  • This paper presents a topology structure and control method for an input-parallel-output-series(IPOS) inverter system which is suitable for high input current, high output voltage, and high power applications. In order to ensure the normal operation of the IPOS inverter system, the control method should achieve input current sharing(ICS) and output voltage sharing(OVS) among constituent modules. Through the analysis in this paper, ICS is automatically achieved as long as OVS is controlled. The IPOS inverter system is controlled by a three-loop control system which is composed of an outer common-output voltage loop, inner current loops and voltage sharing loops. Simulation results show that this control strategy can achieve low total harmonic distortion(THD) in the system output voltage, fast dynamic response, and good output voltage sharing performance.

  • This paper presents parallel-connected inverters to achieve accurate proportional power sharing. Due to line impedance mismatch, reactive power cannot be distributed proportionally when using the conventional $P-{\omega}$ and $\mathcal{Q}-E$ droop. In order to realize reactive proportional power sharing, the ratio of the droop coefficients should be inversely proportional to their power-sharing ratios. Meanwhile, the ratio of the line impedance should be inversely proportional to the desired power-sharing ratio, which is very difficult to be met in practice. In order to deal with this issue, a practical control strategy is presented. By measuring the PCC voltage and using the virtual impedance, the output impedance of individual inverters is reconstructed to counteract the line impedance effect. In order to guarantee system stability, a low pass filter is designed to suppress the bandwidth of the line compensation. Finally, the simulation and experimental results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

  • This paper presents a control strategy to enhance the accuracy of reactive power sharing between paralleled three-phase inverters in an islanded microgrid. In this study, the mismatch of power sharing when the line impedances have significant differences between inverters connected to a microgrid has been solved, the accuracy of the reactive power sharing in an islanded microgrid is increased, the voltage droop slope is tuned to compensate for the mismatch of voltage drops across the line impedances by using an enhanced droop controller. The proposed method ensures accurate power sharing even if the microgrid has local loads at the output of the inverters. The control model has been simulated by MATLAB/Simulink with two or three inverters connected in parallel. Simulation results demonstrate the accuracy of the implemented control method. Furthermore, in order to validate the theoretical analysis and simulation results, an experimental setup was built in the laboratory. Results obtained from the experimental setup verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • We investigate the load sharing problem between the umbrella cell and the overlaid tells in hierarchical cell structure. A load sharing strategy is proposed and its performance is evaluated by simulation when it is used for transmission of the mobile Internet traffic using the High Speed Downlink Packet Access scheme. The results show that, with the proposed strategy, the microcell backs well the overlaid picocells up, especially when a specific picocell cluster suffers unusual heavy load condition. By using the strategy, we can reduce the installation cost, otherwise needed for increasing the system capacity of every picocell cluster to cope with the unusual heavy load.

  • Knowledge management strategy has become a one of the most important factors creating and maintaining the business opportunities. In this paper, I present a KM-ePAY typology to investigate the role of knowledge sharing strategy in the electronic payment domain. Specifically, I examine the characteristics of four types of electronic payment systems based on the confidence and efficiency that characterize the feature of electronic payment media and identify appropriate knowledge sharing approaches for each component. In conclusion, my findings indicate that knowledge sharing approaches which are align with the characteristics of electronic payment give a way both to increase relationship commitment and to optimize process over electronic payment transactions.

  • Input-series-output-parallel (ISOP) connected DC-DC converters enable low voltage rating switches to be used in high voltage input applications. In this paper, a DSP is adopted to generate digital phase-shifted PWM signals and to fulfill the closed-loop control function for ISOP connected two full-bridge DC-DC converters. Moreover, a stable output current sharing control strategy is proposed for the system, with which equal sharing of the input voltage and the load current can be achieved without any input voltage control loops. Based on small signal analysis with the state space average method, a loop gain design with the proposed scheme is made. Compared with the conventional IVS scheme, the proposed strategy leads to simplification of the output voltage regulator design and better static and dynamic responses. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the simulation and experimental results of an ISOP system made up of two full-bridge DC-DC converters.

  • Many people are getting more and more interested in the value of information sharing in a supply chain in proportion to the development of information technology in these days. In spite of much interest in the value of shared information, the related studies concluded that the effect of only sharing information strategy between upper and lower level is not large However, many related companies want to link each channel members in the supply chain with on-line to expect to reduce the cost by means of information sharing. This study wants to evaluate the alternative strategy to reduce more related costs than only sharing information strategy. This paper analyzed that how much the total supply chain cost is to change in the case of a transfer of decision rights from the lower (retailers) to the upper level (depot, vendor) in a supply chain. The decision rights mean the rights of being able to decide when to order, how much to order, where to order, and what mode to transport or distribute, etc. in a supply chain. By the experimental simulation study to the simple case, the strategy to share only information took the low effect of 1~2%, but the strategy to transfer the decision lights from the lower to the upper member had larger effect of about 5%. However. for the strategies to work well, it needs to cooperate closely among each supply chain members, and the fruits from the transfer of decision rights in a supply chain are allocated to each chain members reasonably Therefore, there needs to study in the future not only the exact transfer effect of decision rights, but the reasonable allocation method of the fruits among the chain members.

  • An adaptive power control scheme is proposed for the cognitive relay networks with joint overlay and underlay spectrum sharing model. The transmit power of the secondary user is adjusted adaptively according to the spectrum sensing results and the interference channel condition. The outage probability of the secondary user is compared by Monte - Carlo simulations between the fixed power control scheme and pure overlay or underlay spectrum sharing schemes. The results show that, by employing the adaptive power control strategy, the interference probability of the secondary user to the primary user is decreased by 70 % ~ 80 % under the same outage probability. Also, the outage probability of the secondary user is reduced by 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude under the same interference probability. Thus, the performance of the spectrum sharing is improved effectively.

  • To carry out multi-domain operations included in the U.S. Department of Defense's national security strategy in 2018, timely data sharing between C4I systems is critical. Several studies of the Korean military have also raised the problems of interface and standardization between C4I systems, and it is necessary to establish a new plan to solve this problem. In this study, a solution to the problem was derived through case analysis that the U.S. Department of Defense has been pursuing for about 20 years to implement the data strategy after establishing the data strategy in 2003. and by establishing a data strategy suitable for the ROK military C4I system operating environment, developing a data model, selecting a standard for data sharing, and proposing a shared data development procedure, we intend to improve the data sharing capability between ROK military C4I systems.

  • Sharing Economy is the modern main item with ICT Development. Of course sharing economic item is the old and long run mainstream, but by the ICT technological development sharing economy is the fostering and affluent factors in the world economic growth. Though, in Korea, till now sharing economy is minimal, that will growth sharply. We can track various business models of sharing economy. Sharing economy is to buy use right not ownership. With the sharing economic business model wee can make also financial sharing model. In finance model we can divide two kind models. First, we can trace small size lending model with p2p type. And second, we can make financial information transaction model. But till now sharing economic system is not activated, because of many reasons. To activate, first we have to set law and various standards, and also government actively support many sharing economy firms and institutions. To catch up developed countries in the field of sharing economy we have to make aggressive and flexible rules and standards.
