All subjects were randomly assigned to two groups: open kinetic chain group(n=5),closed kinetic chain group(n=5). All participants were PNF patterns applied on the unilateral upper extremity in all subjects were the kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on flexion/abduction/external rotation. The hold and approximation techniques for the irradiation were applied to end range. All measurements for each subject took the following tests: pre-test, post - test in 4weeks, post-testin 8weeks. EMG data was collected from the vastus medialis, tibialis anterior, biceps femoris, and gastrocnemius muscle of both lower extreamity using surface EMG system, Each EMG value in individual muscle was normalized for maximal voluntary contraction. The data were analyzed using Two-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) with repeated measures to determine the statistical significances. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, during for close kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on PNF pattern application, all of the %MVIC values of close kinetic chain and open kinetic chain posion increased sign ificantly compared(p<0.05). Second, The close kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on PNF pattern application was significantly increased with in the intervention period(p<.05). Third, there was a no significant open kinetic chain posion on PNF pattern application of sing muscle group with in the intervention period.(p<0.05) there was a significant close kinetic chain posion on PNF pattern application of sing muscle group with with in the intervention period(p<0.05). Forth, interaction of the exercise position and muscle was also significant. Post-hoc tests revealed that the activation levels of vastus medialis muscle and tibialis anterior muscle was higher in the closed kinetic chain position(p<.05). that the activation levels of vastus medialis and gastrocnemius muscle was higher in the open kinetic chain position(p<.05). In conclusion, it was found that the application of PNF patterns to the unilateral upper extremity effect on the muscle activation of lower extremity and both open kinetic chain exercise and closed kinetic chain exercise was significantly increased muscle activity. Further studies are needed to analyzed long term effects and subjects resulting from these changed.

  • Tuberculosis (TB) is caused by a chronic infectious agent known as Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is transmitted in airborne particles, called droplet nuclei which was generated by cough, sneeze, shout, or sing of persons who have TB disease. Most infections of TB do not have symptoms, well known as latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI). However, about 10% of LTBI progress to active disease a one or two years after infection. To investigate the LTBI rate of college students who were in contacted with TB patients, we performed chest X-ray, tuberculin skin test (TST) and Interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) to 74 college students. At a results, 65 students were showed negative and 9 students positive results at chest X-ray and 1st TST test. When confirmed the 65 students who were showed negative by 2st TST, the results showed correctly. But, 9 students who were showed positive results on chest X-ray and 1st TST by IGRA, the only 3 students (4.05%) showed positive results. In conclusion, the LTBI rate in this study showed 4.05% (3/74) and we suggest to investigate other students LTBI rate for decreasing tuberculosis.

  • The objectives of this study were to examine how clothing design preference and clothing attitude vary according to gender of the aging. Using the data collected through interview with 200 subjects who were 60years of age and older residing at Kunsan city area in Korea. These data were analyzed by frequency and $\chi$$^2$-test. The tendency of the gender on jacket stymie preference showed that men liked the soutien collar jacket, two button sing1e Jacket, and four button double jacket, women liked two button single jacket, three button single Jacket and four button double jacket. The general preference did allot depend on the practical purchasing. Men preferred more the soutien collar jacket than the women. On the shirts pattern preference, men liked thick horizon and plaid pattern, while the women liked polk dots pattern and small flowered one. The practical clothing purchase was done by themselves directly. The important criteria depended on the appearance style like simple and smart. For the main complaining factor to purchase the clothes, men considered the color, and women complained not to have suitable shopping stores. The most of all complaining was the expensive prices.

  • Since blast-induced vibration may cause serious problem to the rock mass as well as the nearby structures, the prediction of blast-induced vibration and the stability evaluation must be performed before blasting activities. Dynamic analysis using measurement vibration waveform which is measured by bore hole blasting or test blasting has been increased recently in order to analyze the effect of the blast-induced vibration. The waveform made by bore hole blasting has the similar vibration level and duration to those the waveform of sing hole has. However, there can be a little difference in attenuation characteristics with the blast induced vibration waveform in the field. Through the superposition modeling of single hole waveform, I obtained the vibration waveform on the blasting condition changes and conducted dynamic analysis using this waveform in this study.

  • Echocardiography, an ultrasound scan of the heart, is regarded as the primary physiological test for heart disease diagnoses. How an echocardiogram is interpreted also relies intensively on the determination of the view. Some of such views are identified as standard views because of the presentation and ease of the evaluations of the major cardiac structures of them. However, finding valid cardiac views has traditionally been time-consuming, and a laborious process because medical imaging is interpreted manually by the specialist. Therefore, this study aims to speed up the diagnosis process and reduce diagnostic error by providing an automated identification of standard cardiac views based on deep learning technology. More importantly, based on a brand-new echocardiogram dataset of the Asian race, our research considers and assesses some new neural network architectures driven by action recognition in video. Finally, the research concludes and verifies that these methods aggregating dynamic information will receive a stronger classification effect.

  • A study on the variation of the air temperature in the pine mushroom box containing dry ice for the preservation of the freshness of the pine mushroom, Tricholoma matsutake (Ito et Imai) Sing. produced in Korea was made in Seoul, Korea during the period of August 1 to 30, 1975. A safe shipment of 5 kg (net weight) of fresh mushrooms with freshness preserved for 24 hours in August required the placement of 4.5 kg of dry ice-a half in the upper portion and the other half in the middle portion-in an airtight container (mushroom box). The container used for the shipment test, made of 3mm-thick double-layer cardboard, was of the dimensions : $0.33{\times}0.4{\times}0.5=0.066(m^3)$. As the temperature fell, decreased amounts of dry ice were needed : 3 to 2 kg in September and 1.5 to 0.3 kg in October. With this preservation method, large quantities of fresh mushrooms were exported to Tokyo ana Osaka, Japan without damage in the process of transportation.

  • Sing]e-well-push-pull tests were developed for use in assessing the feasibility of in-situ aerobic cometabolism of chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons (CAHs). The series includes Transport tests, Biostimulation tests, and Activity tests. Transport tests are conducted to evaluate the mobility of solutes used in subsequent tests. These included bromide or chloride (conservative tracers), propane (growth substrate), ethylene, propylene (CAH surrogates), dissolved oxygen (electron acceptor) and nitrate (a minor nutrient). Tests were conducted at an experimental well field of Oregon State University. At this site, extraction phase breakthrough curves for all solutes were similar, indicating apparent conservative transport of the dissolved gases and nitrate prior to biostimulation. Biostimulation tests were conducted to stimulate propane-utilizing activity of indigenous microorganisms and consisted of sequential injections of site groundwater containing dissolved propane and oxygen. Biostimulation was detected by the increase in rates of propane and oxygen utilization after each injection. Activity tests were conducted to quantify rates of substrate utilization and to confirm that CAH-transforming activity had been stimulated. In particular, the transformation of injected CAH surrogates ethylene and propylene to the cometabolic byproducts ethylene oxide and propylene oxide provided evidence that activity of the monooxygenase enzyme system, responsible for aerobic cometabolic transformations of CAHs had been stimulated. Estimated zero-order transformation rates decreased in the order propane > ethylene > propylene. The series of push-pu3l tests developed and field tested in this study should prove useful for conducting rapid, low-cost feasibility assessments for in situ aerobic cometabolism of CAHs.
