가상주행환경에서의 측면 충돌 방지시스템 개발 (Development of Vehicle Side Collision Avoidance System with Virtual Driving Environments)

  • The latest vehicle yields a superior safety and reduction of driving burden by monitoring the driving state of vehicle and its environment with various sensors. To detect other vehicles and objects of the rear left and right-side blind spot area of driver, provide the information about a existence of objects inside the blind spot, and give a signal to avoid collision, this study proposes the intelligent outside rear-view mirror system. This study proposes SILS system with PreScan and Matlab/Simulink to verify practical applicability of developed BSDS. PreScan yields realistic driving environments and road conditions and vehicle model dynamics and collision warning is controlled by Matlab/Simulink.

단일 카메라를 이용한 이상유동 기포율 측정방법의 개발과 응용 (A Void Fraction Measurement Technique by Single Camera and Its Application)

  • A measurement technique fur void fraction has been proposed using a time-resolved two-phase PIV system and the bubble dynamics has been investigated in gas-liquid two-phase flows. For the three-dimensional evaluation of the bubble information, both the images from the front and side views are simultaneously recorded into a high speed CCD camera by reflecting the side view image on a $45^{\circ}$ oriented mirror to be juxtaposed with the front view image. Then, a stereo-matching technique is applied to calculate the void fraction, bubble size and shape. To obtain the rising bubble velocities, the 2-frame PTV method was adopted. The present technique is applied to freely rising bubby flows in stagnant liquid. The results show that the increase of bubble flow rate gives rise to the increase of bubble size and rising velocity at first. If it goes over a certain level, the rising velocity becomes constant and the horizontal velocity grows bigger instead due to the obstruction of other bubbles.

  • In this paper, development of the noise barrier analysis program is described. The upper part of barriers may have complicated shapes like "Y", "T", inverted L, and other shapes. The insertion loss of the barrier is predicted by summation of multiple diffractions occurring at top edge points. In addition, the program considers diffractions occurring at both vertical sides, while reflections from ground due to mirror images are also included. In case of two barriers at both sides of the road, reflections from the other side of barriers are considered, in which magnitudes are decreased by the ratio of absorption coefficient.

  • 확성회의 시스템에서 응용되는 반향신호 제거기는 긴 잔향시간을 갖는 실내 공간의 환경변화에 따라 필터 계수의 갱신에 많은 시간이 요구되어 실시간 처리에 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 연산량 저감을 통한 실시간 처리를 위하여 중첩가산방식의 SSB(Single Side Band) 필터뱅크를 사용한 서브밴드 적응 신호처리법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 입력과 출력의 스펙트럼을 몇 개의 주파수 밴드로 분할하여, 각 밴드를 ES-NLMS(Exponential Step-Normalized Least Mean Square) 알고리즘을 이용하여 적응 처리하는 것이다. 시뮬레이션 결과 중첩가산방식의 SSB 필터뱅크가 풀밴드 보다 ERLE(Echo Return Loss Enhancement)가 1∼2㏈ 정도 작을 때 연산량이 풀밴드 보다 약95%, QMF(Quadrature Mirror Filter)필터뱅크보다 약50% 정도 감소하여 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

  • We report a unique case of bilateral mirror image M1 aneurysms, one of which was an unruptured aneurysm arising from the proximal end of right middle cerebral artery fenestration with long loop and the other ruptured aneurysm from the contralateral side. We clipped ruptured aneurysm first and unruptured one in three months after the first operation. The difficulties of identifying this unusual vascular anomaly and possible problems during the surgery of an aneurysm at the site of fenestration are discussed with a review of the literature.

