This document introduces MPC(Multiple Point Code) capabilities which has been implemented in the TDX-series exchanges as well as LGIC"s exchanges and describes the interaction with domestic CCS7 specifications. Additionally, this document introduces MPC capabilities used in American signalling networks and reviews the general usability of MPC. MPC.

This paper discuss advanced safety in the railway signaling system. The specified methods and HAZOP about Hazard identification and analysis of railway signalling system were studied, and loss analysis and ALARP model in order to calculate safety as a standard capacity were proposed. It was also resulted from Hazard identification, analysis and evaluation by applying advanced safety to the railway signalling system.

사용자 정보 전달을 위한 가상채널을 설정하는 신호절차는 B-ISDN에서도 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 B-ISDN 서비스를 지원하는 B-ISDN 신호프로콜의 특성을 살펴보고, 각 부분별 즉, UNI, NNI, Meta-Signalling, SAAL(Signalling AAL)에 대해 설명한다. 그리고 B-ISDN 신호 절차 및 신호 프로토콜의 진화방향등을 살펴보고, 다양한 B-ISDN서비스특성을 만족시키기 위해 앞으로 연구되어야 할 신호 기능들을 기술하였다.

It is well known that myocardial stretch causes changes in electrical signalling and contractility of the heart. For example, mechanical stretch depolarises the membrane potential of cardiac cells and alters the shape of action potentials. As a result, these effects either accelerate the frequency of heart rate or induce arrhythmias of the heart.(omitted)

Fluoxetine is used widely as an antidepressant for the treatment of cancer-related depression, but has been reported to also have anti-cancer activity. In this study, we investigated the cytotoxicity of fluoxetine to human gastric adenocarcinoma cells; as shown by the MTT assay, fluoxetine induced cell death. Subsequently, cells were treated with 10 or 20 µM fluoxetine for 24 h and analyzed. Apoptosis was confirmed by the increased number of early apoptotic cells, shown by Annexin V- propidium iodide staining. Nuclear condensation was visualized by DAPI staining. A significant increase in the expression of cleaved PARP was observed by western blotting. The pan-caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK was used to detect the extent of caspase-dependent cell death. The induction of autophagy was determined by the formation of acidic vesicular organelles (AVOs), which was visualized by acridine orange staining, and the increased expression of autophagy markers, such as LC3B, Beclin 1, and p62/SQSTM 1, observed by western blotting. The expression of upstream proteins, such as p-Akt and p-mTOR, were decreased. Autophagic degradation was evaluated by using bafilomycin, an inhibitor of late-stage autophagy. Bafilomycin did not significantly enhance LC3B expression induced by fluoxetine, which suggested autophagic degradation was impaired. In addition, the co-administration of the autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine and fluoxetine significantly increased fluoxetine-induced apoptosis, with decreased p-Akt and markedly increased death receptor 4 and 5 expression. Our results suggested that fluoxetine simultaneously induced both protective autophagy and apoptosis and that the inhibition of autophagy enhanced fluoxetine-induced apoptosis through increased death receptor expression.

Railroad signalling systems are to control intervals and routes of trains. There are ATS(Automatic Train Stop), ATP(Automatic Train Protection), ATO(Automatic Train Operation) and ATC(Automatic Train Control) system. Trains are operated in the section which is met on the signalling system because various signalling systems are used in Korea. On the other words, trains are not operated in the section which is used in the other signalling system. To solve this problem, recently combined on-board system has been developed. The combined on-board system is designed by doubling the ATS, ATP and ATC system. Information signal is received by magnetic sensors in the ATC system and is received by antennas in the ATS and ATP system. Therefore, it is possible to arise transmission problems by magnetic coupling. In this paper, electric model of the ATS and ATP antenna is suggested and interference frequency by the magnetic coupling between the ATS and ATP antenna is estimated numerically. As a results of the magnetic coupling, the value of the magnetic coupling is presented without magnetic induction.

최근의 컴퓨터 기술의 발달에 따라 열차제어시스템들이 컴퓨터 소프트웨어에 의존성이 더욱 증가되고 있으며, 이에 따라 이러한 열차제어시스템 소프트웨어의 안전성에 대한 테스팅이 더욱 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 열차제어시스템 소프트웨어를 위한 코딩규칙의 테스팅 자동화 도구의 적용을 제안하였으며, 코딩규칙 테스팅 자동화 도구의 구현 및 적용결과를 제시하였다. 구현 툴에서의 테스팅 항목은 철도시스템 소프트웨어 관련된 국제규격과 MISRA-C 기준을 참조하였다. 본 열차제어시스템 테스팅 자동화 도구는 열차제어시스템 소프트웨어 평가단계에서도 활용될 수 있고 또한 소프트웨어 개발단계에서도 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

The TVM 430 system manufactured by Ansaldo STS in France is currently used in ground signalling system for Kyungbu HSR. It transmits the speed information to the on-board signalling system in the form of continuous signal via the track, and the rolling stock in Kyungbu HSR runs with 300km/h max. operating speed by using the corresponding information. Looking from the recent international trends in HSR, reducing the travelling time and increasing of the line capacity is promoting via the improvement of train speed. In case of TGV Est, they are realizing the normal operation with 320km/h max. operating speed by using TVM SEI signalling system, which is similar to TVM 430. Furthermore, in case Honam HSL, which is under construction, is looking over faster speed than the limited one of Kyungbu HSR(i.e. over 300km/h). In this paper, it is assumed that the existing TVM 430 ground signalling system is used and train speed is improved, therefore the number of block section to be increased depending on the increase of train speed and the standard speed to be used in this case is drawn via the simulation of the train model and described the method accordingly.

본 논문에서는 ROM table look-up 방법에 의한 주파수 발생원리 및 이를 이용하여 전자교환국간의 신호방식에 사용되는 MF(multi-frequency) 디지탈 송신기의 설계에 관하여 고찰하였다. 그리고 실제로 MF 디지탈 송신기를 구성한 후 실험을 통해 신호의 규격을 충분히 만족시킴을 알 수 있었고, 이러한 근본적인 원리는 음성대역내의 주파수에 의한 신호방식에 적용이 가능함을 알 수 있으며 또한 전자교환기 국간 신호방식으로 사용되는 R2-MFC 신호 장비에도 이같은 원리를 적용하여 구성할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
