본 연구에서는 냉음극 발광 소자인 FEA를 이용하여 Cold Cathode Lamp 제작과 그 구조에 대해서 연구하였다. Anode plate에는 ZnO:Zn 형광체를 전기영동법으로 증착한 후 tube slabs와 anode plate를 frit glass를 이용하여 접합하였다. FEA와 substrate의 bonding, addressing을 위한 wire bonding, substrate와 집속전극, setter를 stem base의 외부전극에 연결하기 위한 spot welding, tube와 stem base를 glass melting method로 접합 공정을 하였다. 진공배기 시스템에 배기판을 연결하여 ${\sim}10^{-7}$torr까지 배기한 후 heater를 이용하여 배기관을 tip-off하였다. 최종적으로 진공을 유지하기 위해 getter를 RF 고주파로 활성화하였다. 결론적으로 lamp외 특성을 비교분석한 후 휘도 및 발광효율을 향상시키기 위한 구조절 개선과 방안을 고찰하였다.

This paper presents a theory on the pricing and allocation of spinning reserve. It is shown in this paper, that it is possible to maintain system security with many participants each attempting to optimize their own benefit, through pricing incentive. Participant offers power consumption/generation and reserve contribution according to its price. And Price setter only distribute pricing signal to acquire system security. Participants induce disturbance on power system and they pay the penalty according to the size of disturbance. And they also offers some reserve capacity to earn reserve cost. In this scheme, the amount of data communication is very small.

광대역 네트워크의 발달과 함께 멀티미디어 산업의 발달은 IPTV와 같은 디지털 콘텐츠 시장의 확산을 가져오고 있다. 이러한 배경 속에서 멀티미디어에 대한 욕구를 만족시키기 위해 Time-Shift 시스템이 개발되었다. 이 시스템은 시간(Time)에 대한 독립적 특성만 강조되었기 때문에 장소(Place)와 상황(Occasion)에 대해서는 독립적이지 못하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 휴대용 멀티미디어 디바이스를 위한 TPO(Time, Place, Occasion)-Shift 시스템에 대한 설계를 제안한다. 휴대용 멀티미디어 디바이스에서 지원 가능한 프로파일과 일반 셋탑박스에서 지원 가능한 프로파일은 다르고, 휴대용 디바이스에서는 대용량의 멀티미디어 데이터를 무한정으로 저장할 수 없기 때문에 한정된 양의 데이터를 원하는 프로파일로 계속저장하는 것이 설계의 핵심이다. 따라서 보다 효율적인 버퍼 관리를 위해서 지정시간 단위의 바스켓을 구성하고, 바스켓의 파일이름에 시간정보를 삽입함으로써 새로운 콘텐츠 구성을 위한 DTS(Decoding Time Stamp) 정보로 파일이름을 사용할 수 있다. 따라서 트랜스코딩을 통하여 데이터 변환할 때, DTS정보를 이용하여 새로운 포맷의 콘텐츠를 휴대용 멀티미디어 디바이스에 구성할 수 있게 된다. 또한 바스켓 기반의 버퍼시스템를 이용하여 모바일 디바이스에 실시간으로 컨텐츠를 구성하고 셋탑박스내에서 메모리를 적게 사용한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 TPO-Shift시스템은 윈도우즈 비스타의 환경에서 다이렉트쇼(Directshow) 재생기를 이용한 셋탑박스, 그리고 휴대용 디바이스인 MS340 단말기로 구현하였으며, 실시간으로 TPO-Shift 시스템을 충분히 실행함을 확인할 수 있었다.

논문에서는 첫째, 기존의 단순 One-path XOR 방법보다 안전한 M ${\ast}$ N Puzzle 기법을 이용한 Key 전송방법을 제안한다. 둘째, 생성된 Puzzle은 서버에 저장하지 않으므로 기존의 시스템보다 보안성이 높은 방법을 제안한다. 셋째, 클라이언트에서 복호화 할 때 OTP와 함께 Puzzle을 복호화 하는 클라이언트 복호화 시스템을 제안한다. 넷째, M ${\ast}$ N Puzzle 기법과 OTP를 조합으로 보다 안전한 키 전송을 제안한다.

Jacqueline Kennedy was one of first lady in America and made influence on the fashion of the woman at that time. She made the first American fashion style. Jacqueline became a prominent model and style-setter in fashion world. She created peculiar fashion style which is called 'Jacky style' and her fashion power of influence appears in the present time. At that time, Haute Couture of France had led the world fashion, however since Jacqueline style came into fashion, American beauty and elegance was introduced to other countries. This study reviews the representative fashion item of Jacqueline Kennedy who was one of the fashion leader in the world. The result to appear in her style is follows. First, Jacqueline could express the young fashion that young people wanted a progressive and new thing because she was much younger than their predecessors. Second, she made her image bright and young, so she became a representative person who expressed 'changing America women'. She created a new appearance which is very simple in design, practical in function and elegant and it is turned into the typical style of American high fashion. Finally, through Jacqueline's fashion, not only she made the image of America upper classes that is very elegant and grace without dependence on the fashion of France, but also she is leading one of parts at a fashion style the present time. Since then, the fashion of America could become the center of a world fashion by Jacqueline. Important thing is that she wore suitable cloths as a first lady who was a outstanding fashion leader.

