VMP(Variable Message Protocol) is bit-based variable message processing protocol that enables the sharing situation information in real time as a tactical datalink protocol for Korean Army. System A is currently under development and will be operated as an army system when its development is completed. In system A, the VMP processing terminal is mounted and the VMP is utilized for exchanging tactical information. System A can acquire situation information from mounted situation information acquisition system and share situation information with other system A by the VMP. In this paper, we propose a method of sharing situation information with system A and speed improvement methods of sharing situation information using VMP. As speed improvement methods of sharing situation information, this paper studied 'Removing Process of Sending VMP Observation Report', 'Adopting One-time Situation Information Send Button When Sharing A System Situation Information By VMP', 'Combination of Many VMP Messages Using Repeat Function Of Application Header'. And we conducted the experiment, the result was that the transmission speed of equipment to which the research method was applied was improved by 76.8% compared to the existing equipment.

In ubiquitous environments, there are a large number of various mobile devices everywhere. Recently, many studies have been research on distributed resources sharing in this ubiquitous environments. However, the problems with this researches are no considering user's situation and preference. Therefore in this paper, we suggest the personalized resource sharing system considering user's situation and preference. Our system is aware of user's situation by using user's schedule information and a context information such as the time and location information and recommends personalized resources by using the simple weighted scheme. We prove our situation-aware based personalized resource sharing system by using a meeting scenario.

The interference situation for the satellite networks using non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) is more complicated than the situation between geostationary satellite orbit (GSO) networks because of the time varying orbital characteristics of NGSO systems. Most of frequency bands are allocated to fixed-satellite service and liked-service in co-primary basis. In this paper, the sharing criteria between NGSO/FSS systems and HDFS (High Density Fixed-Service) are examined.

Korean displays an interesting construction (so-called possessor agreement construction), where a possessor nominal and its possessum nominal are marked with the same case as shown in the example Mary-ka John-ul tali-lul cha-ss-ta ‘Mary kicked John's leg’ More interestingly, not all possessors in possessive construction are marked the same case with its possessum as shorn in the ungrammatical sentence ＊Mary-ka John-ul cha-lul cha-ss-ta ‘Mary kicked John's car’. Hence, a simple but non-trivial question arises: In what situation are both possessors and possessums marked with the same case\ulcorner In this paper, we advance three claims: (i) Possessor agreement appears in the situation where entailment is satisfied as follows: If Mary kicked John's leg, it entails that Mary kicked John, (ii) entailment in possessor agreement results from theta-feature sharing; specifically, the whole DP and the possessor DP share the same theta role, and (iii) Possessor nominals are marked with accusative (or nominative) case when they are assigned internal theta role from the predicate directly.

The information system fields of spatial applications have rapidly grown during the last decade in Korea. Spatial data has been produced for a variety of systems without common standards until national GIS Committee defined the data exchange formats among spatial databases in the middle of 1990's. It aimed at promoting data sharing between the different systems in similar application fields. However, a considerable number of databases built prior to the introduction of the standards are not yet standard compliant but still play the roles of the main producers/consumers in the data collection field such as early developed huge AM/FM systems maintained by governmental organizations. The strong autonomy of these databases keeps their own data models, formats and descriptions from being standardized, which leads the sharing to a more difficult stage. Sharing is another way of data acquisition with least efforts and time away from direct collection. A data clearinghouse is the core module which directs users to the relevant data resources. The contents of datasets should be described with predefined metadata standards for precise indexing. Moreover, a number of technical problems have to be resolved for the common use of data between heterogeneous spatial database systems. However, the technical issues can be covered by the present information technologies. The difficulties persist in the political/institutional issues. Institutional issues are derived from the diverse sources such as political background, governmental policies, related laws and/or regulations. The paper will firstly make an analysis of current situation in terms of Korean policies, laws and regulations, secondly abstract the institutional issues from the situation analysis, lastly present guidelines for promoting spatial data sharing in Korea.

The recent cyber threats are becoming real threats to our lives. This gloomy situation from cyber threats necessarily demands the establishment of the cyber threat information sharing system between the public and private area. Key countries, like the US, Japan and the UK, are stabilizing the cyber threat information sharing systems by founding exclusive organizations for sharing information and setting up and implementing relevant measures. In this thesis, I would like to propose the model for cyber threat information sharing in order to cope efficiently with the ever-intensifying cyber threats. My model would include key elements for the efficient information sharing, such as the clear designation of main operator of information sharing system, the management of collaboration system between the public and private sector, the build-up of the integrated and automated system and the supplementation of legal system including the grant of privilege, and so on.

As the globalization of the global economy accelerates, entrepreneurs are increasingly interested in knowledge management processes such as sharing, utilizing, and learning within organizations to create and scale new knowledge to achieve sustainable growth and differentiated competitive advantage. Recently, domestic construction companies have been facing difficulties due to many unstable factors including domestic and foreign factors due to technological power enhancement and the decline of the construction industry due to the government's real estate regulation policy and the ongoing recession. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of knowledge sharing and utilization on the performance of knowledge sharing and utilization in the field organization of domestic construction companies in this market situation. In this study, the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that all variables except for the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing and utilization had a positive effect.

In this paper, we propose an efficient friendly forces location data sharing algorithm in a troops using a low bandwidth radio. The future battlefield is a 'Network Centric Warfare' with a concept of identifying the position and power of the enemy and friendly forces and leading the battlefield to victory through proper links at the time of our need. One of the basic elements in the 'Network Centric Warfare' is to share friendly forces location data. The bandwidth and transmission rates of radio used in battalion are low. Nevertheless, we should share our locations data almost in real time for effective fighting in a war situation. This paper describes the efficient method of friendly forces location data sharing based on low bandwidth radio. In particular, the concept of 'network-centered warfare' is reflected in the troop below the battalion to present an integrated and efficient way to shared location data of friendly forces.

Enemy information has significant value when it comes to the process of military actions in battle field. Our Army now uses Battlefield Management Systems(BMSs) equipped in Ground Fighting Vehicles(GFVs) and we need to make research on what kind of role enemy information can play in such systems. Also, enemy information can be shared among GFVs and target information shall be extracted from it in view of KVMF scheme. Because KVMF becomes requisite standard in modern BMSs, we need to implement target information handling process in KVMF standard. In this article, we will focus on how target information and its sharing process can be managed efficiently without information conflicts. Also, situation map produced by it will be noted.

It is required that public schools in information society should act as a balancer between the equal educational opportunity and development of the personal capacity. However, public schools have faced a situation to be blamed and praised by social parties concerned from the point of view of educational excellence. The aim of this study is to suggest some conceptual ideas for sharing & delivery system of educational information, which is based on the paradigm of web 2.0 characterized as participation, sharing, and openness. To do it, we analyzed the recent technological trends and took a group discussion with leading teachers in educational information.
