In this paper, we propose a UML modeling of ATO on-board software. An automatic train operation (ATO) system is a real-time control system, which operates a train without a manual operation by a driver. For the safe and comfortable service, real-time embedded software for ATO on-board equipment should have both of high performance and reliability. UML-based object-oriented modeling technique is introduced and used widely to design software that satisfies this requirement. We used Rhapsody, which is a modeling tool for real-time embedded software, to model the construction and the behavior of ATO on-board equipment. As a result, ATO on-board software which performs the profile calculation and the real-time speed control is designed and implemented. The brief modeling result including behavioral characteristics and the simulation results are presented.

This study undertakes a critical survey of literatures on the nest development in agricultural extension system; T&V(Traininig and Visit Extension), FSR&E(Fanning Systems Research and Extension), and FF(Farmer First). The study compares the three extension systems in their establishment, objectives, charactersistics, and methods. to find the minor factors for the betterment of agricultural extension system. Those are; 1) client-oriented program, 2) educational service, 3) comprehensive goal and work, 4) benefit to wide range of customers, 5) democratic program, 6) participatory approach, 7) four based experiment, 8) linkages among participants, 9) specialization of extensionists, 10) autonomy of extension offices, 11) humanstic program.

W3C announced a standard software architecture for multimodal context-aware middleware that emphasizes modularity and separates structure, contents, and presentation. We implemented a distributed multimodal interface system followed the W3C architecture, based on SCXML. SCXML uses parallel states to invoke both XHTML and VoiceXML contents as well as to gather composite or sequential multimodal inputs through man-machine interactions. We also hire Delivery Context Interface(DCI) module and an external service bundle enabling middleware to support context-awareness services for real world environments. The provision of personalized user interfaces for mobile devices is expected to be used for different devices with a wide variety of capabilities and interaction modalities. We demonstrated the implemented middleware could maintain multimodal scenarios in a clear, concise and consistent manner by some experiments.

YouTube is an OTT service that leads the home economy, which has emerged from the 2020 Corona Pandemic. With the growth of OTT-based individual media, creators are required to establish attractive storytelling strategies that can be preferred by viewers and elected for YouTube recommendation algorithms. In this study, we conducted a study on modeling that proposes a content storyline for creators. As the ability for Creators to create content that viewers prefer, we have presented the data literacy ability to find patterns in complex and massive data. We also studied the importance of compelling storytelling configurations that viewers prefer and can be selected for YouTube recommendation algorithms. This study is of great significance in that it deviated from the viewer-oriented recommendation system method and proposed a story suggestion model for individual creaters. As a result of incorporating this story proposal model into the production of the YouTube channel Tiger Love video, it showed a certain effectiveness. This story suggestion model is a machine learning text-based story suggestion system, excluding the application of photography or video.

Owing to the need to establish a cooperative-intelligent transport system (C-ITS) environment in the transportation sector locally and abroad, various research and development efforts such as high-tech road infrastructure, connection technology between road components, and traffic information systems are currently underway. However, the current central control center-oriented information collection and provision service structure and the insufficient road infrastructure limit the realization of the C-ITS, which requires a diversity of traffic information, real-time data, advanced traffic safety management, and transportation convenience services. In this study, a network construction method based on the existing received signal strength indicator (RSSI) selected as a comparison target, and the experimental target and the proposed intelligent edge network compared and analyzed. The result of the analysis showed that the data transmission rate in the intelligent edge network was 97.48%, the data transmission time was 215 ms, and the recovery time of network failure was 49,983 ms.

Chile has been the first country in Latin America which has built a two-tiered health care system by partially privatizing the health insurance sector. Despite the intial decrease of health expenditure, more researches now show that health inequality within the Chilean health sector has been augmented with privatization of its insurance system. To explore such inequality, this article looks into the impact of privatization of health insurance on women's health. The author argues that privatization has intensified medicalization of women's body and, consequently, it worsened women's health in Chile. This article contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of market-oriented health care reform by linking it with medicalization process.

최근 e-비즈니스나 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사이트에서는 많은 양의 상품 이미지 정보와 컨텐츠를 취급하고 있으며, 이로 인하여 효과적인 실시간 의미정보 검색의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기술과 퍼지기술을 이용하여 웹상의 상품 정보를 의미적으로 검색할 수 있는 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템은 상품 이미지 XML 문서를 이용하여 메타데이타를 추출하고, 추출된 메타데이타를 의미정보로 자동 변환하여 실시간 서비스할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 따라서, 인터넷 비즈니스를 좀 더 지능화 할 수 있는 시맨틱 웹 환경이나 Web2.0 을 구현하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 또한 사용자의 입장에서는 실시간 의미정보를 서비스 받을 수 있는 장점을 가지게 될 것이다.

Analyzing out the Key Tasks and Developing the Professional Type of National Librarians through Job Analysis was made, because improving the professionalism of librarians is the strategy of survival in the competency based society. It is composed of 22 duties, 216 tasks of national librarian job and 96 key tasks is extracted among them. As the results, 12 types of professional librarian which is composed 10 function oriented types, and 2 user oriented types, is suggested: collection development librarian, cataloger taxonomist, information service librarian, reading coach, research librarian of international standards, database & system manager, international work librarian, national support librarian, marketing librarian, library literacy librarian, children' librarian, handicapped service librarian.

One of the computer application fields which started showing noticeable new growth trends in recent years is the real time communication distributed computing application field. Object -oriented(OO) real time(RT) distributed computing is a form of real-time distributed computing realized with a distributed computer system structured in the form of an object network. In this paper, we describes the application environment as the DHS (distributed high-precision simulation) with TMO structure. The TMO scheme is aimed for enabling a great reduction of the designer's effort in guaranteeing timely service capabilities of distributed computing application systems. It has been formulated from the beginning with the objective of enabling design-time guaranteeing of timely action. In the real time simulation techniques based on TMO object modeling, we have observed several advantages to the TMO structuring scheme. TMO object modeling has a strong traceability between requirement specification and design, cost-effective high-coverage validation, autonomous subsystems, easy maintenance and flexible framework for requirement specification.

Internet Service Subscribers Network has a new role of providing various multimedia services to the home. However, there exist several types of distributed subscriber networks using Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL), Very high-bit rate Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL), and Data Over Cable Service Interface Specifications (DOCSIS). The efficient and concentrated network management of those several distributed subscribers networks with resources requires the general network information model, which has and conceptional managed objects independent of type of network and its equipment to manage the integrated subscriber network. This paper presents the general Internet subscribers network model of the managed object to manage that network in the form of integrated hierarchy. This paper adopts the object-oriented development methodology with UML and designs and implements the integrated subscribers NMS of cable data network and VDSL network as examples of the subscriber networks.