Even though we could not count the total amount of plates in Korean printing industry per year, we would suppose the total amount of plates about $20,000km^2$ to $22,000km^2$ per year through our printing experience. On the standard of the end of 2010, it would be the market share of plates are that CTP plate is $9,000km^2$, CTcP plate is$4,000km^2$ and PS plate is $9,000km^2$, such as total amount of plates are $22,000km^2$. When there was no installed CTP setter in Korea, the domestic plate would be over 60% market share of plate in Korean printing industry. But now it would be less than 25% market share of plate. It is necessary to develop domestic CTP thermal plate from now because we have to keep the market share of domestic plate. On the study of the surface structure of substrate, roughness, anodized layer amount and coating amount between domestic CTP thermal plate and foreign CTP thermal plate, it would be the basic to develop domestic CTP thermal plate.

목적: 본연구를통해성인배구선수들에있어서운동량과선수위치에따른슬개건염발생정도에대해알아보고자하였다. 대상및방법: 본원에 내원한 13명의 성인 남자 배구 선수들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 현 시점에서 발생한 슬개건염과 과거력을 파악하는후향적연구를시행하였으며, 선수들의연령과배구경력, 훈련량과경기시간 및 이상소견등을 기록하였다. 선수들의연령은평균21.7세이었으며선수생활경력은평균8.7년이었고선수의위치는공격수10예, 리베로2예, 세터1예로구성되었다. 결과: 과거력과 이학적 검사상 슬부 동통을 호소한3예에서 슬개건염으로 진단되었고, 이중공격수2예에서 슬개골 하단에 동통을, 세터1예에서슬개골상단에동통을호소하였다. 결론: 본연구를통하여과 사용손상에의한슬개건염의발생은선수들의운동경력, 훈련량과위치에따른 공격 및 수비기술에 따라 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 대부분의 경우 연습시감독자에 의한 훈련 및 기술의 조절은 이러한 과 사용에 의한슬개건염발생을줄일수있을것으로사료된다.

본 논문에서는 축구 동영상으로부터 자동적으로 하이라이트 장면들을 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 축구 동영상에서 하이라이트 장면들은 슈팅 장면들이나 골 장면들로 정의 될 수 있다. 우리는 축구 동영상에 대한 구조적 분석을 통해서 일반적으로 골 포스트(goal posts) 영역 주위에서 하이라이트 장면들이 나타나는 것과 하이라이트 장면 이후에는 TV 카메라가 축구 선수들이나 관중석을 확대해서 보여주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 축구 동영상으로부터 하이라이트 장면들을 검출하기 위한 과정은 세 단계로 구성된다. 첫 번째 단계는 통계적인 문턱치(statistical threshold)를 이용한 그라운드(playing field) 영역을 추출한다. 두 번째 단계는 골 포스트를 찾기 위해서 그라운드 영역과 그라운드가 아닌 영역들의 경계선 부분을 검출한다. 그리고 마지막 단계에서는 축구 선수나 관객들의 확대 장면을 검출하기 위해서 그라운드가 아닌 영역들에 대해서 connected component labeling 기법을 적용하여 한 장면 내에서 그라운드가 아닌 영역들의 비율을 계산한다. 본 논문에서는 하이라이트 장면 검출에 대한 성능을 평가하기 위하여 정확률(precision)과 재현율(recall)을 사용하고, 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법이 정확률 95.2%, 재현율 854%로 축구 동영상에서 하이라이트 장면을 효과적으로 검출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

수질개선과 아리수 홍보 노력에도 불구하고 일반 국민들의 수돗물에 대한 불신은 여전히 계속되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내의 주요 신문, 텔레비전, 인터넷 신문에 보도된 수돗물 관련 뉴스를 기사 유형 및 내용, 기사 작성자, 취재원, 그리고 뉴스 가치라는 분석 유목을 통해 그 보도 경향을 살펴보았다. 언론에서 다뤄진 주제는 식용수로서의 적합성 논의가 가장 많았고 수돗물 이물질 발견, 수돗물 관련 정부정책, 수도 관련 보도, 수질 검사 결과 순이었다. 기사 본문 내용의 논조를 분석한 결과 인터넷이 가장 부정적인 보도태도를 나타냈다. 기사 작성자의 경우, 일반 취재기자가 작성한 뉴스가 압도적이었고 전문기자가 쓴 경우는 전체 기사의 1% 미만이었다. 결론적으로 수돗물과 같은 공적 이슈를 제대로 보도하기 위해서는 전문기자의 육성이 시급하고 취재원을 다양화시키는 노력이 필요하며 흥미위주의 보도보다 심층적인 접근을 통한 기사 작성이 요구된다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze the active stability of shoulder joints according to the frequency of overhead motions, such as serving and spiking, engaged in by female professional volleyball athletes who play different positions, and to provide the results as the basic data for developing exercise programs to prevent shoulder joint injuries. The subjects of this study were 50 Korean female professional volleyball players and positions were as follows: left and right attackers, centers, setters, and liberos. The external rotation and internal rotation muscle strength and muscle strength ratios of the dominant and non-dominant arms of all subjects were measured using Biodex. The results of this study are as follows: Frist, no significant differences were found in the internal and external rotation muscle strength of the dominant and non-dominant arms between positions. Second, for the shoulder joint muscle strength ratio of the dominant arm, by position, the setter showed significantly greater stability compared to the other positions. Third, for the shoulder joint muscle strength ratio of the non-dominant arm, by position, no significant difference in stability between positions was found. Fourth, it was found that the dominant arm had significantly greater instability of the shoulder joint than the non-dominant arm for attackers and centers, but no significant difference was found for setters and liberos. This study comparatively analyzed the muscle strength ratios of the external/internal rotations and dominant/non-dominant arms, which can determine the stability of the shoulder joints between female professional volleyball playing positions that engage in jumps and spikes using only the dominant hand and positions that do not.
