Let M be the vector space of all real S-measurable functions defined on a measure space (X, S, $\mu$). In this paper, we investigate some topological structure of T on M. Indeed, (M, T) becomes a topological vector space. Moreover, if $\mu$, is ${\sigma}-finite$, we can define a complete invariant metric on M which is compatible with the topology T on M, and hence (M, T) becomes a F-space.

The accumulation levels of hexabromocyclododecanes (HBCDs) were measured in samples of muscle tissue from crucian carp (Carassius auratus) and also in samples of associated sediments. Samples were collected from 15 sites along the courses of four major rivers. Widespread contamination by HBCDs in this area was identified from the results of this investigation. HBCDs were found above the detection limit from all of the sampling sites. The ${\Sigma}HBCDs$ (sum of ${\alpha}$-, ${\beta}$-, and ${\gamma}$-HBCDs) levels ranged from 1.3 to 19 ng/g (lipid wt) in the crucian carp musscle tissue samples, and from 0.17 to 30 ng/g (dry wt) in the associated sediment samples. The predominance of ${\alpha}$-diastereomer in the muscle tissue of the carp and ${\gamma}$-diastereomer in the sediments was identified, accounting for 88% and 60% of the ${\Sigma}HBCDs$, respectively. The ${\Sigma}HBCDs$ levels in the muscle tissue samples of carp collected from the upstream sections of each river were much lower than those in the samples from carp in the downstream sections. In addition, the ${\Sigma}HBCDs$ levels in carp tissue samples from an isolated site were much lower than those in carp collected from the sites along the major rivers. This suggests that HBCD contamination in the rivers is likely to be sourced from the environment adjacent to them.

In order to genralize the vertical dispersion of plume at long distances on mesoscale over complex terrain dispersion coefficients data have been obtained systematically according to lapsed time after release by using a composite turbulence water tank that simulates convective boundary layer. Dispersion experiments have been carried out for various combined conditions of thermal turbulence intensity mechanical turbulence intensity and plume release height at slightly to moderately unstable conditions. Results of tracer dispersion experiments conducted using water tank camera and image processing system have been converted into atmospheric dispersion data through the application of similarity law. The equation $\sigma$z/Zi=aX/(b+c X2)0.5 where $\sigma$2; vertical dispersion coefficient zi : mixing height X : dimen-sionaless downwind distance was confirmed to be an appropriate and general equation for expressing $\sigma$2 variation with turbulence intensity and plume release height, The value of "a" was found to be principally affected by mechanical turbulence intensity and that of "b" by mechanical turbulence intensity and release height. It was confirmed that the magnitude of "c" varies with release height. Results of water tank experiments on the relationship of $\sigma$2 vs downwind distance x have been compared with actual atmospheric dispersion data such as CONDORS data and Bowne's nomogram Operating conditions of a composite turbulence water tank for simulating the field turbulence situations of CONDORS experiments and Bowne's $\sigma$2(x) nomogram for suburban area have also been investigated in terms of water temperature difference between convection water tank and bottom plate heating tank grid plate stroke mixing water depth length scale and velocity scale. Moreover the effect of mechanical turbulence intensity on vertical dispersion has been discussed in the light of release height and downwind distance. height and downwind distance.

To achieve project successfully in domestic construction site, pre-management of risk is important factor. Synthesis Construction Document made early construction is representative as means of pre-management of risk. But, Synthesis Construction Document is not working properly for pre-management of risk because the level is low as Synthesis Construction Document is made formally and the time is too late to pre manage the risk for various factor. A epoch-making method that differ with existing need to solve this deep-rooted problem of domestic construction site. So, this study is analyzing to achieve subject to heighten level Synthesis Construction Document and shorten creation period with "S"construction company(introducing 6sigma by tool of management innovation 6 sigma)'s data and offering an opportunity that heightens effectiveness and goes forward and aims possibility about construction site suitability of 6sigma by confirming Pilot Test.

Using optimized standard methods, which were previously done by sensory tests, many factors have been analyzed and their significance were determined according to gloss and gloss-lasting capability in lipstick. Analyzing some factors we could conclude that the effective factors were the kind of wax, amount of volatile silicone oil, and stick hardness in the aspect of lipstick's gloss. And in the point of lipstick's gloss-lasting properties, vital few X's were quantity of volatile silicone oil stick hardness, and polymer contents and so on. We successfully have tried new analytical approach, 6-sigma to general property of lipstick. Furthermore this study will be a base on the prescription design in gloss-enhanced products.

The purpose of this study is to present a case study of six sigma quality improvement practice in cooling fan motor(CFM) manufacturing processes. In this study, the CFM manufacturing process of automobile parts not relevant to the target process rate of the process point of view, in order to reduce the system to solve the problem of localized resolution procedures of six sigma DMAIC methodology was applied to study. In conclusion, this study's field D in order to improve the initial rate of inadequate quality management best practices by applying the method of Six Sigma quality CFM failure through stabilization schemes were proposed cost reduction.To be CFM product to satisfy customers based on continuous monitoring of the effective field of claims quality management system is required.

Let λ be a partition with all distinct parts. In this paper we give a bijection between the set $\Gamma$$_{λ}$(X) of pairs (equation omitted) satisfying a certain condition and the set $\pi_{λ}$(X) of circled permutation tableaux of shape λ on the set X, where P$\frac{1}{2}$ is a tail circled shifted rim hook tableaux of shape λ and (equation omitted) is a barred permutation on X. Specializing to the partition λ with one part, this bijection gives a combinatorial proof of the Schur identity: $\Sigma$2$\ell$(type($\sigma$)) = 2n! summed over all permutation $\sigma$ $\in$ $S_{n}$ with type($\sigma$) $\in$ O $P_{n}$ . .

Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays, Although most companies had provious good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in many case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and re source. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.
