IPCC 방법을 이용한 시화·반월 산업단지의 온실가스 배출량 산정 연구 (A study on the calculation of greenhouse gas emission in industry complex of Shiwha-banwol using the method of IPCC)

  • Recently environmental regulations like the Kyoto Protocol, adopted in 1997, required the reduction of the greenhouse gas of 5.2% up to 1990's emissions and 13th General Assembly in 2007, held in Bali of India, have agreed to duty reduction even in developing countries in 2013. Korean government needs research on climate change and greenhouse gas management, such as carbon emissions calculation system and the introduction of greenhouse gas reduction program. Using Top-Down approach with method of IPCC, greenhouse gas emissions from energy, transportation, agriculture, land use and forest, and waste was calculated. Total amount from Shiheung-City in 2007 was about 3,299.581 tons of greenhouse gas $CO_2$. By sectors, the total greenhouse gas emissions in the energy sector mostly accounted for 78 percent, 12 percent from transportation, 6 percent of waste, the landuse/forest sector, 4% of the greenhouse gas emissions. Approximately 5,401,618 tons of the greenhouse gas $CO_2$ was total amount from Ansan-City in 2007. The share of energy sector greenhouse gas emissions was the highest portion of 79 % and 14 percent of transportation, 4% from the waste sector, 3 % from landuse/forest sector.

소가구 증가에 대응한 공동주택지 지구단위계획 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement of District Unit Plan in Apartment Housing with the Increase of 1~2 person Households)

  • 우리 사회의 인구성장이 둔화되고 가구형태도 1~2인의 소가구가 53.3%로 과반을 넘고 있어 향후 이를 주거단지에서 어떻게 계획으로 수용하여 적절한 주거공간을 만들어갈지가 중요해지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소가구화 증가 추이에 대해 기존의 지구단위계획이 적절히 대응하고 있는지를 고찰하고, 소가구화에 대응한 향후 지구단위계획의 요소별 개선방안과 적용성 제고방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 최근 6개 주거단지를 대상으로 소가구와 관련한 지구단위계획의 지침과 내용을 분석하고 문헌고찰 및 전문가 자문 등을 통해 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 1인 가구 증가에 대응하여 다양한 주거유형의 지구단위계획상 반영이 필요한 사항들을 제안하고, 소형공동주택, 쉐어하우스, 독신자전용주거 등 1인 가구 주택특성에 맞는 가구 획지, 건축물 배치, 건축물 형태 및 외관 등과 관련한 계획요소도 제시하였다. 또한 무인택배시설, 게스트하우스 등 부대복리시설의 도입, 유치원 등 수요가 낮은 부대복리시설의 재검토 등 1인 가구 거주특성을 고려해야 함을 제안하였다. 제안된 계획요소와 방안들은 향후 공동주택의 지구단위계획수립지침과 운영기준 등을 작성하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

국립중앙박물관 소장 이항복 종가 기증 운보문단 보자기 무늬의 특징과 연대추정 (Wrapping Cloth with Cloud and Treasures Pattern Donated by the Head House of the Descendants of Lee Hangbok at the National Museum of Korea: Dating and Analysis of the Cloud and Treasures Pattern)

  • 국립중앙박물관 소장 운보문단 보자기(증9393) 유물의 전시와 안전한 보호를 위한 보존처리를 실시하였다. 이후 보존 처리한 직물 무늬의 시대를 추정하기 위하여 함께 기증 된 이항복(1556-1618)의 17세기 활동시기와 후모본(後模本) 초상화의 제작시기인 18세기의 유물과 비교하여 운보문단 보자기 무늬의 구성과 연대를 추정하였다. 운보문단의 시대 추정을 위해 시대가 확실한 유물과 비교한 내용을 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이항복의 생몰년(1556-1618)을 기준으로 유사한 시기의 출토복식과 의궤의 표지의 무늬와 비교하였으나 운두와 꼬리크기의 비율에서 확연히 차이가 보여 이항복의 생몰년 대에 제작한 직물로는 추정되지 않다고 판단되었다. 둘째, 이항복의 호성공신과 위성공신 초상 후모본의 제작시기인 18세기 운보문단 직물 무늬와 비교한 결과 가장 유사한 1702년 『숙종인원왕후가례도감의궤』 표지의 운보문단이 확인 되었으며, 이외 1730년대까지의 의궤표지와 출토직물에서 배열, 크기, 비율 등 유사한 구성양식을 나타내고 있었다. 보자기의 정확한 용도는 확인 할 수 없었지만 함께 기증 된 후모본 초상화와 유사한 18세기 초에 제작된 것으로 추정할 수 있다.

