This study was examined the characteristics of individual or an organization differences of oriented value and shared value for the employees in the field and management division of clothing enterprises in Korea. The hypothesis of this study are as follows: <Hypothesis 1> The field employees of clothing enterprise would prefer to have a professional tendency and the management employees would prefer to have the organizational tendency. <Hypothesis 2> The employees who have organizational tendency would have higher shared standard of organization value than the employees of professional tendency. As a result of the study, the hypothesis 1 has accepted as showing the mean value is high when the field employees have their professional tendencies and the management employees also have their organizational tendencies respectively. The hypothesis 2 has also accepted that the employees who have organizational tendency have higher shared value than the employees of professional tendency.
Shared value enhances the competitiveness of a company while simultaneously reducing societal burdens. By allowing companies to share their resources, collaborative logistics systems provide companies with an opportunity to create shared value, namely, not only economic value by enhancing the utilization of resources, but also social value by reducing energy consumptions and greenhouse gas emissions associated with logistics and transportation. Emerging businesses, such as ES3 and Flexe, have recently demonstrated how they created shared value through collaborative logistics services, for example, ES3's collaborative warehousing and direct-to-store (D2S) program, and Flexe's on-demand warehousing platform. However, the development of collaborative logistics systems is currently at a nascent stage. There are quite a few socio-technical barriers to overcome for sharing resources (data as well as infrastructure). Drawing on the socio-technical approach, this research examines how companies create both economic and social value from collaborative logistics systems. We highlight socio-technical barriers, particularly one set of social barriers, that is, competition-oriented conservatism prevalent among companies. Using the case study methodology and interview data, we closely investigate ES3 and Flexe, which provide collaborative logistics services, and demonstrate how technical and social barriers are addressed to create shared value from collaborative logistics systems.
Due to the improvement of modern information technologies, sharing stock information among the supply chain members is a common practice nowadays. Many companies are planning to adopt the information systems to possess the real-time shared stock information. Thus, it is needed to quantify the value of shared stock information. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the value of the shared stock information for two-echelon distribution systems. Existing reorder policies can be classified into installation stock policies and echelon stock policies. Since installation stock policies do not utilize the shared stock information, and both classes of policies may show poor performances for distribution systems, we cannot evaluate the value of the shared stock information with the existing policies. Thus, we provide a new type of reorder policy, named order risk policy. We define the order risk using marginal analysis, and prove the optimality. Through computational experiment that compares the order risk policy with the existing policies, it is shown that a significant cost reduction is achieved with the effective utilization of the shared stock information. We also show the effect of the system characteristics on the value of the shared stock information.
Purpose: As the shared kitchen sector evolves into a new trend in the restaurant industry, not only operational support but also the physical environment for services is ranked as an important success factors. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to study the effect of shared kitchen service quality on experiential value, relational commitment, and long-term orientation. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, a questionnaire was used to verify the structural relationship between shared kitchen service quality, experiential value, relational commitment, and long-term orientation for tenant companies in shared kitchen companies. The data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Result: Facilities and support for the service quality of the shared kitchen had a positive (+) effect on the experiential value, and the environment did not. In addition, experiential value showed a significant positive (+) effect on relationship commitment and long-term orientation, and relationship commitment showed a significant positive (+) effect on long-term orientation. Conclusions: It was confirmed that the support quality among service quality affects the relationship formation. Thus, attention should be paid to activities to support stable business activities from the perspective of B2B services.
This study empirically analyzed the effect of outdoor brand consumer's consumption value and company's creating shared values activity on consumers' purchase intention. The sub-variables of consumption value were set as functional value, conditional value, and emotional value as factors affecting consumers' purchase intention. The sub-variables of company's creating shared values activities were set as economic value, relational value, social value. As a result of analysis, functional value, conditional value, and emotional value of consumption value were found to have a positive effect on purchase intention, and economic value, social value, and relational value of company's creating shared values were all positively influenced Respectively. According to the results of the analysis, it is found that both consumption value of outdoor brand consumers and company's creating shared values activities are positive factors for purchase intention. This result can be deduced that consumers 'consumption value and company's creating shared values activities in outdoor brand industry are already reflected in consumers' purchase intention.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social enterprise's shared value creation on corporate performance and to develop policy measures to enhance competitiveness of social enterprises. The main results and implications are as follows. First, according to the general characteristics of social enterprises, the difference between shared value creation and organizational performance was not statistically significant. In other words, although the social enterprise has various organizational characteristics, it does not differ from the shared value creation or the organizational performance that it creates. The rapid increase of social enterprises led to a rapid increase in various types of social enterprises, but there is no difference between shared value creation and organizational performance. Second, the results of analyzing the impact of shared value creation on the organizational performance of social enterprises revealed that social performance was statistically significant influenced by re-recognition of product market and regional cluster among sub-factors of shared value creation. Among the sub-factors of social enterprise's economic performance, the re-recognition of the product market had a statistically significant effect on the overall organizational performance of social enterprises. Among the sub-factors of shared value creation. In the future, it will be necessary to make effort to improve corporate performance by introducing the concept of shared value creation for social enterprise and making policy efforts to activate it.
