An Extraction Method of SOA Service from Legacy System (레거시 시스템으로부터 SOA의 서비스 추출 방법)

  • 기업의 비즈니스 시스템은 수시로 변화하는 고객의 요구사항과 새로운 기반기술의 출현 등에 따라 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 따라서 기업은 비즈니스 환경변화에 유연하고 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 환경을 필요로 하고 있다. SOA는 이러한 요구에 적합하도록 설계된 아키텍처이다. SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)는 비즈니스를 세분화하여 반복 가능하고 가치를 지닌 단위 서비스들로 나누어 조립과 통합을 통해 새로운 가치를 만들어 낼 수 있도록 지원한다. 하지만 비즈니스 시스템의 많은 부분을 차지하던 Legacy 시스템에 이러한 아키텍처를 적용하기에는 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Legacy 시스템으로부터 SOA의 서비스를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 서비스를 추출하는 과정은 3가지 단계를 거친다. 첫 번째 단계는 COBOL로 제작된 Legacy 시스템의 프로그램에서 DATA DIVISION으로부터 변수를 분류 및 그룹화하고 PROCEDURE DIVISION의 루틴간의 연관관계를 파악하여 객체화시킨다. 두 번째 단계에서는 첫 번째 단계에서 얻어진 변수들 중 핵심 변수를 식별하여 객체화를 통해 식별된 로직에서 서비스가 될수 있는 로직을 식별한다. 마지막으로 세 번째 과정은 식별된 서비스와 데이터를 사용하여 SOA 서비스를 구축한다.

  • In this paper, we propose a multiple access scheme for efficient transmission of realtime and non-realtime data in IMT-2000 through cdma2000's CDMA MACD. On the contrast to the conventional circuit-based service, this framework is packet-oriented service. maximum number of simultaneous subscribers increases due to the statistical multiplexing based on variable transmission rate of realtime data. System performance is evaluated and compared with conventional circuit-based scheme considering transmission delay and channel utilization by computer simulation.

  • Ubiquitous computing is a vision of our future computing lifestyle in which computer systems seamlessly integrate into our everyday lives, providing services and information in anywhere and anytime fashion. Augmented reality (AR) can naturally complement ubiquitous computing by providing an intuitive and collaborative visualization and simulation interface to a three-dimensional information space embedded within physical reality. This paper presents a service framework and its applications for providing context-aware u-car maintenance services using augmented reality, which can support a rich set of ubiquitous services and collaboration. It realizes bi-augmentation between physical and virtual spaces using augmented reality. It also offers a context processing module to acquire, interpret and disseminate context information. In particular, the context processing module considers user's preferences and security profile for providing private and customer-oriented services. The prototype system has been implemented to support 3D animation, TTS (Text-to-Speech), augmented manual, annotation, and pre- and post-augmentation services in ubiquitous car service environments.

  • With the introduction of the Internet in the 21st century, the manufacturing-oriented industry, so called EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Service) specialized in manufacturing only, is rapidly expanding. From the beginning of the year 2000, the EMS industry in advanced countries around the world, whereas a strong Motivation System in which a manufacturing related staff plays a main role, has began providing the source of competitiveness. And this industry is regarded as a core of management linking productivity directly to management performance. Thus, all the manufacturing sectors including not only the electronic industry but also mechanical industry in the future are observed to be divided into two industries; a Maker strategy industry focused on marketing and development, and a EMS industry specialized in manufacturing. Therefore, we need to evaluate whether the industries should continue to support the Manufacturers Strategy or attempt to change into the EMS industry However, with no approved evaluation standard on hand as to an actual EMS industry, in this thesis, we develop the EM(EMS-Maker) Chart in order to analyze both the Manufacturer Strategy and the EMS industries.

