This study examined the general housing awareness and awareness on house sharing of college students who are present residents as well as potential residents of shared houses. To achieve this purpose, structured questionnaires were used as a survey tool to understand students' awareness on housing and opinions on house sharing including a range of space sharing, preferences on house mates, and demands on services and facilities. The survey was conducted of college students in Busan, and the data were analyzed by the PASW Statistics 18.0 program. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) The housing awareness was categorized into seven factors by factor analysis. The subjects valued 'personality factor' in the housing awareness. 2) Regarding preference of house mate type, participants preferred a person who has similar lifestyle and in the same gender. 3) As for the space sharing, the subjects didn't want to share a bathroom and shower. Also, they preferred medium or large scale dormitory layout type to small sized apartment type. 4) The most positive aspect of house sharing was 'Reduction of rental and maintenance cost'. On the other hand, 'Difference of daily life pattern' was the most negative aspect of house sharing. 5) In case of services and community spaces, they preferred 'delivery storage service' and 'coin-operated laundry facility'.

As mobile traffic is growing, the demand for spectrum is increasing but the deficiency of spectrum becomes serious as the supply is restricted essentially. For resolving the issue, spectrum sharing system is discussed from the technical and regulatory point of view, where multiple radio users occupy same frequency. In this paper, the policies and adoptions of spectrum sharing system in some countries are analyzed with a focus on TV white space and licensed shared access, which are based on unlicensed and licensed spectrum usage respectively. Some legal and regulatory plans to adopt and activate spectrum sharing in the Radio Waves Act system of Korea are proposed as well.

The advance of the smart working environment came the expectation that it would innovate and revolutionize the way people work, particularly in a society where smart work is readily available for creating a collaborative and 'connected' business. One of the core infrastructure elements for making smart work a viable option is the smart work center, the promotion of which requires a new form of 'smart work center business model' that can satisfy the purposes of both public services and private businesses. This calls for collaboration between the public and private sectors. Recently a number of businesses have been making significant headway in the creation of a new environment for business support and collaboration by adopting a sharing economy business model in their offices. The so-called 'Coworking Space' is an advanced form of business environment in the emerging 'smart work' era, and comes with the benefits of reduced costs as a result of sharing office space and knowledge sharing through the use of human networks. This paper describes the framework of a 'smart work center business model based on the sharing economy' using a BMC (Business Model Canvas), with an understanding of the characteristics inherent to the smart work center and the sharing economy. It was on the basis of this framework that a smart work center model for business incubation and startup, a private smart work center model for childcare services, and a community marketplace model with a global network were developed.

본 연구는 유럽 지역을 중심으로 활발하게 운영되고 있는 코워킹&코리빙 스페이스 15곳을 유형별로 분류, 사례조사를 통해 국내 코워킹&코리빙 스페이스가 나아가야 할 방향성을 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 1차로 문헌 연구를 통해 공유경제서비스의 유형과 코워킹&코리빙 스페이스의 이론적 배경을 고찰하였다. 2차로 3차 산업혁명 공유경제의 연결 선상에서 더욱 진화된 과정으로 간주하는 4차 산업혁명의 공유경제의 3대 키워드를 유추하고, 코워킹&코리빙 스페이스 15곳을 유형별로 분류하여 사례 조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 3가지 유형별 특성에 따라 각기 다른 목적성 중심의 특성이 나타났다. 또한, 공통으로 공동체적 특성이 두드러지며 플랫폼 자체의 커뮤니티를 통해 다양한 협업 루트를 제공한다는 특징을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 국내의 코워킹&코리빙 스페이스의 활성화 방안을 위한 참고자료로 사용될 수 있을 것을 기대하며, 이후 진행될 후속 연구에도 도움이 되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this survey was to find out the actual conditions of living and housing needs of three generation family in the sharing apartment houses in Sang-Gye area. 1. General family type was one which is living with single parent (female), middle-aged couple and their children togeter. 2. Their main mobility to move in this houses was because of the special design of sharing apartment houses. 3. Most of actual dwelling activities of old parents and middle aged couple were performed in condition of space-integration except a few activities. 4. The "Space-compromise type" was proved as the most ideal type of three generation sharing house in our country. In which, private spaces (such as bed rooms and bath rooms) are planned to be used seperately, public spaces (such as living room and dining room) together. 5. It would be better if massionette type was taken in the case of more than 30 pyung (net area).net area).

