입.출력 버퍼방식을 이용한 대용량 케이블 점검 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Large Capacity Cable Checking System using an I/O Buffer Method)

  • This paper describes the results on the design and implementation of large capacity cable checking system using I/O buffer method. The I/O buffer module which has feedback loops with input and output buffers is designed with logic gate in the VME board and controlled by MPC860 microprocessor. So this system can check a lot of cable at the same time with less size and less processing time than that of relay matrix method with the A/D converter. The size of the I/O buffer module can be variable according to the number of cable. And any type of cable can be checked even if the pin assignment of cable is changed.

  • In this paper, voltage-fed high frequency resonant inverter of instantaneous current phaser control method used to DC voltage source separated is proposed. In the output control method, a novel circuit type of phase shift driving signal method with CVCF illustrated, also the operation principle of the proposed circuit is described in detail and its characteristics are presented as to normalized parameters. According to the each mode, in order to the circuit analysis and characteristic evaluation of the state equation are derives and present used to normalized parameter. In the future, this proposed inverter show that it can be practically used as power source system for the lighting equipment of discharge lamp, DC-DC converter etc.

  • This propose a simple DC voltage sensor less single phase PFC(Power Factor Correction Circuit) converter by detecting a AC current sensors are not required to construct the control system. The DC voltage is directly controlled by the command input signal Kd($V_o/V_a$)for the boost chopper circuit. The DC voltage regulation is small because of the feed forward control for the AC line voltage VS and no dependence of the circuit parameters. The sinusoidal current waveform in phase with the AC input voltage can be obtained. These characteristics are confirmed by some experiment results.

  • 기존 Digital Signal Processor (DSP)를 사용하여 높은 동작 주파수의 LLC 공진형 컨버터를 구동하는 경우 낮은 동작 주파수 분해능과 계산 속도에 의해 출력 전압 제어성능과 동특성에 한계가 생긴다. 이를 해결하기 위해 기존의 분해능 및 계산 속도 부족에 의한 영향을 분석하고 Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)를 설계하여 높은 동작 주파수 분해능 및 동특성을 얻고자 제안한다. FPGA를 이용한 성능향상을 DSP (TI - TMS 38335)와 FPGA (Xilinx XC7A100T)를 사용하여 비교 분석하고자 한다.

  • This paper describes the features of electric and magnetic fields produced by lightning discharges. The measuring system consists of fast electric field sensor, crossed-loop magnetic field sensors, signal processing circuit, A/D converter and data acquisition equipment with a 12bit resolution and 10[MS/s] sampling rate. The frequency bandwidth and responsitivity of the electric field measuring system were 40[Hz]${\sim}$2.6 [MHz] and 2.08 (V/m/mV) and those of the magnetic field measuring system were 400[Hz]${\sim}$1[MHz] and 2.78[nT/mV], respectively. The electric and magnetic fields produced by lightning discharges were observed, and the features and parameters of the waveforms were analyzed.

SI 기관의 공연비 제어 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Air-Fuel Ratio by Immediate Control in SI Engine)

  • In a SI engine, it is necessary to control fuel quantity in accordance with intake air amount in order to reduce exhaust emission and improve the specific fuel consumption. Generally the map data is used for the vehicles with a SI engine. For the precise control of air-fuel ratio, the real time control method is recommended rather than the control method using map data. In this paper, we developed real time control system using microprocessor and IBM-PC, and applied it to the commercial SI engine. We got good results for air-fuel ratio under the idle condition.

Modeling and Control of a Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) Wind Power Generation System for Real-time Simulations

  • This paper presents a study of a DFIG wind power generation system for real-time simulations. For real-time simulations, the Real-Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) and its user friendly interface simulation software RSCAD are used. A 2.2MW grid-connected variable speed DFIG wind power generation system is modeled and analyzed in this study. The stator-flux oriented vector control scheme is applied to the stator/rotor side converter control, and the back-to-back PWM converters are implemented for the decoupled control. The real-wind speed signal extracted by an anemometer is used for a realistic, reliable and accurate simulation analysis. Block diagrams, a mathematical presentation of the DFIG and a control scheme of the stator/rotor-side are introduced. Real-time simulation cases are carried out and analyzed for the validity of this work.

  • 최근 카메라 센서는 ISP(Image Signal Processor)를 별도로 사용하지 않고 SOC(System on Chip) 방식으로 설계를 하여 소형화를 추구하고 있지만, High Resolution의 카메라가 개발 요구되어지면서 센서 Pixel 및 스위칭 트랜지스터의 집적화가 심화되고 있다. 이러한 고집적화는 카메라 센서 내 발열 관리에 대한 관심을 높여주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선 SOC 센서가 ISP를 탑재한 센서이므로 프로세서 발열 관리 기법에 대해 먼저 소개를 한 후, SOC 방식 센서를 대상으로 열이 발생되는 관련 조건을 확인 검사하고, 분석한 결과를 보인다. 또한 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 발열을 제어 할 수 있는 방법으로 DAC(Digital Analog Converter)를 사용하여 센서 내 사용되는 전류 증폭을 최소화 한 설계 방식에 대해 분석해 보았으며, 전류 증폭을 최소화한 결과 최대 PCLK(Pixel Clock)에서도 열화에 따른 Noise(Hot Pixel)를 개선시킬 수 있었다.

  • A novel general direct duty ratio pulse width modulation strategy is proposed to modulate matrix converters. By using average concept over one switching period, the modulation algorithm and the required equations are derived to synthesize the desired output voltage and to achieve the controlled input power factor. The proposed method use continuous carrier and the predetermined duty ratio signal for directly generating gating signals an thus is named "direct duty ratio PWM(DDPWM)". The feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy are verified by experimental results.

Developed MPPT Algorithm for Photovoltaic Systems without a Voltage Sensor

  • This paper presents a study of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for photovoltaic arrays with only one current sensor. Initially, a review of MPPT methods with only a current sensor is performed with extension for a variety of dc/dc converters. Furthermore, the same topology is developed to achieve better performance in the presence of sensor offset and environmental noise. The proposed method is robust, cost effective, and behaves well dynamically and in the steady state. After a theoretical analysis of presented approach, its validity and effectiveness are verified by simulation and experimental results.
