In this study, finite element modeling and material property tests are performed for the finite element analysis of rubber isolator parts which support the engine and isolate the vibration. As a result of the P direction analysis of the rubber isolator parts, the static stiffness in the P direction was 44.2 kg/mm, which is well within the error of 5% as compared with the test result of 46.1 kg/mm. The static stiffness of the rubber isolator parts in the Q direction was calculated to be 7.9 kg/mm, which is comparable to the test result of 8.6 kg/mm, with an error of less than 8%. As a result of the analysis on the Z direction, the static stiffness was calculated as 57.7 kg/mm, and the test results were not available. Through this study, it is expected that the time and cost for prototype development can be reduced through nonlinear finite element analysis for rubber isolator parts.

There are a variety of users and devices in a context-aware computing environment. In this environment, the service provided to a user may be the composition of diverse services rather than one independent service. Before user's devices provide the composite service to the user, they should perceive user's needs by gathering related information segments from other surrounding devices and/or sensors. We consider a context-aware computing environment providing composite and adapted service to users and propose an information processing model that characterizes the device where the collected data should be processed through services and/or applications. Based on this model, we provide an analytical tool to obtain some performance measures of the context-aware computing environment.

This paper describes a novel approach for performing eigenvalue analysis and frequency domain analysis of multi-machine power system. The salient feature of this approach is a direct approach for constructing the state matrix equations of linearized power systems about its operating point using modular technique. These state matrix equations are then used to obtain eigenvalues and mode shapes of the system, and frequency response, or Bode, plots of selected transfer functions. The proposed program provides a flexible tool for systematic analyses of tuning PSS's parameters. The paper also presents its application to the analyses of a single-machine infinite bus system and two-area system with 4 machines.

Beef tallow, which is an industrial lipid substrate, was hydrolyzed by lipase immobilized on a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) powder. Ethanol pre-washing process affected the immobilization efficiency. Half-life of storage of the HDPE at $4^{\circ}C$ was 150 days. And after 10 times of repeated use, more than 50% of initial activity remained. An apparent Michaelis constant ($K_m$) and maximum velocity ($V_{max}$) were 2.7M, and 1.4 mmol/min/l for immobilized lipase, and 0.5 M, and 1.9 mmol/min/l for soluble lipase, respectively.

군산복합화력발전소의 냉각수 취수부는 부지 여건상 수로의 길이가 짧고, 좌안이 좁아진 후 단차가 있는 형태에 직각으로 흐름방향이 전환되면서 CWP로 유입되는 구조로 설계되었기 때문에 CWP 운영에 불리한 수리현상이 예상되어 수치모의와 수리모형실험을 통한 사전검증이 필요하였다. 이에 $FLOW-3D^(R)$를 이용한 3차원 수치모의와 축척 1/10의 수리모형실험을 통하여 면밀히 검토한 결과 CWP 진입부의 깊은 수심이 흐름을 감세하여 0.3m/s 이하의 유속분포를 나타내 균등취수에 문제가 없는 것으로 확인되었다.

The species of the genus Chlorociboria Seaver are very common on the forest floor, and can be easily distinguished by small and numerous blue-green fruitbody, especially the blue substrate dyed with xylindein produced by this group. This genus has rather high species diversity in the Southern Hemisphere, while a little attention was paid to this group in East Asia area. During a field survey in South Korea, several Chlorociboria specimens were collected. Based on morphological and phylogenetic analyses, three species of Chlorociboria were reported, including one new record in South Korea and one new record in Jeju Island. The key to the species of Chlorociboria from South Korea is provided.

A hot-water extract from fruit body of Auricularia auricula was purified by ethanol precipitation and subsequent dialysis. The polysaccharide showed a typical IR spectrum similar to $\beta$-glucan and was composed of glucose and mannose in a molar ratio of 16.8:83.2 indicating that it is a glucomannan. A glucomannan-like polysaccharide was also identified from Tremella fuciformis. Both of the polysaccahrides showed the presence of acetyl groups and presented colorimetric responses for $\beta$-1,4-glucomannan indicating the acetylated $\beta$-glucomannan similar to the typical polysaccharide found in Aloes.

제5차 전력수급기본계획상 2014~2016년을 전후하여 경기북부지역 5.2GW, 충남서해안 6.9GW 등 발전설비의 특정지역 집중건설이 예정되어 있고, 해당 발전출력의 원활한 전송을 위해 계통보강이 이루어져야 한다. 발전설비 및 송전설비의 보강집중에 따라 계통 고장전류 증가가 불파기한 실정이다. 특히, 우리나라 부하의 약 40%가 집중되어 있고 지역의 넓이에 비해 송전망의 밀집도가 매우 높은 수도권의 경우, 고장전류가 해당 변전소의 차단기 정격차단용량을 초과하는 문제로 인해 계통을 분리하여 운전되고 있는 개소가 전국 계통분리개소의 50%를 넘는다. 본 고에서는 향후 국내 전력계통의 고장전류 증가추이를 전망하고, BTB-HVDC의 적용 등 고장전류저감방안에 대해 논 하고자 한다.

Hsp90 is a good drug target molecule that is involved in regulating various signaling pathway in normal cell and the role of Hsp90 is highly emphasized especially in cancer cells. Thus, much efforts for discovery and development of Hsp90 inhibitor have been continued and a few Hsp90 inhibitors targeting the N-terminal ATP binding site are being tested in the clinical trials. There are no metabolic signature molecules that can be used to evaluate the effect of Hsp90 inhibition. We previously found a potential C-domain binder named PPC1 that is a synthetic small molecule. Here we report the metabolomics study to find signature metabolites upon treatment of PPC1 compound in lung cancer cell line, A549 and discuss the potentiality of metabolomic approach for evaluation of hit compounds.
