Background: The efficient knowledge management in hospital organization is generally known as the important activities relevant to employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance. This research examined factors affecting employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance in top 4 university hospitals. This study is based on individual factors such as incentives, reciprocity, behavioral control, and subjective norms. Also, there are organizational factors such as CEO support, learning climate, IT system, rewards system, and trust. Methods: Data was collected from employees who are working at 3 hospitals university in Seoul and 1 university hospital in Gyeonggi-Do through the self-administered questionnaires. A total of 779 questionnaires were analyzed by PASW SPSS ver. 18.0. (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: The significant variables affecting knowledge sharing behavior are behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO, IT system, and trust (in organization factor). Also the significant variables affecting work performance are incentives, reciprocity, subjective norms, and behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO support, IT system, reward system, and trust (in organization factor). Conclusion: The personality and organization characteristics factors is important to improve knowledge sharing behavior and work performance of hospital employees. Therefore, to make more efficient knowledge management is to build and system knowledge sharing culture, system, and leadership and to develop practical strategies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of negative emotions on the intention to share negative experiences caused by unruly passengers on flights. 163 questionnaires were collected and an SEM model was used to measure the relationship between passengers' negative emotions and sharing intentions. We empirically analyzed the impact of unruly passenger behavior on social media sharing intention through negative emotions, airline trust, and satisfaction with service recovery. Theoretically, we established a clear causal relationship between these variables. The results of this study shed light on the importance of developing a sustainable service strategy for passengers by analyzing the impact of negative emotions and sharing intentions. Based on our findings, we recognized that airlines should respond to disruptive behavior while understanding the negative emotional feelings of surrounding passengers. Therefore, this study strongly recommends that airlines should respond appropriately to in-flight disruptive behavior and ensure that passengers' negative emotions do not damage the overall reputation and image of the airline.

본 연구는 호텔 기업의 지식공유문화가 MZ 세대 종사원의 지식공유를 매개로 심리적 주인의식, 조직시민행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한다. 또한 추가적으로 암묵지와 형식지 등 두가지 지식유형에 따른 각기 다른 경영전략이 지식공유문화와 지식공유를 조절하는 효과가 있을 것이라 가정하였다. 수도권 호텔에 종사하는 종사원 138명을 대상으로 데이터 수집 후 실증분석을 수행한 결과 호텔 기업의 지식공유문화는 지식공유에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 더 나아가 심리적 주인의식과 조직적시민행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 호텔 기업의 경우 형식지 지향 전략보다 암묵지 지향 전략이 종사원들의 지식공유를 유도하는데 효과적인 것을 보아 기업이 다양한 형태의 암묵지 전략을 이용하여 지식공유문화를 제공한다면 MZ세대 종사원의 조직 시민행동과 심리적 주인의식을 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

In order to reduce the spread of illegal digital contents, many studies have been focusing on how to stop it through laws and regulations. Only few of the studies tried to explain the illegal behaviors from individual's viewpoints. This paper aims to examine the intention of sharing illegal digital contents over the Internet and proposes a theoretical model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) along with the introduction of two outcome expectations. We also argue that the individuals' cognition of online copyright will influence individuals' illegal contents sharing on the Internet. We have collected data from online survey and offline interview. By empirical study, the results support the theoretical model except the subjective norm which has no effect on individuals' behavior. This is a different finding from the previous researches revealing that the subjective norm has no effect on individuals' unethical actions. Overall, the findings provide strong confirmation that attitude, self-efficacy and outcome expectations impact on individual's intention of sharing illegal contents. In addition, this study proposed an improved cognition of online copyright through education and standard of new media management will reduce illegal contents sharing on Internet.

The objective of this research is to empirically study public servant knowledge sharing intention by implementing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The researcher proposes an extended TPB combined with a perceived environmental concern variable as a determinant of behavioral intention. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed among civil society and the public sector at the district level in the Central Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. Collectively, 126 inquiries were received. A Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was applied to analyze and test the research model and hypothesis. The results show that all of the components of the TPB significantly influenced perceived SDG realization. The findings also partially show that knowledge sharing intention mediated the effect of attitude, perceived behavioral control, and perceived environmental concern on SDG realization. This study confirms that perspectives that affect knowledge sharing intention among public sectors could be approached based on the offered model. Hence, the local government can implement the suggestion offered in this research. The originality of this paper lies in the fact that this study discloses factors affecting knowledge sharing among public servants.

