Purpose: This study is a descriptive and secondary analytical study that uses panel data to identify the factors of medication adherence to improve life care of hypertensive patients. Methods: The subjects of this study were 2,484 patients who were taking medication after hypertension using Korea Medical Panel 2015 data (β-version 1.0). Data analysis was performed using Chi-Square, Scheffe's test, and logistic regression using SPSS/win 22.0. Results: The level of medication adherence in patients with hypertension was 94.2%. The factors of medication adherence were gender and age in Model I of demographic factors, and the presence of disability, smoking, and drinking in Model II. Model III, which added drug use factors, was identified as drinking, drug duration, side effects, drug satisfaction, and payment of drug costs. Conclusion: In order to improve life care for hypertension patients, education and interventions on the importance of take medication and side effects of medications and how to take them will be needed in the early stages of diagnosis.

With the recent increase of the number of mobile game users, the side effects such as the manipulation of game points, levels and game speed and payment fraud are emerging. Especially, the emulators which make it possible for mobile applications to run on PC is a great threat to mobile game security since debugging specific game application or automating the game playing can be done easier with them. Therefore, we research the efficient ways to detect widely used Android Emulators such as BlueStacks, GenyMotion, Andy, YouWave and ARC Welder from the perspective of client(app), game server and network to reduce threat to mobile game security.

Avoidance refers to the process of terminating a contract because of a non-performance. It implies the right of the aggrieved party to refuse to accept further performance by the other side and to refuse to perform one's own counter-obligations, on a permanent basis. The 1980 U.N. Convention on the International Sale of Goods, hereinafter 'CISG', regulates in Arts. 81-84 the effects of avoidance. The primary effect is that prescribed in Art. 81.1 CISG: both parties are released from their obligations under the contract, subject to any damages which may be due. As seen, the CISG deals with the legal consequences of avoidance, including restitutionary claims. However, a closer look to CISG provisions on restitution reveals that certain matters are left open. For instance, the CISG leaves open questions such as the costs, place and time where restitution is to be made. In this particular, the Convention remains silent as to the consequences of a delayed or refused restitution or the buyer's liability when the goods are damaged or destroyed after the avoidance. In light of the above, the present article attempts to determine the extent to which the modes of restitution are regulated in the CISG and how possible gaps are to be filled.

As people get broader access to health information through the internet, there is a greater need for measure to maximize the social advantages of the internet and to minimize negative side-effects. With this concern, this paper classifies internet health information services sites into : on-line supply of health information, on-line consultation, on-line diagnosis, and on-line sales. As well this paper analyzes domestic laws supporting and/or regulating these services. The efficient provision of internet health services requires comprehensive laws on individual privacy protection, prevention and handling of medical accidents, an electronic prescription form for internet diagnosis, electronic signing, payment for medical expenses, qualifications for internet medical practitioners. Additional laws are required to establish internet pharmacies and internet health goods stores. These new laws can be prepared either separately or through revision of existing laws governing medical practice, pharmacies, and public health promotion. However, as the legal control by the government on cyber processes and entities has a fairly minimal effect, consumers should be encouraged to improve their own capacity for wisely using internet health services and health-service providers should be encouraged to promote voluntary supervision and control of their own services and practices.

Recently, it has been argued that it is necessary to attract foreign patients outside domestic insurers and to allow foreign doctors to treat in domestic hospitals in order to develop the insurance industry and revitalize the medical industry. Currently, large medical institutions in Korea are attracting foreign patients in connection with foreign insurance companies. It is desirable to increase the number of overseas patients who want excellent medical services in Korea, and to provide opportunities for domestic insurance companies to attract overseas patients by expanding job creation through a revitalization of the medical industry. Therefore, this study suggests the development direction for insurers who aim to attract foreign patients through the side effects of attracting foreign patients in accordance with the Financial Services Commission's plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the financial industry. In addition, this study intends to contribute to the strengthening of the competitiveness of attracting foreign patients, through domestic insurance business, to the insurance direct payment market for overseas patients using domestic medical institutions that are concentrated in foreign insurance companies and in the blind spot of domestic law application.

