지방공기업 경영평가의 수용성 분석 -충청남도 직영기업을 대상으로- (Study on Acceptability Analysis of Local Public Enterprise Management Assessment -Focus on Chungcheongnam-do Direct Management Enterprises-)

  • 본 연구는 충청남도 직영기업을 대상으로 지방공기업 경영평가의 수용성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 지방공기업 경영평가와 관련하여 5개 측면으로 영역을 구성하고 지방공기업 경영평가의 수용성과의 영향여부를 분석하였다. 직영기업은 조직 구조상 다른 공기업들과 다른 형태를 지니고 있어서 경영평가가 효율적으로 운영되기 위해서는 보다 차별화된 전략이 필요시 된다. 상하수도의 경우 지방자치단체 조직으로 경영평가 결과의 환류가 어려운 특징이 있어 관리자의 관심과 노력이 필수적으로 요구된다. 또한, 경영평가를 통한 직영기업의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 담당자의 전문성이 필요시 되는 만큼 이를 위한 정책적 운영방안이 필요시 된다. 무엇보다 경영평가 결과에 대한 인센티브가 다른 공기업처럼 의도한 효과를 내기 어려운 구조에 있다. 따라서 평가결과에 대한 보상시스템에 대한 차별화가 필요할 것이다. 본 연구의 한계가 있으나 상대적으로 특성이 다른 상하수도 관계자에 대한 의식조사가 이루어진 만큼 향후 경영평가제도의 운영방향을 모색하는데 기여할 수 있다는 것에 의의를 지닌다.

  • In America, where obesity rate ranks no.1 in the world, the plus size market is rapidly expanding with various American brands adding plus size lines in a way to diversify their products. As obesity is expanding throughout the younger generation, the necessity to develop products according to different characteristics of body shape that can fulfill the needs of young plus size consumers is being emphasized. In this study of young plus size, our focus is on providing wider spectrum of design choices for consumers by analyzing different body shapes, categorizing them, and then identifying the differences of design among them. More specifically, the object of this study is to analyze the elements that differentiate the designs from each other by virtually trying out the same item on avatars of various body shapes. Thus, we can identify the elements that needs to be differentiated according to different body shapes after implementing virtual fitting program on plus size shapes that are rather difficult considering the reality of domestic fashion companies. In this way, we are able to provide fundamental data for American plus size fashion market and design development for Korean fashion companies that are under way of entering or planning to enter the American market. Furthermore, this will demonstrate the actual details of the designs that will eventually help the development of specialized product for the globalization of Korean fashion industry.

Current Status of KMTNet/DEEP-South Collaboration Research for Comets and Asteroids Research between SNU and KASI

  • Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) is one of powerful tools for investigating primordial objects in the inner solar system in that it covers a large area of the sky ($2{\times}2$ degree2) with a high observational cadence. The Deep Ecliptic Patrol of the Southern sky (DEEP-South) survey has been scanning the southern sky using KMTNet for non-bulge time (45 full nights per year) [1] since 2015 for examining color, albedo, rotation, and shape of the solar system bodies. Since 2017 January, we have launched a new collaborative group between Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) and Seoul National University (SNU) with support from KASI to reinforce mutual collaboration among these institutes and further to enhance human resources development by utilizing the KMTNet/DEEP-South data. In particular, we focus on the detection of comets and asteroids spontaneously scanned in the DEEP-South for (1) investigating the secular changes in comet's activities and (2) analyzing precovery and recovery images of objects in the NASA's NEOWISE survey region. In this presentation, we will describe our scientific objectives and current status on using KMTNet data, which includes updating the accuracy of the world coordinate system (WCS) information, finding algorithm of solar system bodies in the image, and doing non-sidereal photometry.

응력 최소화를 위한 클리닝 블레이드 최적설계 (Design Optimization of Cleaning Blade for Minimizing Stress)

  • 클리닝 블레이드는 레이저 프린터 토너 카트리지에 장착된 감광드럼 표면의 잔류 토너를 제거하는 우레탄 재질의 고무부품이다. 기존에는 고무 블레이드의 클리닝 성능과 수명에 대한 다양한 연구들이 수행되었으나, 본 연구에서는 클리닝 성능과 부품간의 간섭에 대한 구속조건들을 모두 만족하면서 클리닝 블레이드에 발생하는 최대응력을 최소화 하는 클리닝 블레이드의 형상최적설계를 수행하였다. 상용 PIDO 툴인 PIAnO 를 이용하여 클리닝 블레이드의 구조해석절차를 통합하고 자동화하였으며, 최적설계를 위해 PIAnO 에서 제공하는 실험계획법과 근사화기법, 최적화 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 최적설계 결과, 초기 모델 대비 최대응력을 32.6% 감소 시킬 수 있는 최적의 설계안을 도출하였으며, 이를 통해 본 연구에서 수행한 최적설계 방법의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Phenomenology of nonlinear aeroelastic responses of highly deformable joined wings

