The Swedish construction sector has been criticized in media for being corrupted, unproductive and conservative. Several incidents, e.g. cartels, work on the side without paying tax and moisture problems, have had a great deal of attention. Of that reason has the government initiated a number of investigations in order to identify the major problems in the construction industry. Further, they have initiated a development of a tool aimed for (a) to identify risks, (b) to avoid poor quality costs, and (c) to direct towards increased quality and effectiveness in building and civil engineering projects, from a client perspective. The UK Constructing Excellence has often been held up as a model during the debate. However, the Swedish general culture differs from the British, as well as the Swedish system differs from the British. The purpose of this paper is to describe the program for developing the system, including the purposes with the system, identified starting points and demands and the approach/method for the development.

The use of mobile devices is increasing in multimedia applications. The multimedia contents are delivered to mobile users over heterogeneous networks. Due to fluctuation in bandwidth and user mobility, the service providers are facing difficulties in providing Quality of Service (QoS) guaranteed delivery for multimedia applications. Multimedia applications depend on QoS parameters such as delay, bandwidth, and jitter to offer better user experience. The existing schemes use the single source and multisource delivery but are unable to balance between stream quality and network congestion for mobile users. We proposed a Quality Oriented Multimedia Content Delivery Scheme (QOMCDS) for the mobile cloud to deliver better quality multimedia contents for the mobile user. The multimedia contents are delivered to the mobile device based on the device's parameters and network environment. The objective video quality assessment models like Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Structural Similarity (SSIM), and Video Quality Measurement (VQM) are used to measure the quality of the video. The client side Quality of Experience metric such as Startup delay, Rebuffering events, and Bitrate switch count was used for evaluation. The proposed scheme is evaluated using dash.js and is compared to existing schemes. The results show significant improvement over existing multimedia content delivery schemes.

Purpose: For the last few decades, TQM has become a hot topic in the inner-disciplinary field in the production management line. Still, unfortunately, the study of TQM and Quality Output management is partially only attached to the tangible side in the production management line. Whereas theoretically, the implications of TQM require incremental improvement in all management lines (e.g., HRM, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Management). Therefore, starting from the main problem, this study aims to analyze the effect of total quality management, Organizational Culture, Perceived Distribution of Quality Awareness, and quality output through a more in-depth analysis. Research design, data and methodology: We conducted a survey of 170 respondents from managers, staff, and employees from 48 companies in Indonesia. We used a quantitative approach with the SEM method to answer this study's problem formulation and hypotheses. Results: The results of our research stated that based on the demonstration of statistical test results, all hypotheses were positive and significant, both direct and indirect relationship demonstrations. Conclusions: Universally, the findings in this study illustrate that the supporting factor for creating value-added in TQM and Quality output lies in the optimal and positive organizational culture and Perceived Distribution Quality Awareness factors in the organization.
Sophisticated modern research tools for evaluation of medicinal plants are available but microscopic methods are one of the simplest and cheapest methods to establish the identity of the source materials. Pharmacognostical investigation of the dried, powdered and anatomical sections of the fruits of Trachyspermum roxburghianum (DC) Craib was carried out to determine its macro and microscopical characteristics along with its physical constants. Externally, the fruits, yellowish or greenish brown in colour are elongated, elliptical, slightly curved, prominently ridged and longitudinal. As seen in transectional views of the fruits from Trachyspermum roxburghianum, the mericarp has concave sides called commissural surfaces and a convex outer side called the dorsal surface. The mericarp has three primary ridges alternating with two secondary ridges on the dorsal side. On the commissural side, there are two primary ridges which are lateral in position and two secondary ridges in the commissural side. The seed is attached to the pericarp by a short stalk called a raphe. Circular, four-lobed calcium oxalate crystals are fairly abundant in the endosperm. Phytochemical studies revealed the presence of phenolic compounds, triterpenoids, proteins and sugars. The pharmacognostical profile of the fruits will assist in standardization for quality, purity and sample identification.
Side information generation techniques play a great role in determining the overall performance of the DVC (Distributed Video Coding) coding system. Most conventional techniques for side information generation are mainly based on the block matching algorithm with symmetric motion estimation between the previously reconstructed key frames. But, these techniques tend to show mismatches between the motion vectors and the real placements of moving objects. So these techniques need to be modified so as to search well the real placements of moving objects. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a block-centered symmetric motion estimation technique which uses the same coordinates with the given block. Through computer simulations, it is shown that the proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional schemes in the objective quality.

