본 연구의 목적은 여자 청소년의 성폭력 피해 경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 부모-자녀 간의 TSL 의사소통의 조절 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구는 전국의 중고등학교 13곳의 중1부터 고2까지 여자 청소년 1,032명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 다중회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 조사대상자의 16.2%가성폭력 피해 경험이 있었다. 둘째, 여자 청소년의 성폭력 피해 경험은 자살생각의 위험요인으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 부모-자녀 간 TSL 의사소통은 성폭력 피해경험에 따른 자살생각에 주요한 보호요인으로 검증되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 통해 청소년의 성폭력 피해 예방을 위한 개입 방안과 성폭력 피해 청소년의 자살생각을 감소시키기 위한 가족 기능 강화 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find how the mate selection and sex consciousness reflected in Samhuk Yusa. We set up the following two questions for aim of this study. First, how are the real aspects and specific characters of mate selection reflected in Samguk Yusa? Second, how are the real aspects and specific characters of sex consciousness reflected in Samguk Yusa? The results can be summarized as follows; 1. Mate selection reflected in Samguk Yusa discussed into two major domains, one is spouse conditions and the other is marriage form. Men and Women are married at teenages, but the greater part of case is unidentified, so in order to approach this we need to analyse other historical documents. In men and women, standard of appearance and personality is difference. Analyzed case about appearance is a few, also we need to analyse other historical materials. More valued personality is wisdom in men, and in women more valued personality is virtue, brightness, graceful and mild. Through in case of to overcome the cultural gabs, the society must be open in every area. The marriage form is diversity, examples, free marriage, a marriage of convenience type, etc. Especially in aspects remarriage of man and woman is free in every class. 2. Sex consciousness reflected in Samguk Yusa discussed into three major domains, first is discussion about sex, second is premarital sexual behavior, third is extramarital. Through the case of discussion about sex is opened so there is not existence double blinded in sexual norms. Also through the case of premarital sexual behavior and extramarital, fidelity ideology does not yet come into existence.

The purpose of this study is to see and compare the contemporary Korean-Thai female poems from a feminine standpoint to newly clarify the textuality of their poems. The textuality defined in this manuscript is the text of Korean-Thai contemporary female poems. To newly clarify the textuality of their poems are to go against the existing discussion method and to newly read out the text as re-vision method. This discussion is to analyse deeply how the central exis composing a text which is the identity of woman in a body, appearance of uttrance, or action of abjection is exposed in gender space and to identify the poem's textuality. In other words, through in-depth analysis of the text of poems, which are very complicated as a skein of yarn, place a high value of Korean-Thai female poems. Transcending time, nations and races, if the text of female poem would not free from a biased male-dominated thinking or make a mystery of female poem textuality without critics or tend to be stereotype the text of poem as pathos of female, it would not get out from man-centered reading. To escape from the state of sexual discrimination, the new reading method was seriously analysed and found out that the female text poems not only implicate sexual discrimination but also link to expansive cultural and social structure. And for that reason, this study raise a question to male-dominant sexual discriminated norm. It is very significant that through this elaborate and in-depth text poem analysis, a creation process of female poem is traced. Eventually, the comparative study on Korean-Thai female poems is meaningful and worthy in regard to the contribution to promotion of cultural exchange between korea-Thai two nations and furthermore extend to East Asia to make a basement for the vitalization of Asia comparative literature.

본 글은 라캉의 주체 개념 및 이것의 연장인 남녀성차에 대한 구조적 정의에 대한 내용을 분석하고 이러한 정의들에 내포된 문제들을 비판한다. 라캉이 제공하는 남녀성차에 대한 구조적 정의를 분석하고 비판하기 위해서는 우선 그가 이론화하고 개념화한 저 다양한 정신분석학적 용어들, 즉 상상계, 상징계 그리고 실재계의 관계성, 이상적 자아와 자아 이상의 구분, 남근과 기표의 의미, 타자와 욕망, 의식과 무의식, 소외와 분리 등과 같은 기본적인 용어들의 사용법을 분석하는 것이 급선무이다. 이를 위해 필자는 우선 제 2장에서 상상계와 이상적 자아 사이의 관계, 그리고 제 3장에서는 상징계와 자아 이상 사이의 관계를 논구할 것이다. 그렇게 하여 '이상적 자아'와 '자아 이상'의 차이와 유사를 해명할 것이다. 그리고 제 4장에서 타자, 욕망 그리고 무의식적 주체 사이의 연관성을 해명하고, 제 5장에서는 라캉이 말하는 남근과 기표의 의미를 분석할 것이다. 그리고 제 6-7장에서는 상기의 분석들을 토대로 남녀성차에 대한 라캉의 구조적 정의를 본격적으로 분석할 것이다. 그리고 마지막 결론 장에서는 주체 이론 및 남녀성차에 대한 라캉이론의 전체적 의의 및 그 한계를 최종적으로 정리할 것이다. 그런데, 물론 결론의 장에서 성차에 대한 라캉의 구조적 정의를 전체적으로 비판하기 이전에 각 장들의 말미에서 그 장의 핵심적인 관념들을 비판하는 책무를 소홀히 하지 않을 것이다. 필자의 최종 결론은 이것이다. 라캉과 라캉 학파의 성차에 대한 다양한 정의들이 최소한의 객관적인 의미라도 가지려고 한다면, 그것들은 궁극적으로 해부학적 차이에 근거해야만 한다는 것이다.