This study aims to investigate the effects of telepresence on young moviegoers' flow experiences and social interactions, and the impact on consumer delight, trust, and experience sharing behavior on cinema mobile social network site pages. Given the scarcity of telepresence research, indirect telepresence on experience sharing via two experiences and social interactions is also included. The study used pages from Korean cinema mobile social network sites, and 175 Chinese moviegoers residing in Korea participated. We found that telepresence positively impacts the activity in both human-human and human-computer interactions. We further contend that telepresence positively affects perceived enjoyment and attentional focus. However, perceived enjoyment does not significantly affect consumer delight. We found that consumer delight positively influences consumer trust and movie experience sharing. Moreover, we illustrated that telepresence significantly and indirectly influences consumer movie experience-sharing behavior through attention focus and consumer delight. Our results provide crucial insights for future study and practical managerial.

최근 조직들은 조직원에게 엄격한 정보보안 수준을 요구하고 있다. 엄격한 정보보안 정책 및 기술은 정보보안 관련 스트레스를 유발할 수 있다. 연구 목적은 지식공유행동 및 개인조직 적합성을 감소시키는 정보보안 기술 및 업무스트레스의 부정적 영향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 정보보안 정책을 보유한 조직에서 근무하는 조직원이며, 연구가설은 309개의 표본을 활용하여 구조방정식모델링으로 검증한다. 연구 결과, 개인조직적합성이 지식공유행동에 긍정적 영향을 주었으나, 업무스트레스가 부정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 기술스트레스가 개인조직 적합성에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 추가적으로, 업무모호성이 개인조직 적합성과 지식공유행동사이에 조절효과를 가졌다. 연구 시사점은 조직원의 정보보안 기술 및 업무 스트레스의 부정적 영향을 확인하였으며, 내부자의 부정적 행동 최소화를 위한 방향을 제시한다.

정보접근, 획득, 이용자와 정보시스템과의 상호작용과 관련된 내용 중심으로 연구된 이용자 연구는 변화된 정보환경에서 정보획득과 공유행위를 포함한 정보행위 관점에서 연구할 필요가 있다. Wilson의 정보행위 개념을 적용하여 도서관과 인터넷 환경에서 이용자 정보획득과 공유행위의 요구 및 동기, 과정의 내용을 분석하기 위해 질적 연구와 양적 연구의 통합적 접근을 시도하였다. 통합적 분석을 토대로 정보서비스 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 사용자들의 공유행위의도에 대한 이유를 설명하기 위해 계획된 행동이론 모델 변인(주관적 규범, 태도, 자기효능감)과 소속 욕구, 자기성장주도성의 관계를 입증하고자 하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 온라인 비디오 공유 경험이 있는 959명의 참가자들을 표본으로 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 구조방정식모형 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 소속 욕구는 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기성장주도성 역시 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도와 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 계획된 행동이론 모델의 3가지 변인 모두 온라인 비디오 공유 의도에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었으며, 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도는 주관적 규범과 자기효능감에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 소속 욕구, 자기성장주도성과 함께 계획된 행동이론 모델의 구성 변인을 통해 사용자의 온라인 비디오 공유 의도에 대한 설명력을 입증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

마이크로파일이 직접기초시스템으로 활용되는 경우 말뚝 캡이 설치되어 말뚝지지 전면기초의 래프트와 같은 역할을 수행하지만 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 하중분담 거동에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다 이에 본 연구에서는 말뚝캡이 씌워진 실물 크기의 마이크로파일 재하시험 자료를 바탕으로 3차원 비선형 유한요소해석을 실시하여 마이크로 파일과 래프트의 하중분담 거동을 분석하고 각각의 변수들이 하중분담 거동에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 해석 결과 $2{\times}1$ 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 경우 최종하중단계에서 약 50%의 하중을, 그리고 $2{\times}2$ 마이크로파일 기초시스템의 경우 약 30%의 하중을 캡이 분담하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마이크로파일의 간격 및 경사각이 증가할수록 캡의 하중분담이 커지는 것을 알 수 있다.