바위글씨와 팔경으로 추적한 만수탄(萬水灘) 종호(鍾湖)의 경관 향유자와 풍류상 (A Landscape Possessor and Enjoyment of Jongho on the Mansutan River Traced by Stone Inscription and 'Jongho Eight Views')

  • 문헌조사와 현장조사를 통해 순창 구미리 남원양씨 종택과 만수탄 종호(鍾湖)에 펼쳐진 초로 양운거의 정원 향유 양상을 추적하기 위하여 시도한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 종호의 경관 향유자는 남원양씨(南原楊氏)인 초로 양운거와 종호팔경의 작자이기도 한 진주하씨 양진당 하만리를 비롯한 6인의 노선(老仙)으로, 이들은 양운거의 친우이거나 사돈 또는 외숙으로서 매우 긴밀한 관계였다. 투구모양의 돌섬과 소(沼)를 중심으로 생성된 종호정과 육로암 그리고 인근 탁영정 등은 종호에서 최대 약 2㎞ 떨어진 종택을 본제로 삼아 행해졌던 풍류 행위 거점이자 임천원림(林泉園林)이라 할만하다. 종호팔경은 종호암과 육로암 그리고 탁영정을 시점으로 하는 정자팔경과 구미리 남원양씨 영토를 대상으로 한 읍치팔경의 성격이 함께 공유하는 특성이 발견된다. 만수탄 일원에서 확인된 바위글씨는 총 9점으로 만수탄에서 행해졌던 시율(詩律)·낚시·탄금 풍류와 함께 특히, 술 풍류가 행해졌던 현장임을 여실히 알려줄 뿐 아니라 종호팔경의 경관내용이나 경관구조와도 밀접히 관련되어 있다. 종호팔경과 그곳에서의 풍류 행위 그리고 주변 바위글씨는 만수탄 종호의 옛 풍경을 상기하거나 연출하기 위한 매우 시사적이고 유효한 문화경관이자 '노블레스 오블리주의 정원 향유사례'로 현대적 전통조경에 시사하는 바가 적지 않다.

K-pop 스타 이미지를 활용한 우산 디자인 개발 - 방탄소년단을 중심으로 - (Development of Umbrella Design Utilizing K-pop Star Image - Focused on Bangtan Boys -)

  • Contemporary people can form a broad social sympathy on cultural products based on the present Korean image. K-pop is good material to use to share korean culture, and fans who are enthusiastic here are increasingly demanding cultural products. The visual materials of Bangtan Boys are collected from their album covers, and a concept book, and divided into specific and symbolic images. Based on this motif, three specific images: 'bulletproof vest', 'army house + superhero extract image', and 'Wings symbol', six designs were proposed. In addition, six motifs from the music videos for recent popular songs, 'Spring Day', 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' and 'Burning Up' were selected as symbolic images. Each selected image is divided into a normal line and a special line. The former is a relatively small, stable, and popular style, and the latter is a large, original, and bold style. By drawing and transforming extracted images and motifs using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6 program, a full-width umbrella design was developed. The messages that the Bangtan Boys wants to convey through their music are put into cultural products that contemporaries can sympathize with. By developing umbrellas, a variety of items and design goods can become desirable points of consumption as high-value products by domestic and foreign fandom. If designs that incorporate various elements of future K-pop contents as well as other Korean Wave contents are developed, it will be possible to develop original design products that will form global understanding.

A Study on the Improvement of Youth Housing Support Policy

  • Purpose: The problem of housing poverty among young people is a very important problem for the nation. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to identify the problems of the government's housing support policy for young people. And it is in presenting specific solutions by fully reflecting the opinions of experts. Research design, data and methodology: This study consisted of analyzing the following three research topics: 1) the differences of youth residential support housing policy impact on young adults' housing stability, 2) the problems and solutions of youth housing support policy, and 3) the differences of experts' opinions on the impact of government policy on youth housing stability. The subject of this study is the government's seven housing policies for young people. The targets include Happy Public Rental Housing (Happiness Housing), Station Area Rental Housing for youth (Station Area 2030), Public Dormitory for College Students (Public Dormitory & Hope Dormitory), Jeonse Rental Housing for College Students (Subject Lease Rental Housing for College Students), Social Housing for Young People, and Share House. The data was organized through expert surveys from 1st to 30th June 2020. The experts surveyed include professors & researchers, public officer & public institutions staff, and private developers of young adults' housing. The methodology of analysis on the problem and the solution of government policy was Frequency analysis. And analysis methods on differences of experts' opinion were ANOVA, Levene' test, and Schefe test. Results: Problems in Government's youth residential support housing policy include high rents, lack of supply, difficulty in acquiring rental housing, inconvenience in using shared spaces, conflicts with cohabitants, and invasion of privacy. Solutions include expanding supply to urban areas, establishing long-term plans, securing privacy, diversifying business methods, establishing platforms for rental housing transactions, and expanding various public support (financial support, etc). Conclusions: There was a difference in perception among groups of experts on the impact of public rental housing (called 'happiness housing') in youth housing stability. It is very urgent to come up with the most reasonable policy to support youth housing. This requires in-depth discussions by experts to narrow their differences.