  • Dynamic aeroelastic behavior of structurally nonlinear Joined Wings is presented. Three configurations, two characterized by a different location of the joint and one presenting a direct connection between the two wings (SensorCraft-like layout) are investigated. The snap-divergence is studied from a dynamic perspective in order to assess the real response of the configuration. The investigations also focus on the flutter occurrence (critical state) and postcritical phenomena. Limit Cycle Oscillations (LCOs) are observed, possibly followed by a loss of periodicity of the solution as speed is further increased. In some cases, it is also possible to ascertain the presence of period doubling (flip-) bifurcations. Differences between flutter (Hopf's bifurcation) speed evaluated with linear and nonlinear analyses are discussed in depth in order to understand if a linear (and thus computationally less intense) representation provides an acceptable estimate of the instability properties. Both frequency- and time-domain approaches are compared. Moreover, aerodynamic solvers based on the potential flow are critically examined. In particular, it is assessed in what measure more sophisticated aerodynamic and interface models impact the aeroelastic predictions. When the use of the tools gives different results, a physical interpretation of the leading mechanism generating the mismatch is provided. In particular, for PrandtlPlane-like configurations the aeroelastic response is very sensitive to the wake's shape. As a consequence, it is suggested that a more sophisticate modeling of the wake positively impacts the reliability of aerodynamic and aeroelastic analysis. For SensorCraft-like configurations some LCOs are characterized by a non-synchronous motion of the inner and outer portion of the lower wing: the wing's tip exhibits a small oscillation during the descending or ascending phase, whereas the mid-span station describes a sinusoidal-like trajectory in the time-domain.

의복, 배경의 조합에 따른 시각적 이미지 연구(제1보) (A Study on the Visual Evaluation for the Combination of 'Clothing and ground')

  • Clothes enhance visual images through the interaction between space and background of the wearer. The influence of background is important as that of the clothes when the observer understands the images. We look at fashion pictures used as important as that various backgrounds are presented depending on the image of the clothes. The clothing the model wears in the pictures takes on shape and space which supports the clothes. The background interact to from the whole image. The background has an important influence on the delivery of image for the clothes. However when the clothes are presented in the background there are some cases that all or parts of clothes can be shown. We must consider the composition ratio of the clothes and background which influences the whole image of the clothing. These interactions and influences on the whole image in regards to clothing background and the ratio will be the focus of this study. clothing was Modern Mannish Casual, Feminine, Ground was decided artificial setting 1 natural setting 1, indoor setting 1, artificial setting 2, natural setting 2, indoor setting 2, Percentage of Clothing was 80% , 140%, 200%,. Thus visual stimulus were 72 pictures that were combined Clothing Ground and Percentage of Clothing, the main survey of questionary consisted of their evaluation of the Picture image combined Clothing and Ground by 30 semantic differential bi-polar scales and the subjects were 50 students majoring in clothing and textile. The data analyzed by factor analysis MCA, MDS, The major finding were as follows : 1) As a result of factor analysis, 5 factors -Attractiveness Hardness and softness Cuteness Attention Cool and Warm factor were found out as constructing factors the Picture image combined Clothing and Ground 2) According to multidimensional positioning map were presented in a stimulus position the perceptive image differed in degree of similarity as a ground construction of stimulus in spite of same clothing image. It will aid in choosing the most beneficial background for any clothing brand. It will enhance the picture images to their full potential in any advertising medium.

한국 남성들의 외모 관련 삶의 질 척도 개발 및 외모 관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 신체요인 분석 (Development of a Appearance related Quality of Life Instrument for Korean Men and Investigation on Body Factors Influencing Appearance related Quality of Life)

  • Importance of appearance as a means of self-expression and communication is increasing in modern society even for men. And appearance has become an significant factor affecting men's quality of life. The main objectives of this study were to develop an instrument measuring appearance related quality of life(ARQoL), and examine the body factors influencing ARQoL. The ARQoL instrument was developed from in-depth interviews, focus group interviews, and literature review, and were revised through two pre-tests. The final questionnaire was administered through on-line survey with 440 men. Quota sampling was used based on age and body size. The results indicated that high ARQoL group showed significantly higher satisfaction on body factors including face, weight, shape, body proportion, hair, and overall impression than low ARQoL group. There was no significant difference in terms of satisfaction on height between two groups. Factor analysis showed that ARQoL consists of four factors - physical, economic, psychological and social factors. Overall impression was the most important body factor affecting all four factors of ARQoL and has very strong influence especially on economic ARQoL. BMI was also a significant factor affecting physical, economic and social ARQoL except psychological factor of ARQoL. Face had significant influence only on economic and psychological aspects of ARQoL.

