A Study on the Forecasting of Bunker Price Using Recurrent Neural Network

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 기반의 순환신경망을 이용하여 선박 연료유 예측을 시도하였다. 해운업에서는 선박 운항비에서 연료유가 차지하는 비중이 가장 크고 가격 변동성도 크기 때문에, 해운 기업은 합리적이고 과학저인 방법으로 연료유를 예측하여 시장경쟁력을 확보할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 순환신경망 모델 3가지(RNN, LSTM, GRU)를 이용하여 싱가폴의 HSFO 380CST 벙커유 가격을 단기 예측하였다. 예측결과, 첫째, 선박 연료유 단기적 예측을 위해서는 장기 메모리를 사용하는 LSTM, GRU보다는 일반적인 RNN 모델의 성능이 우수한 것으로 분석되어, 장기적 정보의 예측 기여가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 계량경제학 모델을 사용한 선행연구와 비교하여 순환신경망 모델의 예측성능이 우수한 것으로 분석되어 연료유가의 비선형적 특성을 고려한 순환신경망 모델을 통한 예측 연구의 필요성을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 선박 연료유의 단기 예측을 통하여 해운기업의 선박 연료유 수급 결정과 같은 의사결정에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Yearly world vehicle production has continued to increase, and the global seaborne trade volumes also are recovering. Based on these positive trends, as demand for cargo ships increases in the freight transportation market, Pure car and truck carriers (PCTCs) with large gaps between decks continue to be ordered. The structural analysis of the cargo hold was performed in order to confirm its structural safety in accordance with the guidance for the direct strength assessment of the Korean Register (KR) of Shipping. And, according to the type of cargo, the maximum deflection and structurally weak area that occurred in deck 5 was confirmed. Also, it was found that the weight of the cargo had a significant effect on the deck, the primary members of the deck's structure, and pillars. The results of the structural analysis conducted in this study were added to the existing cargo load planning software. This was done so that the prediction of the maximum stress and the deflection of the deck based on the information about the cargo could be confirmed quickly. In addition, the data will be used as the basic data for rapid information management response to changes in cargo items.

망상대구점(网上代购店): 소비자감지풍험화산품평개대원산국형상적영향(消费者感知风险和产品评价对原产国形象的影响) (Surrogate Internet Shopping Malls: The Effects of Consumers' Perceived Risk and Product Evaluations on Country-of-Buying-Origin Image)

  • 互联网快速增长, 已经成为一个重要的零售渠道, 并出现了各种互联网零售商, 又称电子零售商. 一种网上代购店蓬勃发展起来, 吸引了国内市场的消费者. 这是一种独特的电子零售商, 他们从全球购买国内市场尚未进口的名牌产品, 寄给个人购买者, 并收取服务费. 有些消费者喜欢高端独特但无进口资格的品牌, 却因付款问题或国内的寄送问题很难直接从海外零售商处购买. 在韩国, 网上代购店的数量和销售量快速增长-2008年韩国有超过430个活跃商店和5000亿销售额, 需要这种代购服务的消费者数量也在急剧增加. 这种电子零售的概念源于 "代理中介采购" -种存在已久的形式和内容多样化的代购. 通常市场经营者面对的是购买者的代表人而非本人, 由消费者决定的代理购买者影响越来越大. 很多市场营销和心理学领域的学者都研究过代理对消费者购买决定的影响范围. 然而, 在互联网商务方面却没有深入的研究. 此外, 网上代购店作为代理购买者, 将海外品牌或零售商同国内消费者连接起来. 它有一个特点, 代理购买国, 即代购商品所在国的形象对消费者的态度和购买倾向有重要影响, 还会影响消费者在进行信息处理时所感知的风险维度. 然而, 尽管对原产国不同维度的影响已有很多研究, 对网络内容的相关研究却很少. 已有研究证明, 原产国信息作为产品制造情况的线索对消费者的评价有正面影响, 但对这种形式下网络代理购买国的形象和产品评价之间的关系进行的研究却很少. 因此, 作者们发这种具体的零售渠道很值得研究, 重点结构间的系统关系以及各自不同的路径很值得探索. 已有研究证明代购原产国, 也就是代购店购买商品所在地的形象, 不仅对消费者的产品评价(包括态度和购买意向)有正面影响, 还对感知风险的三个维度有负面影响: 产品相关, 行员相关, 以及购买后的风险. 在所有的感知风险中, 由于对产品性能的高度不确定性, 产品相关的风险受负面形象的影响最大(${\beta}$= -.30), 其次是航运相关风险(${\beta}$= -.18)和购买后的风险(${\beta}$= -.15). 对产品态度(${\beta}$= .10)和购买倾向(${\beta}$= .14)也有一定影响. 此外, 经证明, 感知风险的三个维度通过对产品的态度作为中介, 对购买倾向有负面的的影响(${\beta}$= -.57: 产品相关风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度; ${\beta}$= -.24: 航运相关风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度; ${\beta}$= -.44: 购买后风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度). 从更多的分析可以看出, 消费者处理信息的路径会因其对产品知识的等级不同而改变. 新手购买者知识等级较低, 只会考虑感知风险, 而知识等级较高的专家购买者则会考虑到代理购买国的形象和感知风险两个方面, 对产品形成更准确更系统的态度和决定. 这同之前的研究相一致. 本研究提出一些理论和实际的建议. 代理购买国的形象会影响消费者的风险感知和行为结果, 因此应谨慎选择代购国家, 如果这种新型的零售业务快速发展起来, 应控制好消费者的风险, 无论是新手或专家. 另外, 由于消费者各自知识等级不同, 处理信息的路径也不尽相同, 针对不同消费者应形成成熟的市场营销手段. 新手购买者需要风险消减方面的建议, 以帮助他们形成更好的态度, 而专家购买者应选择更好更发达的国家进行代购. 消费者可以使用担保策略来促使在线购物的顺利进行. 本研究没有拘于概括性等限制. 在今后的研究中, 应进一步测试比较有相关结构的不同电子零售商.