In recent years, mobile devices have become an essential part of daily life. More and more applications are being supported by mobile devices thanks to edge computing, which represents an emergent architecture that provides computing, storage, and networking capabilities for mobile devices. In edge computing, heavy tasks are offloaded to edge nodes to alleviate the computations on the mobile side. However, offloading computational tasks may incur extra energy consumption and delays due to network congestion and server queues. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize offloading decisions to minimize time, energy, and payment costs. In this article, different offloading models are examined to identify the offloading parameters that need to be optimized. The paper investigates and compares several optimization techniques used to optimize offloading decisions, specifically Swarm Intelligence (SI) models, since they are best suited to the distributed aspect of edge computing. Furthermore, based on the literature review, this study concludes that a Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) in an edge-based architecture is a good solution for balancing energy consumption, time, and cost.

This study analyzed the ripple effect of the demand-side support for start-up venture companies on the macro economy using Dynamic General Equilibrium model. In the model, start-up venture companies were expressed in a manner that distinguished between workers and entrepreneurs by applying the span of control in the Lucas(1978). As a result of the analysis, when the share of public procurement of start-up venture companies was increased from 5.7% to 10%, the actual production of start-up venture companies increased by about 46.17% and the number of venture companies increased by about 150%. In addition, it was analyzed that the number of jobs through venture companies increased by about 61.56%. In addition, it was found that the economic effect was greatly reduced when the start-up venture company was supported as a subsidy for the supply sector with the same amount as the public procurement support. This is interpreted as the fact that if the government implements the supply-side support policy, the expansion of supply causes the price of start-up venture companies to fall, reducing the effect of the support policy in half. Therefore, when supporting start-up venture companies, the government should make efforts to maximize the policy effect by expanding the demand-side support through public procurement and reducing the payment of simple subsidies to start-up venture companies.

Although the patient's problem with access to health information has been improved due to rapidly developing information technologies, such as the internet, some patients still do not have enough ability to understand, interpret, and analyze the health information. Given this view on the patient's asymmetric information problem, if a doctor provides sufficient effort to help patients understand and interpret medical information, the efficiency of patient's medical care use could be improved. This paper shows firstly that the patient's inefficient use of medical care originates from his information problems, such as the misperception of the effectiveness of medical care and secondly suggests that if the doctor makes sufficient effort to correct patient's information problems, the inefficiency can be ameliorated. This paper also suggests the manipulation of a doctor's payment method can lead a doctor to provide optimal level of efforts which can in turn lead patients to use the optimal level of medical care. With an optimal level of effort, a doctor can more easily achieve a patient's compliance with the newly recommended amount of medical care.

Since the 2016 "Housing Act Partial Amendment" and the "2018 Housing Comprehensive Amendment Plan", interest in the pre sale system and post sale system of apartment houses has been on the rise. In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the pre sale system and the post sale system of apartment houses, and to establish the basis for the institutional policy of the post sale system, a questionnaire survey method was used for tenants of the apartment house from the public side, and issues of time and cost. The time series analysis method is intended to suggest an appropriate time for payment of contributions. Accordingly, through a review of existing theories and literature, the post sale system of public and private institutions was organized, and through a questionnaire survey, the path to securing pre sale money, product information of the model house, and the degree of awareness of the effect of the post sale system were investigated. For the post sale fund support and payment method, it is necessary to increase the commercial line for existing financiers from the user's point of view, and it is necessary to operate in consideration of the economic power of the pre sale market by region. Both 60% post sale and 80% post sale have a price range of up to KRW 10 million, and the total interest rate is 5.0%, and the annual interest rate is about 2.8% for 60% post sale, and about 2.1% for 80% post sale, which is lower than the current 3.1%. I need an interest rate. The research is a perception survey targeting a total of 5,213 households in a sample of after sale apartments in public institutions. As the actual values are analyzed using a time series on the effects of market supply and demand and market prices, there is a limit to applying them to prospective residents of private apartments. In addition, to respond to first time tenants, a questionnaire survey was conducted on five complexes that have moved in within the last five years.

With the growing use of smartphones, many secure applications are performed on smartphones such as banking, payment, authentication. To provide security services, cryptographic algorithms are performed on smartphones' CPU. However, smartphone's CPU has no considerations against side-channel attacks including Electromagnetic Analysis (EMA). In DesignCon 2012, G. Kenworthy introduced the risk of cryptographic algorithms operated on smartphone against EMA. In this paper, using improved experimental setups, we performed EMA experiments on androin smartphones' commercial secure applications. As a result, we show that the weakness of real application. According to the experimental setups, we picked up the operation of w-NAF scalar multiplication from the operation of Google's Play Store application using radiated EM signal. Also, we distinguished scalar values (0 or not) of w-NAF scalar multiplication.
