Single Chip Microcomputer를 이용한 탁주발효(濁酒醱酵)의 자동계측(自動計測)과 제어방법(制御方法)의 개발(開發) (Development of Automatic Measurement and Control Method based on Single Chip Microcomputer for Tackjoo Fermentation)

  • 탁주발효의 자동화를 위하여 발효 중 발생하는 기체를 측정할 수 있는 bubble counter와 제어장치를 개발하였다. 동 장치를 활용하여 pilot 규모의 탁주발효에 적용하였다. 탁주발효중 발생하는 기체를 계측하는 bubble counter는 photo-interruptor와 acryl관으로 구성하였으며, 계측되는 기체용적은 기포당 0.018ml였다. 그리고 탁주발효의 제어장치는 single chip microcomputer(MC68705R3)로 제작하였으며, 발효액의 온도를 측정, 제어하기 위하여 온도계측회로를 제작하였고, 냉각수 순환을 결정하는 solenoid valve의 작동으로 온도제어를 하였다. 동 장치를 운영하기 위하여 software를 작성하여 ROM에 구조화하였다. 동 장치로 $CO_2$ 발생량과 속도를 자동적으로 추정한 결과 알코올 농도곡선과 형태가 서로 유사함을 보여주었으며, $30^{\circ}C$ 발효조건에서 24시간때에 최대 발생량을 보였다. 알코올농도와 $CO_2$ 발생량은 뛰어난 상관관계를 보였으며, 이로부터 제어알고리듬을 작성할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 디젤엔진의 효율적인 연료분사를 위해 연료펌프의 솔레노이드 밸브를 전력전자적 기법을 이용하여 제어하고자 하는 것이다. 대표적인 연료분사장치인 UI(Unit injector)방식에서는 솔레노이드 밸브의 개폐하기 위해서는 코일과 규소강판으로 구성된 솔레노이드 밸브를 전기적인 힘에 의해 동작시켜야 하며 이를 위한 기존의 방식을 기계적 방식이나 정전류 제어방식에 의존하였다. 이들 방식의 경우 밸브가 받혔을 경우에도 항상 일정한 직류전압을 솔레노이드 밸브에 공급함으로써 일정하게 큰 전류가 밸브에 흐르게 하는 방식이 연구되었다. 그러나 이러한 방식들의 적용은 연료펌프의 밸브와 자동차 배터리(Battery)의 수명을 단축시키고 방열 등의 문제점을 일으킨다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 솔레노이드 밸브를 DCC-PWM 제어함으로써 밸브에 흐르는 전류를 효과적으로 제어하여 기존의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.

체크밸브가 달린 열공압 방식의 PDMS-유리마이크로 펌프에 관한 연구 (A Study About PDMS-Glass Based Thermopneumatic Micropump Integrated with Check Valve)

  • Microfluidic single chip integrating thermopneumatic micropump and micro check valve are developed. The micropump and micorvalve are made of biocompatible materials, glass and PDMS, so as to be applicable to the biochip. By using the passive-type check valve, backward flow and fluid leakage are blocked and flow control is stable and precise. The chip is composed of three PDMS layers and a glass substrate. In the chip, flow channel and pump chamber were made on the PDMS layers by the replica molding technique and pump heater was made on the glass substrate by Cr/Au deposition. Diameter of the pump chamber is 7 mm and the width and depth of the channel are 200 and $180{\mu}m$, respectively. The PDMS layers chip and the heater deposited glass chip are combined by a jig and a clamp for pumping operation, and they are separable so that PDMS chip is used as a disposable but the heater chip is able to be used repeatedly. Pumping performance was simulated by CFD software and investigated experimentally. The performance was the best when the duty ratio of the applied voltage to the heater was 33%.

It is also important factor to control temperature when you make the $Al_2O_3$(single crystalline) used to artificial jewels, glass of watches, heat resistant transparent glasses. Thus, it is a major interest to get the proper temperature in accordance with the time process while you are making mixture of oxygen and hydrogen to have the right temperature. In this paper, we will study of electrical valve positioning system for the gas mixture to improve the quality of products.

  • Indoor construction site such as building demolition sites, tunnel, vinyl house, and cattle shed are subject to various risk factors such as falling stones, soot and bad odors. However, most of the mini excavators have no cabin that can protect the driver from such risk factors. Therefore, researches on remote control technology of construction equipment are actively conducted as a method for protecting the driver from the risk factors occurring in the working environment. For effective remote control, it is necessary to be able to control the travelling and work using a portable small transmitter. However, due to the limitation of the size of the transmitter, complex operation control is required to control two or more actuators with a single joystick. Also, it is essential to check how remote control characteristics change in various environments such as distance, signal strength, obstacle. Therefore, in this study, an algorithm that can control two actuators simultaneously with a single joystick signal was developed, and a communication method suitable for indoor and outdoor mini construction equipment by analyzing experimentally how the remote control characteristics vary according to various work environments and telecommunication methods proposed.

A Study on Energy Saving of IMV Circuit using Pressure Feedback

  • In recent hydraulic actuation systems, conventional hydraulic spool valves with pressure compensators are becoming less popular, after the introduction of the independent metering concept for valves. Within this concept, four valves are needed for actuating a single cylinder. Subsequently, this increases the freedom of controlling both chamber pressures of the cylinder, and it then provides for electronically-controlled pressure compensation facilities. Additionally, this has the potential to save valuable energy. The primary focus of this paper is to develop a new generation of hydraulic circuits using the independent metering valve (IMV). This configuration can function well as a conventional IMV circuit while providing better pressure control. We first describe the working principles of five distinct modes of the proposed IMV system. Then, mathematical models for each working mode are presented. Finally, we present numerical simulations that have been carried out to evaluate the system performance, in comparison with that of the conventional IMV configuration. The simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the new IMV configuration is superior to the conventional IMV system in terms of energy savings.

Multi-measuring기법을 이용한 원전 제어밸브의 누설진단 (Leakage Monitoring of Control Valves for Nuclear Power Plants Using Multi-measuring)

  • Leakage would happen because of the damage of high temperature and high-pressure valve in nuclear power plant. condition based prevention maintenance is essential by using the suitable method based on local condition. Energy loss prevention can prevent from an accurate test, Local actually and ability. The methods of test for high energy fluid leakage at present are analysis of ${\Delta}$T, AE(Acoustic Emission) analysis, and thermal image. The result for test of AC (Main steam) system in YNG 2 Unit reveals that the AE occurred clearly in leakage situation, but thermal image didn't occur. It is identified that leakage is occurred when the orifice located front and back of valve operates. It shows that making a impatient judgment by using the single method if it is leakage is containing uncertainty. So I think that using the Multi-Measuring method is more sound judgment than Single-Measuring method.