채소 접목묘 일본 선박 수출 현황 및 수송 환경 분석 (Current Status of Vegetable Grafted Seedling Shipping Export to Japan and Analysis of Transportation Environment)

  • 농산물 검역통계를 통해서 채소 모종 수출 현황과 채소 접목묘의 일본 선박 수송 시의 온도 및 상대습도 변화를 분석하여 국내 채소 모종 수출 연구와 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 2007~2016년 사이 수출된 채소 모종은 배추, 양배추 등 엽채류 4종, 토마토, 오이 등 과채류 7종, 근채류 1종으로, 전세계 20여 국가에 46,146,536주(총 1,839건) 수출 되었다. 상업적 목적을 위한 채소 모종의 주요 수출국은 일본이었고, 2016년 기준 일본에 수출된 모종은 주로 과채류 접목묘인 가지, 토마토, 오이, 수박 및 고추 등으로 총 2,575,446주가 수출되었으며, 총 수출 금액으로는 0.7~1.6백만불로 추산된다. 일본으로 수출되는 접목묘는 도시농업용과 농가용으로 구분되고 있으며, 온도 $15{\sim}18^{\circ}C$의 냉장 컨테이너를 이용한 선박 수송은 포장 ${\rightarrow}$ 선적 ${\rightarrow}$ 검역(한국 부산항) ${\rightarrow}$ 검역(일본 시모노세키항) ${\rightarrow}$ 바이어 수령의 과정으로 대략 24시간 내외가 소요되고 있었다. 일본의 도시농업 발달로 인한 채소 모종 수요의 급격한 증가와 러시아 등 인근 국가들의 채소 접목묘에 대해 높아지고 있는 관심과 수요는 우리나라 채소 접목묘 수출 규모를 확대할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다. 채소 모종 수출을 확대하기 위해서는 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 정확한 채소 모종수출 정보의 수집 및 분석이 이루어질 수 있도록 정부의 적극적인 정책 지원과 수출 전용 모종 생산, 모종 저장 및 수송 관련 기술 개발을 위한 연구가 필요하다.

동북아 물류중심국가 추진전략에 관한 연구 (Practical approaches to becoming the logistics hub of Northeast Asia)