  • Progress in Si crystal and wafer technologies is discussed on single crystal growth, wafer fabrication, epitaxial growth, gettering, 300 mm and SOI. As for bulk crystal growth, the mechanism of grown-in defects (voids) formation, the succes of grown-in defect free crystal growth technology and nitrogen doped crystal are shown. New wafer fabrication technologies such as both-side mirror polishing and etchingless process have been developed. The epitaxial growth of SiGe/Si heterostructure for high speed bipolar device is treated. Gettering technology under low temperature process such as RTP is important, and also it is shown that IG effect for Ni could be predicted using computer simulation of precipitate density and size. The development of 300 mm wafer and SOI has made progress steadily.

  • The long-term prognosis of complex regional pain syndrome is difficult to predict because of its unclear pathophysiology. The syndrome can spontaneously spread to other regions in the body. We report a case in which a complex regional pain syndrome that occurred in a 75-year-old male patient after a stroke spread to the opposite side.

보급형 3D 프린터로 제작한 쇄골 골절 모델을 이용한 정형외과 수술에 대한 유용성과 활용가능성 평가 (Evaluation of Usefulness and Availability for Orthopedic Surgery using Clavicle Fracture Model Manufactured by Desktop 3D Printer)

  • 쇄골 CT 영상을 이용하여 보급형 3D 프린터로 제작된 모델로 사전 수술계획을 실시하여 수술효율에 대한 유용성과 임상적 활용가능성을 평가하였다. CT 영상을 Open Source DICOM Viewer Osirix에서 STL 파일로 변환하여 FDM 와이어 척층가공방식의 보급형 3D 프린터로 환자 맞춤형 쇄골 골절 모델을 제작하였다. 또한, 인체의 좌우 대칭 특성을 이용하여 골절되지 않은 반대편 쇄골의 STL 파일을 Mirror 기법으로 손상되기 전 원형의 모델을 복원, 제작하였다. 모델은 골절의 위치와 크기, 정도가 동일하게 출력되었다. 영상의학과에서 적은 비용과 시간으로 직접 제작한 쇄골 모델을 활용하면 수술시 2차 손상을 줄이고, 최소 침습적 피하금속판 골유합술(MIPO)로 수술효율을 높일 수 있어 임상적으로 유용할 것으로 생각된다.

전반사 미러와 방향성 결합기를 이용한 직사각형 링 레이저 (Rectangular ring laser based on total internal reflection mirror and directional coupler)

  • 본 연구에서는 InP 물질의 능동과 수동 광도파로를 포함하는 신개념의 직사각형 링 레이저를 제작하여 그 특성을 측정하고 분석하였다. 직사각형 링 레이저의 구성은 작은 광 손실을 갖는 네 개의 전반사 미러와 세 개의 수동 광도파로로 구성된 방향성 결합기로 되어 있다. 제작된 두 개의 서로 다른 직사각형 링 공진기의 능동 영역의 길이는 250과 $350{\mu}m$이고, 전체 공진기 길이는 각각 580과 $780{\mu}m$이다. 측정된 링 레이저의 문턱 전류는 상온에서 연속 전류를 인가했을 때 38 mA를 얻을 수 있었다. 이때 20 dB 이상의 인접모드 억압비를 갖는 단일 모드 발진 특성을 확인하였다.

  • We present the design and fabrication prcoess of a two-axis tilting micromirror device driven by the electrostatic vertical comb actuator. A high aspect-ratio comb actuator is fabricated by multiple DRIE process in order to achieve large scan angle. The proposed fabrication process enables a mirror to be fabricated on the wafer-scale. By bonding a double-side polished (DSP) wafer and a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer together, all actuators on the wafer are completely hidden under the reflectors. Nickel lines are embedded on a Pyrex wafer for the electrical access to numerous electrodes of mirrors. An anodic bonding step is implemented to contact electrical lines with ail electrodes on the wafer at a time. The mechanical angle of a fabricated mirror has been measured to be 1.9 degree and 1.6 degree, respectively, in the two orthogonal axes under driving voltages of 100 V. Also, a $8{\times}8$ array of micromirrors with high fill-factor of 70 % is fabricated by the same fabrication process.