The purpose of the study is to investigate how customer reward programs that are provided strategically to develop customer favors are assessed by customers, if they affect customer loyalty and what effect using membership card(how many possess and use it) takes. The findings from the study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, customer loyalty showed high when shared value and convenient value are felt for preference and referring effect and when shared value and allied value were felt for revisit. Secondly, when the number of cards in possession was a lot, high customer loyalty existed. Thirdly, when the number of cards in use was a lot, the customer loyalty was high. The customer's awareness of values, e.g. economic, shared, use, convenience and allied values, put a very meaningful positive effect on loyalty, i.e. preference, referring effect and revisit. The more the number of food service provider's' membership cards in use and in possession was, the higher customer loyalty was. This implies that continued development of business partners and quality control are critical for various benefits and shared value of the customer reward pro-grams and service upgrade.
Purpose - The objective of this research is to investigate not only the effect of a company creating shared value (CSV) influencing consumers' emotions that lead to prosocial consumer behavior but also the moderating effect of Companies' authenticity in the causal relationship between economic or social value of CSV and either gratitude or pride of consumers. Research design, data, methodology - The 9 hypotheses presenting the relationship among CSV, consumer's emotion and prosocial consumer behavior were proposed and tested in this study. Research data were collected from the surveying of 350 respondents over 20 years and the 340 samples were used to test the proposed hypotheses. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used for statistical analysis such as reliability test, validity test and path analysis. Results - The results show that the economic or social value of corporate CSV activities affects positively consumer's gratitude or pride except for the relationship between social value of CSV and consumer's pride. The results also show that gratitude or pride of consumers affects positively consumers' prosocial behavior. We also found that there is a moderating effect of Companies' authenticity in the causal relationship between economic or social value of CSV and either gratitude or pride of consumers. Conclusions - Company's activities in creating shared value influences consumer emotions and pride, and although these activities induce gratitude, this does not apply to pride. In addition, when these shared value activities influence consumer emotions, the authenticity of the company has shown to have a moderating effect.

The main aim of the research attempts to identify value relations appropriated and realized in the coffee frontier of Vietnam by investigating the ways in which it is integrated into coffee global value chains driven by multinational companies, and to provide some implications of the integration of the frontier into sustainable coffee global value chains for creating shared value in Dak Lak, Vietnam. Recently Dak Lak has gone through the transition of value relations from exploitative value chains based upon conventional coffee production into shared value chains relied upon the production of sustainable or certified coffee in Dak Lak. The transition has been expected to result in sustainability in the creation of value by enhancing regional competitive advantages and regional bargaining power in global value chains driven by multinational companies. However, the reality has shown the intensification of hierarchical profits allocation among stakeholders such as farmer, middlemen, and multinational companies in the region. The main reasons for this could be found in two perspectives. Firstly, the formation of exclusive relations among farmers, middlemen, and processors has led to stakeholders to secure market, but resulted in the intensification of hierarchy among them in global value chain, because multinational companies could control indirectly over the farming system through exclusive middlemen. Secondly, social and ecological costs imputed by multinational companies to coffee farmers in the name of creating shared value has deteriorated the economic profits of stakeholders such as farmers and middlemen. As a result, it has led to the configuration of systematically hierarchical and subordinated global value chain in Dak Lak.
The purpose of this study is to propose and spread the effective direction of collaboration among domestic and external industries. To this end, it chose to study cases in which domestic and foreign companies achieved high value through collaboration. Studies have shown that businesses are also working increasingly to realize shared values as people are increasingly interested in the shared economy. Based on these results, we proposed collaboration with IKEA, a practical furniture brand, and Airbnb, a shared accommodation platform service. Through collaboration, the two companies were able to share their current limitations, and the result was that their social image could be enhanced through the realization of shared economic values. Based on this research in the future, we hope that not only IKEA and Airbnb, but also companies will be able to collaborate to create the value of promoting shared economies.