Objectives: This study is to report the clinical effectiveness of the complex Korean medicine therapy on a postoperative endometriosis patient's hypoestrogenic side effects who is treated with GnRH-agonist injection. Methods: The patient in this case was diagnosed with endometriosis and has been treated with GnRH-a injection after laparoscopic operation. The patient complained hot flash and sweating mainly after GnRH-a treatment. The patient received complex Korean medicine therapy during 10 days admission period. The clinical effects were evaluated through KI (Kupperman's Index) and SF-36 (36 item Short Form Health Survey). Results: After the complex Korean medicine therapy, the various clinical symptoms including hot flash and sweating were improved. Also, the quality of life was enhanced. Conclusions: This case report shows that the complex Korean medicine therapy was effective for treating hypoestrogenic side effects occurred after GnRH-a treatment in postoperative endometriosis patient.
For grid-connected LCL-filtered inverters, the inverter-side current can be used as the control object with one current sensor for both LCL resonance damping and over-current protection, while the grid-voltage feedforward or harmonic resonant compensator is used for suppressing low-order grid current harmonics. However, it was found that the grid current harmonics were high and often beyond the standard limitations with this control. The limitations of the inverter-side current control in suppressing low-order grid current harmonics are analyzed through inverter output impedance modeling. No matter which compensator is used, the maximum magnitudes of the inverter output impedance at lower frequencies are closely related to the LCL parameters and are decreased by increasing the control delay. Then, to improve the grid current quality without complicating the control or design, this study proposes designing the filter capacitance considering the current harmonic constraint and using a PWM mode with a short control delay. Test results have confirmed the limitation and verified the performance of the improved approaches.
We investigated food preservation hurdles used for Korean traditional side dishes. As a first step of the research preparation and cooking recipes of the side dishes were surveyed, which are commonly used in Korean households. As next step, compositional and microbial quality attributes were measured onto the samples collected from the market. Antimicrobial ingredient added in the preparation are reasoned to work as important hurdles based on the scientific principles. Heating processes such as blanching, boiling, braising, hard-boiling and frying help to keep the produce decontamination or water activity adjustment. Measured salt contents of most side dishes were in the range of 1-5% with those of salt-preserved vegetables being higher. pH values were 4.7-6.4 with those of salt-preserved vegetables being lower and those of hard boiled fishes being higher. Soluble solids of braised or hard-boiled dishes were usually above $40^{\circ}Brix$, while those of blanched and seasoned vegetables had lower values. Water activity values were 0.93-0.95 for seasoned vegetables and 0.77-0.88 for hard-boiled or semi dried beans and seafoods. Product with processing steps of braising or blanching showed lower bacterial load of 102-104 cfu/g, while seasoned or salt-preserved vegetables and seafoods had aerobic bacterial count above 106 cfu/g. Korean traditional side dishes were found to apply the appropriate combinations of heating preparation process, water activity and pH adjustment and salting, providing the required preservation properties.
Process development and standardization are necessary in maintaining high hygienicquality of side dishes. Seasoned perilla leaves are a typical side dish needing process development. In this study the optimum condition for preparing seasoned perilla leaves was investigated experimentally. The best sensory quality was established by response surface methodology. The rinsing and washing method of preparing fresh perilla leaves was optimized to decontaminate the raw material and preserve the product in chilled storage. Washing and rising with 3% salt water reduced the aerobic bacterial count of perilla leaves to 0.55 (log CFU/g), while rinsing reduced the load from 8.08 to 4.27 (log CFU/g). The effect of rinsing method was maintained during subsequent storage of the prepared seasoned leaves at $10^{\circ}C$. There was no significant quality change in the product during chilled storage at $10^{\circ}C$. Soaking in 3% salt water for 1 min, followed by rinsing with tap water, contributed positively to the microbial quality, and is proposed as the optimal preparation method.
The ventilation systems composed three types of side vent (roll-up) 'SV', side vent+roof vent 'SV+RV', and side vent+roof fan 'SV+RF' with 7.5 m spacing, with specific set point temperatures for ventilation: SV ($35^{\circ}C$ open / $33^{\circ}C$ close), SV+RV or SV+RH ($35^{\circ}C$ open/$33^{\circ}C$ close for root ventilation and $37^{\circ}C$ open / $35^{\circ}C$ close for side vent). In the treatment of SV+RV, although the average daily maximum temperature inside the greenhouse temporarily increased by $38-40^{\circ}C$, thermal stress by high temperature did not occur and the disease incidence (%) of powdery mildew and downy mildew on the oriental melon were 25 - 75% lower than in the conventional SV treatment. In the SV treatment, the disease incidence (%) of powdery mildew and downy mildew were 1.4 - 7.7% and 4.2 - 15.9% for 'Deabakkul', and 20.3 - 22.8% and 2.8 - 11.3%, for 'Ildeungkkul'. The yield for one month was higher in the treatment of SV+RV than those in other treatments, with values of 2,105 kg/10a for 'Deabakkul' and 2,537 kg/10a for 'Ildeungkkul'. The simultaneous treatment with side vent and roof vent resulted in 16.2% higher yield (18.1% higher marketable yield) than that in the SV treatment for 'Deabakkul'.
