무진동 조이스틱을 이용한 전동 휠체어 제어에 관한 연구

  • General joystick using spring only has a vibration when operaor drops the joystick. If it is used as input of motorized wheelchair, its system have a serious problem which operator fall into dangerous situation. Therefore, In this paper proposed non-vibration joustick which control a motorized wheelchair. Non-vibration joystick was designed which return to origin point when operator drops joystick by mistake. Reflected force of non- vibration joystick is defined as addition displacement and variation rate. And each parameter has elasticity of spring and viscosity of DC servo motor. Through simulation for virtual environment, we found two coefficient to return origin point smoothly when a disabled person drops the joystick. In case of larger elastic coefficient of spring than viscous coefficient, we confirmed the result has the equal vibration of general joystick (under-damping). In opposite case, joystick returned to origin point with excessive force. As a application of non-vibration joystick, we experimented wall-following controlling. In this trial, we corroborated that joystick follows smoothly around the corridors.

  • The errors in machining process by CNC machining center are due to many elements, such as the delay of the servo drivers, friction and the gain mismatch between x-axis and y-axis motors and so on. We made a counter circuit to measure the output of motor encoders for the motion error analysis of a CNC machining center, and have measured the errors experimentally when the CNC performs a circular interpolation. We have also used an iterative learning method to reduce the radius errors and stick motion errors generated by the CNC machining center performing a circular interpolation. The proposed learning scheme worked well and the circle obtained has smaller error.

  • 본 논문에서는 위치센서 없는 Switched reluctance motor에 대해 저가로 구현가능한 새로운 속도제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 대부분의 기존의 연구결과들은 상전환을 위한 점호각을 정확히 검출하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 그러나, 점호각 검출에서의 오차는 고속운전시 발생토크맥동과 효율의 저하, 심지어 탈조를 야기해왔다. 속도제어를 위해 제안하는 방법은 잘 알려진 phase locked servo(PLS) 속도제어루프에 ΔΣPLL과 유사한 점호각추정기를 위상검출기로 사용하는 것이다. 그것에 의하여, 제안한 알고리즘은 점호각검출오차와 발생토크맥동을 줄일 수 있다. 따라서, 저가로 고속운전에서의 속도오차를 감소시킬 수 있다.

  • Press brake is used as bending and forming sheet metal in vehicle and many kind of industry. This paper deals with development of NC press brake based on high precision positioning device and software, which can be operated on personal computer. In this system, positioning device is used for controlling bending angle and operated by the developed software, which is database from material property, width and thickness of material. This study will make distribution in development of computer aided press brake.

  • Although the switched reluctance motor (SRM) has a several advantages such as simple magnetic structure, robustness, wide range of speed characteristics and simple driving, it has a considerable inherent torque ripple and speed variation duet to the driving characteristics of pulse current waveform and the nonlinear inductance profile. The high torque ripple and speed variation inhibits wide application. The minimization of the torque ripple is very important in high performance servo drive applications, which require smooth operation with minimum torque pulsations. This paper presents the new SRM torque modeling technique for the control of instantaneous torque. The SRM is modeled by the database of torque profiles for every small variation in currents and rotor angles, which is inferred from the several measured data by the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference technique. Simulation results demonstrating the effectiveness of proposed torque modeling technique are presented.

  • This paper implement image gradient detection algorithm with high-performance DSP. First the NTSC color image convert to B/W image. The image gradient detect with Hough transform after edge detection image from the B/W images. The value of image gradient detection control the servo motor to original position of the NTSC camera if camera base to the left or right tilt.

  • In this paper, we propose a ADALINE controller using fuzzy-backpropagation algorithm to adjust weight. In the proposed ADALINE controller, using fuzzy algorithm for traning neural network, controller make use of ADALINE due to simple and computing efficiency. And then it applies to servo-motor as an controlled process. And then it take a simulation for the position control, so the verify the usefulness of the proposed ADALINE controller.

  • 시스템이 슬라이딩모드의 존재조건을 만족하는 경우, 전동기의 상태가 전동기의 파라미터에 의존하지 않고 결정되는 절환 초평면에 수렴하기 때문에 파라미터에 불감한 응답을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 소형 유도전동기에 의한 외란 및 파라미터의 변동에 대하여 로바스트(robust)와 동시에 정확한 응답을 나타내는 교류서보 전동기 구동시스템을 실현하는 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위해서 가변구조 제어이론에 기초한 슬라이딩모드 제어를 적용하여 유도전동기 자계 슬립주파수형 벡터제어를 실현한다. 이상적인 전동기에 대한 시뮬레이션의 결과에 의해서 관성, 점성마찰계수, 부하 토오크 등 의 파라미터의 변동 및 외란에 대하여 로바스터성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있고 슬라이딩모드 제어의 도입이 교류전동기 서보제어에 유효한 것을 확인하였다.
