  • There appears 7 chapters about questioning and answering between Lei Gong - Huang Di in which includes many contents that do not appear in other chapters of Su Wen(${\ulcorner}$素問${\lrcorner}$) and Ling Shu(${\ulcorner}$靈樞${\lrcorner}$). Especially terms such as Kui Duo(揆度), Qi Heng(奇恒), Yin Yang(陰陽), Cong Rong(從容). Ci Xiong(雌雄), Wu Zhong(五中), Zhong Shi(終始), Bi Lei(比類), Ming Tang(明堂), Ren shi(人事) do not show what they implicate and are difficult to understand. However, from the context, we assume that they maybe terms related to diagnosis. Although the Yin Yang Mai Fa of Su Wen totally differs from Nan Jing, we will look for the orgin of it through Wu Zhong. Furthermore, we will look into the development of Ren Ying Cun Kou Mai(人迎寸口脈), which does not appear in the contents of questioning and answering between Lei Gong Huang Di. The term Bi Lei that only appears in questioning and answering between Lei Gong - Huang Di will be analyzed along with diagnostic skill and the co-explained term Ren Shi. A lot of Xe Zheng(虛證) provoked by a intrinsic factor, Ren Shi, and suitability of its development to Lei Gong - Huang Di 's Mai Fa will be more closely discussed.

  • Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo(BPPV) is a common disorder that peripheral vertigo in clinic, it is provoked Paroxysmal vertigo according to positional change. A man, aged 75, suffered from attacks of vertigo when get out of bed, He complained vertigo, nausea and walking trouble So he visited our clinic Based upon the case history and position-provoked vertigo with characteristic findings on the Dix-Hallpike maneuver, we diagnosed as BPPV. Through only Shang-San-Huang(上三黃) of Dong Shi Xue(董氏穴) acupuncture therapy symptoms were vanished completely. This study was showed effect that operating only Dong-Shi acupuncture therapy without maneuver therapy and the other therapies to patient can not tolerate the Dix-Hallpike Maneuver. We need additional researches with methodological improvement and many clinical cases.

  • Going back to long chinese medical history, there were many different methods of treatment according to the origin of local chinese areas, such as Bian-Shi(?石) from east, herbal therapy from west, acupuncturing from south, moxibustion from north, and mainpulating therapy from middle china. In the midst of these therapies, acupuncture needling had developed very much both in theories, shapes, usages and also in theraputic boundray. Historical books dealing with acupuncture had introduced and used Jiu-Zhen as a tool for acupuncture needling in common. But there are some differences between each texts about in shape, use, and there are also another different point of view about the interrelationship between Bian-Shi and Ji-Zhen. So the author, in this research, tried to look for how Jiu-Zhen had took on its real kinds, adaptive usages, theraputic boundaries, many different skills of needing. By researching over ${\ulcorner}$ Ling-Shu, Jiu-Zhen(靈樞,九鍼)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$ Ling-Shu, Jiu-Zhen-Shi- Yi-Yuan(靈樞,九鍼十二原)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$ Ling-Shu, Guan-Zhen(靈樞,官鍼)${\lrcorner}$, and by compar- ing them with the contents of Jiu-Zhen in ${\ulcorner}$ Zhen-Jiu-Yi-Jing(鍼灸甲乙經)${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$Zhen-Jiu-Da-Cheng (鍼灸大成)${\lrcorner}$, the author discovered small conclusions such as following. 1. Taking Jiu-Zhen in a narrow sense, it only repesents nine different needle used in different cases. But in large sense, this means nine different deedling methods using each different needles which is represented in the form of Wu-Ci ( 五剌 ), Shi-Yi-Ci ( 十二剌 ) in ${\ulcorner}$ Ling-Shu, Guan-Zhen ${\lrcorner}$ 2. Jin-Zhen has been first originated from stone age as a substitute for Bian-Shi and through bronze and iron age, it followed a process of it's own shape and applicating functions. As an example, the moxibustional therapies shown in ${\ulcorner}$ Zu-Bi-Shi-Yi-Mai- Jiu-Jing ( 足臂十一脈灸經 )${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$ Yin-Yang-Shi-Yi-Mai-Jiu-Jing ( 陰陽十一脈灸經)${\lrcorner}$ in ahead of ${\ulcorner}$ Nei-Jing ( 內經 )${\lrcorner}$ era, was relationship in acupuncturing skills and shape. So Jiu-Zhen had been originated on the base of Bian-Shi in ancient times to develop into delicate shape, skill, and theraputic foundation of modern oriental medicine.

  • Recently there are concerned about External Treatment in Oriental medicine and a lot of study is researched. But it is not enough to apply to clinic and it has difficult subject. ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been made by Chen-Shi-gong(陳實功). It included synthetic External Treatments in those days. So we would like to bring out external treatment methods in it and be easy to use clinic. In addition we want extend territory of treatment methods of oriental medicine. We have researched external treatment of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ according to below three methods. We researched using external treatment methods of each disease and arranged it. In ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$, there are 150 external treatment. And we arranged external treatments by each methods. We classified external treatment methods by 8 class. Conclusion is that, ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ has described 122 external diseases. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 75 disease from the whole disease. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ was more than 150 kinds. And each disease treated by more than on external treatment. External treatment methods of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on.