The cultural tendency based on sharing and cooperation, which has recently been a hot issue, accelerates throughout the world. This study began with a perception that a sharing culture is inherent in urban public spaces. This study aims to conduct a theoretical study of the sharing culture and to analyze the characteristics of the design composition of public spaces. This study selected squares in 16 European cities as cases for analysis. The results are summarized as follows:1)To analyze the design characteristics of public spaces in which a sharing culture is inherent, this study drew the shape and type of planes and sharing elements such as accessibility, symbolism and activity with the squares in the cases. 2)The shape of planes in the squares in the cases has been formed in close relations with the historic meaning and events of the area and the process of the construction of buildings surrounding the square. The squares in the cases were classified into seven plane types, and these squares have developmentally contributed to the formation of a sharing culture as a place for free participation and communication concerning social issues. 3)In the squares in the cases, the weight of road-centered access appears high, and in terms of the construction of human-friendly / environment-friendly infrastructure in the city or judging from the trend of the recent increase of pedestrian-centered plans for public space, it is judged that approaches with a high utilization rate of sidewalk or public transportation would be desirable. 4)Symbolic elements of the square become a device by which citizens can share the historic symbolism, along with artistic inspiration. In addition, by serving as an observatory from which people can take a view of the landscape of the city, it allows visual sharing of the entire city as well as the square. 5)A square is common pool resources in the community, and it is necessary to vitalize that in a direction of increasing the possibility of sharing, through the characteristics and methods of the composition of public design.

최근에 개발되고 있는 소프트웨어들은 규모가 거대해지고 기능도 복잡 해지고 있다. 이처럼 복잡한 시스템의 개발을 위해 장기간에 걸쳐 서로 다른 전문가들의 협력 작업과 개발팀 구성원간에 정보 공유, 상호의존적 업무수행, 공동의 산출물 생성들의 작업을 지원하는 CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Works)개념을 소프트웨어 개발 방법에 통합하는 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서의 공동 작업 특성과 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에 의한 공동작업을 지원하여 생산성을 향상 시키는 CSCW개념을 적용하여 정보통신 소프트웨어 개발을 지원하는 하부 구조로서 다자간 공동작업 플랫폼인 SPACE(Software Platform for distributed Application sharing under Cooperative Environment)를 설계하였다. SPACE는 Windows 95 환경 하에서 완전 분산 구조를 가지고 있으며, 개발 도구를 공유하게 하는 공유기법으로 중앙 집중형 구조를 갖는 GUI 공유 방식과 복제 구조를 지원하기 위하여 이벤트 공유방식을 사용하고 있다.

공유경제가 향후 10년을 지배할 지속가능한 시스템, 그리고 세상을 변화시킬 10가지 아이디어 중 하나로 평가되고 있는 가운데, 본 연구에서는 공유경제가 도서관과 어떤 관련성이 있으며, 공유경제의 핵심모델로서 도서관은 공유경제 활성화에 어떻게 기여할 수 있을 것인지에 대해 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공유경제관련 문헌분석 및 공유경제 실현 사례 등을 종합적으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도서관은 수세기 동안 정보 및 도구를 공유해 온 공유경제의 성공적 모델로서 도서관이 공유경제를 리드할 수 있는 기관이 될 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 도서관은 무한상상실 및 스마트워크센터 기능을 하는 장소 및 공간의 공유, 도서관의 각종 자원은 물론 리틀프리도서관을 통한 물품의 공유, 그리고 참고서비스 및 각종 지식의 공유를 통해 공유경제를 실현할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 도서관에 공유경제를 실현할 수 있는 가능성은 무궁무진하다고 할 수 있는데, 그 역할을 적극적으로 해내고 성패를 좌우하는 것은 사서라는 것이다. 향후에는 도서관 공유경제 실현사례의 성과를 측정하는 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다고 본다.

Workplace knowledge sharing is a complex process and there are a large number of studies in the area. In this article three theoretical approaches in library and information science are used to discuss knowledge sharing in the workplace. The approaches are information behavior, social capital, and information culture, and they bring important insights that need to be considered from a holistic management point of view when it comes to knowledge sharing. The individual's relation to different levels of context is important, meaning both in relation to work roles, work tasks, situations, organizational structures, and culture. The frameworks also shed light on where and how knowledge sharing activities are present in the organization. From a knowledge management point of view, it is important to acknowledge that when knowledge is valued, there is also an awareness of the knowledge sharing activities. Also, in addition to more traditional views of context, the frameworks bring forward different views on context, such as time and space as contextual factors.

Due to the popularity of mobile phones, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) content sharing in mobile phones is highly desirable, especially in a mobile data connection. In addition, there has been an increasing demand for content sharing applications for P2P communication in Android-based smartphones as ubiquitous mobile devices. However, due to wireless network limits, unstable characteristic and restricted storage space, mobile users confront challenges in establishing connections and sharing video frames with other users. To solve this issue, we propose an architectural design and implementation of key frame sharing application that uses Chord, a distributed lookup protocol to establish a content sharing platform for mobile devices, combined with the Chord SDK based on Android. Our proposed system enables users easily to share key information on video data in real-time over a wireless network without manual processing of devices which join or leave the group and cost associated with the 3G/4G network.
