This cross-sectional descriptive and qualitative study was aimed to study the people participation and their approaches toward the human carcinogenic liver fluke, Opisthorchis viverrini, prevention and control in Ban Chaun sub-district administrative organization (BCSAO) and Bamnet Narong sub-district municipality (BNSM), Bamnet Narong district, Chaiyaphum Province, Thailand between June 2013 and February 2014. Participants were purposive selected, included chiefs of sub-district administrative organizations, sub-district municipalities, sub-district health promotion hospitals (SHPHs), heads of village, and a further sample was selected with a multi-stage random sampling for public health volunteers, and villagers. The pre-designed questionnaire contained items for individualized status and the participatory steps of sharing ideas, decision-making, and planning, procession, evaluation, and mutual benefit, for the project O. viverrini prevention and control (POPC). In-depth interviews were used for collection of need approaches to POPC. With 375 participants who completed the questionnaire, it was found that people had a high level regarding to participate in the POPC, particularly in the process stage ($\bar{X}=3.78$, S.D. = 0.56), but the lowest level was found in sharing ideas, decision making, and planning step ($\bar{X}=3.65$, S.D. = 0.63). By comparison, participant status and organization did not significantly differ with people participation. In each step, Ban Chaun sub-district had a high level of participation in the step of sharing ideas, decision making, and planning toward POPC, more than Bamnet Narong sub-district municipality (t=2.20, p=0.028). Approaches for POPC in Ban Chaun sub-district and Bamnet Narong sub-district municipality included requirements for budget support, annual campaigns for liver fluke prevention and control, campaign promotion, risk group observation, home visiting, community rules regarding reducing raw fish consumption in their communities, and a professional public health officer for working in their communities, BCSAO, BNSM, and SHPH, for O. viverrini prevention and control. This study indicates that people realize that eradication of the liver fluke needs a continuous people participation for O. viverrini prevention and control in their communities.

Purpose - Aviation control, navigation, and aircraft control in the air transportation area are very specialized. Each part is in progress for safety, efficiency, automation, and further. On the other hand co-work among each part including knowledge sharing has been inattentive for many reasons. The purpose of this research is to show how practicians and professionals in the air transportation area perceive the issue of knowledge sharing and to recall the necessity of knowledge sharing in the area. And we try to find ways to activate the knowledge sharing in the area. Research design, data, methodology - For the research, we inquired into whether practicians and professionals think knowledge sharing can effect safe aviation positively or not and what steps are necessary to activate knowledge sharing in the area. We adopted survey method using questionnaires for current practicians and interview for specialists. The survey and interview results were analyzed using regression analysis and AHP method. The interview for specialists and analyzing the results using AHP was to investigate what are the precedence factors to activate the knowledge sharing. Results - First, practicians perceive that knowledge sharing will affect aviation safe positively. Second objective knowledges such as, tower air traffic control procedure of aviation control area, flight principle and structure of aircraft control area, instrument landing system of navigation area, for knowledge sharing of each area were identified. Also the precedence factors such as, knowledge absorbability of personal factor, personal expectation of result of expectation factor, leadership of management of Structure factor, method of knowledge spread of application factor for knowledge sharing were found. Conclusions - Knowledge sharing for practicians and professionals in the aviation area is very important especially from the perspective of safety. However, for various many reasons including the environment of each special area that focusing on their own area, knowledge sharing has not been emphasized. We found that practicians in the area feel that knowledge sharing is necessary and helpful. For it, each practician's active participation is the most important and many ways such as chatting room to share knowledge are to be developed. And the organization culture should be changed to encourage knowledge sharing.

이 연구에서는 사회의 새로운 패러다임으로 정착하고 있는 사회자본과 공유경제의 특성을 분석하고, 이들을 매개하여 전체적인 사회적 편익을 보다 효율적으로 도모하기 위한 공공도서관의 사회적 역할을 설문조사를 통해 고찰하였다. 상관분석과 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과, 사회자본과 공유경제는 상호작용이 이루어지는 사회적 현상이며, 공공도서관은 사회자본의 형성 및 공유경제에 대한 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회자본과 공유경제를 매개하는 공공도서관의 역할 측면에서는, 공공도서관에서 제공하는 다양한 프로그램들이 사회자본과 공유경제를 매개하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.

디지털 환경이 보편화됨에 따라 고객들은 기업과의 관계에 있어서 보다 적극적이고 참여적으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 과거 산업 혁명 이후에 형성된 기업위주의 고객-기업 간의 관계가 깨지고 고객들이 고객- 기업 간의 관계를 주도하는 현상들을 주변에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객이 주도하는 새로운 고객-기업간 관계구조의 형성 가능성에 대하여 디지털 환경을 중심으로 구체적으로 모델을 설정하고 실증을 통하여 그 가능성을 검토하였다. 연구의 결과 디지털 환경의 정보개방성, 연결성, 공동체 상호작용, 구조 명확성의 특성이 고객의 정보 공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가상 커뮤니티를 기반으로 한 연구에서는 고객의 정보 공유로 인하여 축적된 제품 속성 정보와 소비 경험 정보가 집단 효능감을 매개로 고객들의 적극적인 관계 구조 변화 노력인 리버스 마케팅에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 디지털 환경은 장기적으로 고객 주도적인 고객-기업 간의 관계가 형성될 수 있는 기반을 마련하여 주고 있다고 볼 수 있으며, 점차 고객-기업 간의 관계의 주도권은 고객으로 이전될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 향후 연구 과제로서 고객-기업 간 관계가 고객 주도적으로 변화한 이후의 마케팅 프로세스와 기업의 마케팅 시스템에 대한 연구가 필요함을 제안하고 있다.