  • As for the "Guang-Xi(廣西)", "Dong-Shan(東山)", "Yao-Ju(瑤族)", folklore culture to achieve the substratum (New Year manners and customs, a passage rites, folk belief, dwelling folklore, agriculture and a farming machine) generally very received an influence of "Han-zu(漢族)" for the reason that an interchange was active early with "Han-zu(漢族)". However, a traditional form of "Yao-Ju(瑤族)" is covered the base with. Even if it is a national holiday commemorateing the birth of the "Pan-Gu(盤古)" which is ancestors of all "Yao-zu(瑤族)" during New Year manners and customs, songs as "ku-jia(哭嫁)" consisting at the time of marriage during a lot of ritual, "zhaoxu-hun (招婿婚)" and the "liangtou-che(兩頭扯)" marriages which are a classic marriage of "Yao-zu(瑤族)", a ritual format, master "Shi-Gong(師公)" of faith of "Yao-zu(瑤族)" are. Also, a difference is in dwelling folklore related to construction or this very much in "Han-zu(漢族)" and the various sides. It is the part where toilets to use are quite different from the Korean race in a tool, the outside written with the dwelling formal characteristics that are structure, "the ceremony of putting up the ridge beam" in, for example, two folds. Agriculture and a farming machine are basically similar to it of the Korean race, but it is a degree with some transformation by environment and the local cause.

  • Objectives The Medical record consist of symptoms, the cause of a disease, diagnostic studies, medical treatment, prescription, and so on. Doctors can use medical records as data for diagnosis, treatment, and education. Therefore, medical records are beneficial. Methods Translating $\ll$Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue$\gg$ into modern Korean, and studying the medical records of Qian Yi(錢乙)'s Medical concept in $\ll$Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue$\gg$ were examined. Results Regarding the diagnosis of the pediatric diseases, Si Zhen He Can(四該合參), consider in the eye exam closely. In addition, he closely combined the concept of Wu Zang Bian Zheng(五藏辨證), and diagnosis the pediatric diseases. Wu Zang Bian Zheng(五藏辨證). what Qian-Yi(錢乙) established method was based on Zheng Ti Guan(整體觀) in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經). Qian-Yi(錢乙) took a close look on Chuang Zhen(瘡疹) which had been an inadequate field in those days. He criticized on the habitual misuse of medications. He treated Ji Jing(急驚) and Man Jing(慢驚) separately; Ji Jing(急驚) as Liang Xie(凉瀉) and Man Jing(慢驚) as Wen Bu(溫補). He proposed Zong Gan Zhu Feng and Xin Zhu Jing(縱肝主風, 心主驚) theory and formulated Jing Feng(驚風) theory as well. He emphasized the treatment to Gong Bu Shang Zheng, Bu Bu Zhi Xie, Xiao Bu Jian Shi(攻不傷正, 補不滯邪, 消補兼施) because he had a clear demonstration to Han Re Xu Shi(寒熱虛實) of the five viscera in the field of Fang yao(方藥). Conclusions Understanding $\ll$Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue$\gg$ and its medical records of Qian Yi(錢乙)'s medical concept had quintessential meaning to both modern pediatrician and oriental medical doctors of all medical fields in treating children.

  • In this study, feature point detection and displacement measurement performance depending on feature extraction algorithms were compared and analyzed according to environmental changes and target types in the feature point-based displacement measurement algorithm. A three-story frame structure was designed for performance evaluation, and the displacement response of the structure was digitized into FHD (1920×1080) resolution. For performance analysis, the initial measurement distance was set to 10m, and increased up to 40m with an increment of 10m. During the experiments, illuminance was fixed to 450lux or 120lux. The artificial and natural targets mounted on the structure were set as regions of interest and used for feature point detection. Various feature detection algorithms were implemented for performance comparisons. As a result of the feature point detection performance analysis, the Shi-Tomasi corner and KAZE algorithm were found that they were robust to the target type, illuminance change, and increase in measurement distance. The displacement measurement accuracy using those two algorithms was also the highest. However, when using natural targets, the displacement measurement accuracy is lower than that of artificial targets. This indicated the limitation in extracting feature points as the resolution of the natural target decreased as the measurement distance increased.

  • CRISPR/Cas9 is the latest tool introduced in the field of genome engineering and is so far the best genome-editing tool as compared to its precedents such as, meganucleases, zinc finger nucleases (ZFNs) and transcription activator-like effectors (TALENs). The simple design and assembly of the CRISPR/Cas9 system makes genome editing easy to perform as it uses small guide RNAs that correspond to their DNA targets for high efficiency editing. This has helped open the doors for multiplexible genome targeting in many species that were intractable using old genetic perturbation techniques. Currently, The CRISPR system is revolutionizing the way biological researches are conducted and paves a bright future not only in research but also in medicine and biotechnology. In this review, we evaluated the history, types and structure, the mechanism of action of CRISPR/Cas System. In particular, we focused on the application of this powerful tool in autophagy research.