본 연구는 성폭력 피해자 지원 기관 종사자의 직무 수행 과정에서 클라이언트의 성폭력 외상에 노출됨에 따라 경험하는 이차적 외상 스트레스가 종사자의 직무 스트레스에 미치는 관계를 살펴보고, 이러한 관계에서 지난 1년간 기관 내에서 자체적으로 실시한 세미나 및 스터디 등 직무 교육에 종사자의 참여 여부와 참여 시간이 조절효과를 갖는지 살펴보는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 "성폭력 피해자 맞춤형 치료회복지원을 위한 전문 인력 양성 프로그램 개발 기초연구"에서 전국 90개 성폭력 피해자 지원기관(성폭력 상담소 63개 및 해바라기 센터 27개)의 482명의 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사한 데이터를 2차 자료로 활용하여 분석하였으며, SPSS PROCESS macro를 활용하여 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 성폭력 피해자 지원기관 종사자들의 이차적 외상 스트레스는 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 종사자가 기관 내 직무교육(세미나 및 스터디 모임)에 참여한 시간은 이를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 성폭력 피해자 지원기관 종사자의 이차적 외상 스트레스 및 직무 스트레스를 경감시키고, 종사자의 정신건강을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 정책적 방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Purpose: Aims of the researchers were to develop an birth control empowerment program (BCEP) designed to help married immigrant women in Korea to plan their pregnancies. Methods: This study was as a randomized controlled trial to verify the effects of the BCEP. The BCEP was developed based on Falk-Rafael (2001)'s Empowerment caring model. The program was offered once a week, for 90 minutes per session, for a total of 10 weeks. The BCEP incorporated group instruction, group discussion, and counseling. The eligible participants were randomly assigned to either experimental group (n=23) or control group (n=23). Results: Participants in the intervention group had significantly better outcomes in contraceptive knowledge (p<.001), contraceptive self-efficacy (p=.014), perceived contraceptive control (p<.001), sex-related spousal communication (p<.001), and sexual autonomy (p=.009). Conclusion: The BCEP was effective intervention method, which can promote family planning practices among married immigrant women.

This study approaches the novel from psychodynamic perspectives, where the narrative is woven into the strands of traumatic memories and past. Deriving from Julia Kristeva's discussion on melancholia, this paper discreetly examines Hata as a melancholic, who is unaware of what he has lost and even that he has lost. Racially abject but in defiance of his separation from 'the mother,' Hata introjects loss as his own subjectivity. The insoluble void causes him to wander through the bravado of belongingness, which he eventually transforms into Sublimation. This paper reads that Hata finally faces his own black sun, deviating from his earlier gesture life; thus, the novel becomes a successful case study of the melancholic. However, female bodies are at stake, subsumed under Hata's sexual perversion. The novel renders trauma behind the fragmented narrative of an Asian American man at the expense of consuming morbid 'feminine' bodies physically and psychologically.

Purpose: As health care needs for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) are becoming increasingly important, it has become imperative for the nurses to be attentive towards their health problems and provide nursing care with an open-minded attitude. Due to limited opportunity to provide direct nursing care to LGBT patients, it is hypothesized that simulation would provide good opportunity for students to experience LGBT nursing care in a safe environment. This study was conducted to develop and apply simulation of LGBT nursing care to ultimately provide unbiased nursing care for LGBT population and prepare basic data for LGBT nursing education. Methods: This study was a single-group pre-post experimental design study for 57 senior nursing students based on the comparison of existing LGBT knowledge, general attitude towards LGBT, and nursing attitude towards LGBT before and after simulation. The scenario content included discussion of coming out issue, providing sexual health information, and supportive nursing care for LGBT population. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon signed rank. Results: Simulation education-led to a significant increase in LGBT knowledge and nursing attitude. However, there was no change in the general attitude towards LGBT. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that LGBT education using simulation may be effective for nursing students and nurses from the point of concern for LGBT population. It is hypothesized that future LGBT educational programs might need more detailed information from both care recipients and nurses. Finally, LGBT education needs to be included in the nursing education curriculum.

