a little influence on the final microstructure of Cu-Cr contact material, but improved the surface morphology of Cr-skeleton resulting in better wettability in the followed infiltration process. It also showed that Cr grain growth and gram shape change became prominent with increasing infiltration temperature and time.

  • The formation of oxide superconducting phase fabrication of superconducting wire materials and fabrication of precise superconducting material were studied for developing superconductor application technique. The $ZrO_2$ addition reduced the particle size $BaZrO_3$ trapped in the matrix after the sintering growth. The added $ZrO_2$ was converted to fine particles of $BaZrO_3$ which is the conventional sintering temperature for YBaCuO, $Y_2Ba_1Cu_1O_5$ and CuO are formed as by products of the reaction between $ZrO_2$ and YBaCuO phase. The formation of highly $BaZrO_3$ particle appears to be responsible for the refinement of $BaZrO_3$ phase after the citric acid sintering process.

  • 제철공정에서 발생하는 각종 분진 및 Sludge류는 미세한 입도와 Zn, Alkali의 높은 농도 때문에 소절공정에의 직접활용이 곤란하다. 이러한 성분 및 입도상의 문제를 극복하기 위하여 이들 폐기물로부터 새로운 Flux를 개발하여 철광석 소결공정에 적용하였다. 소결 Dust와 석회석 Sludge를 혼합 예비소성하여 얻은 Calcium ferrite를 새로운 Flux로써 철광석의 소결에 적용한 결과 소결 생산성을 향상시키고 소결광의 상온강도를 개선하는 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • This paper describes a Plasma Assisted Debinding and Sintering (PADS) equipment, which has been designed to process Metal Injection Molded (MIM) components. The use of a hybrid system combining a glow discharge with a conventional heating system makes debinding and sintering of MIM components, in the same heating cycle, a feasible industrial process. Characteristics as density, carbon content and mechanical properties are similar to traditionally processed MIM materials. The reduction of energy and gas consumption and shorter lead-times are economic advantages of PADS system. The clean environment of PADS is also an ecological advantage.

  • Molybdenum, valued for its high melting point and exceptional physical and chemical properties, is studied in diverse fields such as electronics, petrochemicals, and aviation. Among molybdenum oxides, molybdenum dioxide stands out for its higher electrical conductivity than other transition metal oxides due to its structural characteristics, exhibiting metallic properties. It is applied as pellets to gas sensors, semiconductors, and secondary batteries for its properties. Thus, research on molybdenum dioxide compaction and pressureless sintering is necessary, yet research on pressureless sintering is currently insufficient. This study synthesized MoO3 powder via solution combustion synthesis and reduced it using the 3% hydrogen/argon gas mixture to investigate the effect of reduction temperature on the powder. Additionally, the reduced powder was compacted and subjected to pressureless sintering with temperature as a variable. The density and the microstructure of brown parts were analyzed and discussed.

저온 소결용 NTC 서미스터의 제조 및 특성 (Fabrication and characteristics of NTC thermistor for low temperature sintering)

  • 저온에서 소성이 가능한 NTC 서미스터의 제조를 위해 $Mn_{1.85}Ni_{0.25}Co_{0.9}O_4$ 기본 조성의 NTC 서미스터의 전기적 특성에 미치는 무연계 프릿트(frit)와 $RuO_2$ 첨가의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 기본 NTC 조성에 프릿트를 10 wt% 첨가하여 $1000^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 시편의 소결특성이 프릿트를 첨가하지 않고 $1200^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 시편과 유사하였다. 그러나 프릿트의 첨가량이 증가할수록 전기저항과 B 정수는 높게 나타났다. 저항을 낮추기 위해 프릿트를 10 wt% 첨가한 조성에 $RuO_2$를 0, 2, 5 wt% 첨가하여 $1000{\sim}1200^{\circ}C$에서 소결하여 NTC 서미스터를 제조 한 후 소결 및 전기적 특성을 측정하였다. $RuO_2$ 첨가량이 많을수록 전기저항과 B 정수는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나, $RuO_2$를 5 wt% 첨가하여 $1000^{\circ}C$의 소결온도에서 소결한 소결체가 저항이 가장 낮았고 이후 소결온도 증가에 따라 저항은 오히려 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 기본 NTC 조성에 10 wt%의 프릿트와 5 wt%의 $RuO_2$를 첨가하여 $1000^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 NTC 서미스터가 프릿트를 첨가하지 않은 기본 조성의 NTC를 $1200^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 경우와 소결특성과 전기적 특성이 유사하였다.

단일상 ZrB$_{2 }$ 및 ZrB$_{2 }$- ZrC 복합체의 소결특성 (Sintering characteristics of monolithic ZrB$_{2 }$ and ZrB$_{2 }$-ZrC composit)

  • 상압 소결법(pressureless sintering)법을 이용하여 희토류 원소인 lanthanum neodymium을 소결조제로서 첨가하여 단일상 ZrB$_{2 }$및 ZrB$_{2 }$ and ZrB$_{2 }$-ZrC 복합제를 제조하여 그 소결거동과 미세구조에 대하여 X-선회절분석, 주사전자현미경(SEM)을 이용하여 조사하였다. 소결체의 특성은, 단일상 ZrB$_{2 }$의 경우 $2200^{\circ}C$에서 La 1wt%가 첨가된 경우에 상대밀도 96% 정도의 고밀도 소결체를 얻을 수 있었으며, ZrB$_{2 }$ and ZrB$_{2 }$-ZrC 복 합체의 경우 소결 조제를 첨가하지 않은 경우에 가장 놓은 밀도의 소결체를 얻을 수 있었다.