  • Purpose - The Northeast Asian Logistic Hub strategy was established to create a national competitive advantage in northeast Asia. Countries in this region are competing fiercely to become the central base distribution port as the volume of container shipping continues to increase due to the northeast Asian (especially Chinese) economic growth. The primary method by which shippers are improving their customer service and distribution is enhancing profits by minimizing call ports on the key route through strategic affiliations and the use of large vessels. Each nation is planning large-scale investments in the construction of sea ports that can accommodate large vessels. This paper proposes ways by which the logistical strategies of domestic corporations can keep pace with changes in government policy concerning the Northeast Asian Business Hub policy. It examines the logistics system in the Northeast Asian region, analyzes the government's Northeast Asian Business Hub policy, and suggests logistical strategies for domestic corporations through an analysis based on a questionnaire designed to grasp domestic firms' needs and goals. Research design, data and methodology - The purpose of this study is to determine how shipping companies establish partnerships with third-party logistics providers and draws out the implications of the results. The survey methods used were personal interviews and questionnaires distributed to a sample population through e-mail, fax, mail, and telephone. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, of which 165 were returned. Among these, ten were excluded due to insufficient content; ultimately, 155 were used for the sample. The statistical data collection process was analyzed through data coating and a statistical package program. Results - This study argues that greater flexibility in policies, administration, and systems will be needed to significantly improve established business practices. In this dissertation, we primarily identify that in order to become a center of northeast Asian logistics, Korea must adopt a new paradigm and abandon the existing systems that are based on the economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be necessary to improve business practices. Domestic corporations must establish a strategic logistics hub and related network while simultaneously pursuing value-added logistics businesses by increasing their manpower and building a logistics information system. This will strengthen their competitive edge and lead to system improvements. Conclusions - Domestic corporations must adopt a new paradigm and use more reasonable business laws, systems, and policies that are based on market-driven flexibility and transparency. Moreover, social norms and regulations should be established to help ensure political and social security. Korea must also develop a culture of tolerance for foreign companies. Finally, the paradigm defining the policy governing the development of the capital city and its satellite cities in this context must be changed.

중국 패션소비자의 쇼핑성향에 따른 인터넷 쇼핑몰 품질지각, 만족, 신뢰, 몰입 및 구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Shopping Mall Quality, Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment and Purchase Intention According to Shopping Propensity of Chinese Consumer)

  • I need to study variations which affect Chinese internet shopping-mall vendor and Chinese buyer's long term relationship and utilize that insight on marketing strategy. For that, I studied effect of shopping propensity, internet shipping-mall quality on satisfaction, trust, commitment and purchase intention of fashion products, mainly fashion goods consumers in their 20s-30s at Shanghai and Beijing. 453 respondents' survey was used for this study by random sample selection and analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, cross-tab, ANOVA test with SPSS12.0. Through this study, I found out that Chinese fashion goods consumer can be categorized as information seeker, variety seeker and innovation seeker. Among them, innovation seeker was most sensitive on shopping mall's quality, satisfaction, trust, commitment and purchase intention and Chinese consumer's evaluation on internet shopping-mall' perceived quality affect satisfaction, absorption, trust and fashion goods purchase intention. Based on that, I need to understand more about target consumer before enter the market, because there is difference of shopping-mall quality, satisfaction, trust, absorption and purchase intention according to shopper's propensity and demographic factors.

나들가게 활성화를 위한 코사마트 재편에 관한 연구 (A Study of Kosa Mart Re-design for the Development of Nadle Stores)

  • Purpose - In general, large companies have larger organizations, funds, and systems to provide more effective and efficient services in the market. However, development needs to support the livelihood of ordinary citizens who work for small businesses as well. This research suggests that a new distribution channel, called a "foothold style Kosa mart," that cooperates jointly with a distribution center and a large discount mart can provide direct solutions to small and mid-size distributors. This new distribution channel can achieve a limited type of "Nadle shop (small supermarket) foster project" related to building a joint distribution center and improvement in wholesale supply. Research design, data, and methodology - Data about the Korea distribution situation, the Nadle stores, and the logistics centers were collected from literature, Statistics Korea, journals, and reports. Specifically, we investigated information about Kosa Mart and Nadle stores. We focused on the redesign of the distribution center for the Nadle store. Results - The Kosa Mart distribution center now includes 18 warehouses, and has been handling 2000-3000 items. Most of the warehouses have been simply designed and items loaded and stored without refrigeration; thus, it is possible to store only products of certain manufactured goods. The current logistics center has no wholesale function because it failed to resolve the joint purchasing and product supply issues of competitively priced products. Conclusions - This study aimed to identify ways to strengthen the competitiveness of small- and medium-sized retailers. A Kosa Mart redesign aims to unifying the logistics center, stores, and customers. First, the joint wholesale logistics system, equipped with an integrated ordering system, needs to process customer orders and store orders at the same time. Second, excellent small business product development has to connect with production. Third, the store composition needs to support a shipping hub. Fourth, the Mart differentiates itself from convenience store goods by supplying regional and specialized products to customers. Fifth, a service buying agent and direct transactions between producers and consumers need to be established, and exhibits and displays of goods need to be improved.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 4차 산업혁명을 통해 최신 ICT 기술을 접목하여 대한민국의 항만, 해운, 조선 및 기자재 산업이 물샐틈없는 완벽 공조를 통한 가치 사슬, Seamless Value Chain이 Smart Seamless Value Chain 성공적인 구축을 위한 산업 간의 협력관계를 정의하고, 이들 산업의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 핵심 요소가 무엇인지를 고찰해 보았다. 이를 통해 오늘날 디지털화를 통한 탈탄소화를 실현하여 ESG 경영 달성을 위한 방향도 제시하였다. 그리고 특히 중소기업의 관점에서 미래시장을 대응하기 위한 방안으로서의 디지털화의 중요성과, 특히 중소 기자재 업체가 실현하는 디지털 화가 산업계 전반에서 어떤 역할을 하는지 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 산업 간의 연계 상태와 가치 사슬이 원활한 관계를 반드시 유지해야할 필요 사유를 동시에 보여준다. 그리고 대한민국의 산업에서 얻은 실패 사례를 통한 교훈으로 발판 삼아 향후 지능형 연결의 전략적 통로를 만드는 초석을 구축하는 방향성도 제시하였다.