서양복식에 나타난 양적과장의 미의식에 관한 연구(I) -고대부터 근대복식을 중심으로- (The Aesthtic Consciousness of Voluminous Enlargement in the Western Costume - From Ancient to the Modern Times -)

  • Opposed to following the contours of the human body, the voluminous enlargement in costume, which characterizes the distinguished enlargement in space rather than the contour of human body, mean the enlargement aspect involving the vertical protrusion and the expansion of shape and volume as well as the extension of length. The costume enlargement as a different method of expression is a symbol showing a meaning of something and an aesthetic expression containing man's will. This voluminous enlargement of costume, as an aesthetic expression, has different formative characteristicsand immanent meanings according to ideals and thoughts as well as social and cultural background of each age Accordingly, the aesthetic consciousness also differaccording to the change of the times. To study the aesthetic consciousness of costume's voluminous enlargement, focous had been given to milieus that show comparatively conspicuous voluminous enlargement Periods that have been subjected to this study include costumes of the ancient Egypt, the Gothic period in the Middle age, the Renaissance, the Baroque Rococo of the recent times, and the modern era (Empire, Romantic, Art Nouveau. etc) With focus given to the principle of design obtained through this study were used to analyze the aesthetic characteristics, Futhermore, based on the spirit of the times and the socio-cultural symbolism, research on immanent meanings, as supported by objectivity and universal validity, was also made, the enlargement beauty of costume had been placed under the aesthetic category and, by interpreting the analogies of presented in aesthetic consciousness, the true nature of the voluminous enlargement in costume had been traced. 무선 센서 네트워크에서 신뢰성 있는 연속 개체 탐지 방안 (Reliable Continuous Object Detection Scheme in Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 무선 센서 네트워크에서 신뢰성 있는 이벤트 탐지는 중요한 연구 주제들 중 하나이다. 신뢰성 있는 이벤트 탐지를 위한 기존 연구들은 탐지 대상인 이벤트를 탱크 혹은 군인과 같은 개별적인 개체로 가정했다. 최근 많은 연구들이 화재 혹은 생화학물질과 같은 연속적인 개체의 탐지에 관심을 까지게 되었지만, 단지 통신비용의 절감에 집중하고 있기 때문에 신뢰성에 대한 고려는 부족하다. 따라서 우리는 신뢰성 있는 연속 개체 탐지 방안을 제안 하고자 한다. 신뢰성 있는 연속 개체 탐지는 단순한 연구 주제가 아니다. 하나의 점으로 나타낼 수 있는 개별 개체와는 달리, 넓은 영역을 포함하며 지리적 조건이나 바람 같은 물리적 환경에 의해 형태가 변할 수 있는 연속 개체는 유동적인 2차원 도형으로 표현되기 때문이다. 따라서 개별 개체 탐지의 신뢰성을 측정하기 위해 사용되었던 신뢰성 지표로는 연속 개체 탐지의 신뢰성을 측정할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 연속 개체 탐지에 적절한 신뢰성 지표를 새롭게 정의하고, 새로운 신뢰성 지표를 사용한 신뢰성 측정 결과를 통해 연속 개체 탐지의 오류를 복구하는 방안을 제안한다.

슬림형 광 디스크 드라이브의 축방향 진동에 대한 실험적 해석 (Experimental Analysis of Axial Vibration in Slim-type Optical Disc Drive)

  • As the demand for slim laptops requires ion'-height optical disc drives, vibration problems of optical disc drives are of great concern. Additionally, with the decrease of a track width and a depth of focus in high density drives, studies on vibration resonance between mechanical parts become more important. From the vibration point of view, the performance of optical disc drives is closely related with the relative displacement between a disc and an objective lens which is controlled by servo mechanism. In other words, to read and write data properly, the relative displacement between an optical disc and an objective lens should be within a certain limit. The relative displacement is dependent on not only an anti-vibration mechanism design but also servo control capability. Good servo controls can make compensation for poor mechanisms, and vice versa. In a usual development process, robustness of the anti-vibration mechanism is always verified with the servo control of an objective lens. Engineers partially modify servo gain margin in case of a data reading error. This modification cannot correct the data reading error occasionally and the mechanism should be redesigned more robustly. Therefore it is necessary to verify a mechanism with respect to the possible servo gain plot. In this study we propose the experimental verification method far anti-vibration mechanism with respect to the existing servo gain plot. This method verifies axial vibration characteristics of optical disc drives on the basis of transmissibility. Using this method, we verified our mechanism and modified the mechanism for better anti-vibration characteristics.