This research focus on the effect of developers' participation structure in knowledge creation and knowledge sharing activities in open source software development projects. Based on preferential selection theory, hypotheses of relationship between a developers' concentration of knowledge creation/sharing activities and collaboration performance was derived. To verify the hypotheses, we use the Gini coefficient in the commit contribution of the developers (knowledge creation) and the centralization index in the repository issue network (knowledge sharing network). Using social network analysis, this paper calculates centralization index from developers in the issue boards in each repository based on data from 837 repositories in GitHub, a leading open source software development platform. As a result, instead of all developers creating and sharing knowledge equally, only a few of developers creating and sharing knowledge intensively further improve the performance of the open collaboration. In other words, a few developers predominantly providing commit and actively responding to issues raised from other developers enhance the project performance. The results of this study are expected to be used by developers who manage open source software project as a governance strategy, which could improve the performance of open collaboration.

The purpose of this study is primarily to analyse empirically the productivity effects of worker participation in capital by Korean employee stock ownership plan that had taken newly effect on and after January 1,2002, and secondarily to examine the impact of unionization on productivity. The analysis data are those of 150 firms that listed or registered on the stock market, and introduced ESOP. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the worker participation in capitia have significantly a positive effect on productivity, but the magnitude of those effects vary according to estimation models and sectors. The elasticity of stock share owned by employees on productivity is from 0.03 to 0.24. Second, there is no unitary relationship between unionization and productivity. The coefficients of union dummy variable are positive or negative according to models and sectors as well as insignificant.

Online Word-of-Mouth communication, or eWOM, has dramatically changed the way people network, interact, and share knowledge. Studies have examined why consumers choose to share knowledge online, especially online product reviews, as well as the motivations of individuals to share product ideas online. However, the role of gender in shaping the motivation and types of knowledge shared online has been given little consideration. Using concepts from Social Exchange Theory and the Theory of Reasoned Action, we address this research gap by developing and testing a model of gender's influence on knowledge sharing in a social media context. A PLS analysis of survey data from 257 students indicates that reputation, altruism, and subjective norms are key motivators for knowledge sharing intention in social media. More importantly, that gender plays a moderating role within the motivation-knowledge sharing relationship. We also find that subjective norms have a greater impact on knowledge sharing with women than with men. Collectively, our research results highlight individualized factors for improving customer participation in external facing social media for marketing and product innovation.

정부는 공급자 중심의 시각이 아닌 이용자 관점에서의 개방적 네트워크 구현이 필요하며, 더불어 소통능력을 제고하고, 유연하고 신속한 업무 처리가 요구됨에 따라 일하는 방식의 변화도 수반되어야 한다. 정부의 기능성의 변화와 정부에 대한 새로운 국민들의 요구에 부합시키기 위해 민간이 정부의 역할에 참여하여 새로운 가치를 창출하고 혁신을 일으킬 수 있는 공공 플랫폼형 정부의 기능과 발전방안 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 공공정보 공유기반의 혁신에 관한 논의를 중심으로 특히 정부와 민간의 정보 및 시스템 등 정보자원 공유를 위한 효율적 역할 분담 등 플랫폼형 정부를 중심으로 분석하였다.

스마트 도시를 실효성 있게 추진하기 위해서는 도시의 다양한 정보가 개방되고 연계되어야 하며, 각 구성원이 공유할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 또한 시민과 시민협의체의 참여가 가능한 협력체계의 구축이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 시민참여를 가능하게 하는 스마트 도시를 만들기 위하여 스마트 도시 플랫폼의 구성요소와 개념모델을 제안하였다. 그 구성요소로는 실세계로부터 데이터를 수집하기 위한 센서, 정보 저장 및 관리, 정보공유 및 표준체계, 시민의 개인정보 보호 및 관리체계, 활용 및 서비스 등을 포함하고 있다. 개념모델에 대해서는 시민중심의 참여와 서비스가 이루어지도록 스마트 도시 구성원 간의 역할을 정의하였다. 또한 데이터의 수집, 정보연계 및 공유방안, 서비스 구성 체계 등에 대한 내용도 포함하고 있다. 시민은 데이터 수집 및 공급자, 서비스 기획가 또는 요구자, 서비스 수혜자 등의 다양한 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 시민들과의 자유로운 소통과 의견교환은 스마트 도시 성공의 핵심 요소라고 할 수 있다.