수출입컨테이너화물의 연안운송에 의한 이산화탄소($CO_2$)와 질소산화물(NOx) 배출량 삭감에 관한 연구 (Study on the reduction of $CO_2$ and NOx emission by coastal transport of import-export container cargo)

  • 본 논문에서는 수출입컨테이너 화물의 육상운송에서 연안운송으로의 전환을 이용한 CO₂가스 및 배기가스 배출량 삭감이 제안되어진다. 먼저 국내의 CO₂가스 배출량, 배기가스 배출량, 수출입컨테이너화물의 물동량 등에 대하여 간단히 살펴본다. 또한 경인지역과 부산항사이의 수출입컨테이너화물 수송에 대하여 육상운송에서 연안운송으로의 변환에 의한 CO₂가스 및 배기가스 배출량 삭감효과에 대하여 고찰한다. 마지막으로 연안운송의 분담율 변화와 320TEU 소형컨테이너선 이용에 따른 NOx가스 배출량 변화를 고찰한다. 본 연구의 결과 육상운송에서 연안운송으로의 전환이 CO₂가스 및 배기가스 배출량 삭감에 효과적인 것을 확인하였다.

사회취약 독거노인 주택의 맞춤형 개조 현장상황 기술 연구 (A Descriptive Research on Field Situation of Customized Modification for Vulnerable Single Elderly Home)

  • Elderly population has increased rapidly and adjusting the environment is in demand to support their health. To improve the living environment of elderly, an appropriate plan for customized home modification is needed upon the personal contexts. The purpose of this study is to explain the sequence and to build an insight on customized home modification for vulnerable single elderly. It is a case study based on single target that includes 6 months of execution period deeply seeking the appropriate plan for implementation. The target is a male elderly aged 74 living in a single story detached house. The various research methods are applied in this study including exploratory, participatory, action and trade-off preference researches. The result shows that plan for home modification is complex outcome of interlocking uniqueness between residence environment and resident situation. If customized modification is targeted for residentially vulnerable social group, more sensitive approach aiming for the highest result is required due to financial constraint. To conclude, comprehensive understanding of overall circumstances of a dwelling, a resident and various stakeholder is essential throughout the process. Since the aging-in-place of elderly cannot be achieved without self-sustaining living environment, customized home modification should be a tool to meet housing suitability. It is important to strengthen the experts and future workforce with networks of local residents to share opinions and appropriate plans.

주택성능등급과 친환경건축물인증의 평가방법 비교를 통한 개선안 연구 -환경관련등급을 중심으로- (A Study on the Improvement of Assessment Criteria for Housing Performance Indicator System and Green Building Certification Criteria)

  • A variety of Certification systems are initiated, as increased demands for housing quality of building & house owner. New building and apartment built in Seoul metropolitan should acquire Building Energy Rating System and Housing Performance Grade indication System, Green Building Certification System. Building Energy Rating System could be acquired through the certification from energy performance index of environment grade in Housing Performance Grade Indication. Between Housing Performance Grade Indication and Green Building Certification System, There are troublesome to acquire certification because a lot of assessment items are overlapped. At a result, the rational and efficient certification system should be initiated not only to avoid overlap among those certification systems and promote Green Building market share but also efficient certification system operation. We will discuss on assessment items between Housing Performance Grade Indication System and Green Building Certification System and release the improvement method those Certification Systems to avoid overlapping to assessment items.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the identity of the traditional residential space in Korea and Japan as analyzing the spatial characteristics and sociocultural roles of the 'in-between space' shown in their traditional dwelling space. Although they share culture area, it is meaningful to clarify the identity of both countries with many differences as the point of localization In globalization and the point of presenting the current and future directions of residential culture in both countries. Records and field studies have been carried out for the spatial characteristics and the sociocultural role focused on Ma-dang and Dae-chung in case of the 'in-between space' in Korean traditional dwellings and Inner housing, Doma, and Engawa in Japan. According to these findings, the spatial characteristics in common between Korea and Japan are open, half-open, separation, mitigation, integration, variation, continuation, hierarchy, mediation, and expansion. The 'in-between space', built by the separate Chae and Kan, of Korean traditional dwellings shows the separation by closed walls and the exclusive use by the fixed walls. In case of Japan, the integrated in-between space built by the separation of Kan shows open and connective tendencies and the variableness of walls has the tendency making ambiguous space with spatial softness. The sociocultural role of the 'in-between space' in Korean traditional dwelling space functions as the mitigation between the interior and exterior of the house as well as the male and female. Because the conception for protecting the private life is too weak, the sociocultural role of the 'in-between space' in Japanese traditional dwelling space seldom forms the space for an individual or the specific person among family. The space to welcome a guest functions as the mitigation between residents and outsiders as it is located in the inside of the private dwelling space.