In United States black mothers have consistently been treated as national outsiders, as women whose children, although ostensibly entitled to full citizenship, are in practice rarely provided with equal protection within the nation′s borders or under its laws. From the time he began writing in the aftermath of the failures of national Reconstruction, the African American public intellectual and political activist W. E. B. Du Bois realized that a truly effective anti-racist politics would also have to contend with the particular ways in which U.S. racism targeted black mothers. In short, he understood that an effective anti-racism would necessarily have to be a form of anti-sexism. This article examines the myriad ways in which Du Bois attempted to reconstruct the relationship between race and reproduction in the interest of producing anti-racist, anti-nationalist, as well as internationalist thinking. In so doing it treats the various representations of black maternity and child birth that Du Bois created, and elaborates on the rhetorical and political function of these representations in combating the racialization of national belonging on the one hand, and in articulating universal black citizenship, or what this article theorizes as racial globality on the other. The article begins by considering Du Bois′s attempts to transcend ideas about the racialized reproductive body as a source of national belonging within the United States, particularly his efforts to contest the idea of the reconstructing nation as a white nation reproduced exclusively by white women. Through analysis of Du Bois′s depiction of the birth and death of his son in his monumental work The Souls of Black Folk (1903) it demonstrates his reluctance to build an anti-racist politics founded on the idea that belonging within the nation is something that can be bestowed by one′s mother. The article proceeds by turning to Du Bois less well-known romantic novel, Dark Princess (1928) in which, by contrast, he depicts the birth of a "golden chi1d" who belongs not only within the United States, but within the world. This child, the son of an African American man and an Indian Princess, is cast as a messenger and messiah of a utopian alliance between pan-Asia and pan-Africa. In exploring the relationship between these two reproductive portraits, the article moves from a discussion of Du Bois′s critique of the ideological construction of the U.S. as a white nation reproduced by white progenitors, to an examination the literary figuration of a b1aek mother out of whose womb a black diasporic anti-imperialist alliance springs. In contrast to previous scholarship, which has tended to focus on the critique of U.S. racial nationalism that Du Bois expressed in his early work, or on the internationalism that he later embraced, this article pays close attention to how Du Bois′s anti-nationalist and internationalist politics together subtended by subtle, but constitutive, sexual politics.

사람들은 청소년기에 성적 지향이나 성 정체성에 대해 인식하기 시작하며, 청소년들은 성에 관한 민감한 건강정보 탐색을 위해 접근이 편하고 익명성이 보장된 지식검색 커뮤니티를 자주 이용한다. 본 연구는 지식검색 커뮤니티에 나타난 청소년들의 성 정체성에 관련된 질문과 답변을 바탕으로 그들의 정보탐색 행태를 관찰하고자 하였다. 먼저, 그들의 정보 요구를 파악하고 그들이 공유한 질문에 제공된 답변들 가운데 채택된 답변과 비 채택된 답변의 특성을 비교하여 청소년들이 어떠한 답변을 선호하는지 조사하였다. 이를 위해 국내의 대표적인 지식검색 커뮤니티인 네이버 지식iN에서 2016년 1월부터 2018년 12월까지 3년간 채택된 답변과 비 채택된 답변으로 구성된 총 358세트의 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성 정체성에 관한 고민을 가진 청소년들은 성 정체성에 대한 정의나 혼란에 관한 정보 요구가 많았다. 이용자들이 채택한 답변에는 공감 및 긍정적인 느낌을 주는 요인들이 채택되지 않은 답변에 비해 많았으며, 반면에 채택되지 않은 답변에는 부정적인 요인들이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 성 정체성이 확립되지 않은 청소년들이 가진 정보 요구와 정보탐색 행태를 분석하여 정보탐색 분야의 논의를 확장하고 건강정보 이용자의 정보 평가에 이용되는 인지적 및 감정적 모델을 검증했다는 데 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 소셜 미디어가 청소년에게 제공해야 할 성 정체성에 관한 효과적인 정보서비스에 대한 실질적인 함의를 제안한다.