AHP 분석을 이용한 원유 및 가스 해외 수송사업 진흥 정책 연구 (A Study on the Demand of the Promotion Policy for the Oil and Gas Overseas Transportation Projects by AHP)

  • Korea's LNG and crude oil are the most important energy and export raw materials, but 100% import resources by overseas. However, tanker shipping companies, which play the most crucial role in energy cargo security, are very small in number and size, which can be a factor in the supply chain crisis. Therefore, this paper studied the policy of expanding tanker transportation necessary for the transport of crude oil and LNG in Korea. In the existing literature, there was no policy study necessary for tanker ships, but referring only to the importance of overseas energy development and transportation, so we tried to derive various demands necessary for expanding the tanker fleet through expert interviews and AHP which was conducted on 89 related energy institutions to derive policies and their priorities. The results of the study are as follows. As for the policy, the financial support policy was the highest priority, followed by the business and the mutual cooperation policy of related agencies. Tax support (22.6%) and ship financing (19.4%) were the highest priorities, followed by the Energy Intermediate Promotion Act (11.9%), Tanker Guarantee Insurance (10.6%), Energy Budget Independence (9.3%), and Korea Trader Development (8.2%). Energy governance (6.3%), information center establishment (6.2%), and energy procurement committee (5.5%) ranked seventh, eighth, and ninth. The research results show that it is necessary to supply sufficient ships to the market through the expansion of ship finance for tankers and to follow business support policies such as guarantee insurance. In addition, it was also possible to derive that the financial resources need to be determined by law and independent budgets for consistency and continuity.

기계학습을 이용한 풀필먼트센터의 실시간 박스 추천에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Real-time Recommendation Box Recommendation of Fulfillment Center Using Machine Learning)

  • 지속적인 이커머스 시장의 성장으로 풀필먼트센터가 처리해야 하는 주문량은 증가하였고, 다양한 고객 요구사항은 주문 처리의 복잡성을 높이고 있다. 이러한 추세와 함께 최근 인건비 증가로 인해 풀필먼트센터의 운영 효율성이 기업 경영 관점에서 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 풀필먼트센터의 출고 프로세스 중 포장 작업 영역에 적용 가능한 박스 추천을 중심으로 연구를 수행하였다. 박스 추천을 하기 위해 과거 실적 데이터를 기계학습 모형의 학습 데이터로 사용하였다. 상품 정보, 주문 정보, 포장 정보, 배송 정보 4가지 종류의 데이터를 전처리, 변수 가공 과정을 거쳐 기계학습 모델에 적용하였다. 입력 벡터로는 상품 규격 정보에 해당하는 width, length, height 3가지 특성을 사용하였으며, 상품의 실수 정보를 구간별 정수체계로 변환하는 변수 가공 과정을 통해 입력 벡터의 특성을 추출하였다. 기계학습 모형별 성능을 비교한 결과 GradientBoosting 모델을 적용하였을 경우 21개의 구간으로 상품 규격 정보를 정수로 변환하였을 때 95.2%로 가장 높은 정확도로 예측을 수행함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 풀필먼트센터에서 잘못된 박스 선택으로 인해 발생하는 물류비용의 증가와 박스 포장 소요 시간의 비효율을 줄이기 위한 방안으로 기계학습 모형을 제시하며, 상품 규격 정보의 특성을 효과적으로 추출하기 위한 변수 가공 처리 방식을 제안한다.