  • Under awareness of the importance of interaction between local research agencies and farmers in developing local agriculture, this study attempts to analyse the level of interaction in extension services of Experiment Station. The data were collected through the interview with researchers in five Experiment Stations and farmers who have made contact with the researchers. The results of the analysis are as follow: (1) The Experiment Stations are currently providing extension services though they are originally research-oriented agencies. The extension methods of Experiment Stations are similar with those of extension agencies. (2) The more systematic the characteristic of extension service type is, the higher level of interaction is generated with several exceptions which should not be ignored. This study accentuates the efforts to improve the level of interaction as well as to construct a system as a linked set of actors.

  • 무선 인터넷 환경이 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경과 비슷한 수준으로 정보 서비스가 가능해지면서, 언제 어디서나 필요한 정보를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있는 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 정보 서비스 소요가 급증하고 있다. 이러한 정보 서비스의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 유선 인터넷 정보 제공자들은 무선 인터넷을 통한 정보 서비스를 제공하려고 하고 있다. 그러나 무선 인터넷을 이용한 정보 서비스가 상대적으로 고가의 비용을 지불해야 하기 때문에 많은 사용자를 확보하고 유지하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 무선 인터넷 환경에서 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 고객이 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽고 빠르게 기원하기 위한 방법이 마련되어야 하며, 이를 위한 전략적 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 필요성에 따라 무선 인터넷 가입자를 대상으로 고객의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 정보 서비스를 지원하는 모바일 응용 시스템, MoSA-CRM(Mobile Service Application based on CRM)를 개발하였다. 개발된 MoSA-CRM 시스템은 고객에게 특화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고, 이를 통해 보다 체계적이고 신속한 정보 제공을 가능하도록 하였다.

  • Since the theories of service quality were introduced in Korea, they have been applied to the various organizations, such as hospital, hotel travel agency bank, telecom company, and even retail market. Compared with these areas, however studies on the service qualify in educational institutions have been scarcely conducted. Also, higher educational service challenges user-oriented education system of the 21st century concept of Service quality from the theories of market economy. The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions of educational and administrative service, and their influence upon the satisfaction and value on service quality, and formulate the service quality model based on the revised quality dimensions using SERVQUAL measuring method, to find out the most influential factors upon the service qualify among these factors. This study also suggests proper measures for improving service quality.

  • The network management becomes more complicated due to the growth of network technology and introduction of a large number of new multimedia services. TINA has appeared as a concept for the advanced network management system platform using the information technology such as distributed processing and object oriented modeling. Since TINA is on the basis of DPE (Distributed Processing Environment), it can manage networks and services for open telecommunications. In this paper, we propose an implementation strategy of the MIB/MIT to federate various CORBA objects in CORBA based network management system implementing TINA DPE. The proposed strategy is novel in the sense that it can support the distribution of MIB/MIT that is well matched with the distributed component architecture of TINA DPE, and it can also support the scoping and filtering services on the MIT using CORBA Naming Service.

  • This paper aims to realize the location tracking system using the Zigbee in the wireless sensor network. The wireless sensor network offers the user-oriented location tracking service in the ubiquitous environment. The location tracking service can track the location of an object or a person and provides it. The location tracking system realized in this paper can be used inside or outside without any black-out areas to measure the location of the moving nodes. In tracking inside the RSSI signals use and in tracking outside will connect with the GPS signals to track the location. Also, by using Zigbee, the wireless sensor network environment was established and by obtaining the location of the moving nodes, the real-time tracking is possible.

  • Various changes in medical environments including growing elderly population, chronic diseases, deepening competition among hospitals since opening to foreign medical service, economic strategy for improvement of profit system have caused hospitals to be specialized. In this backgrounds, the purpose of this study is to receive basic data for architectural planning on the spatial organization of outpatient department in general hospital. The results of this study were as follows; First, major changes of outpatient department in general hospital are composed of 'co-work in medical examination and treatment', 'decentralization of diagnosis and treatment(D/T)' and 'patient-oriented medical service'. Changes by co-work system include appearance of medical offices for co-work, activation of specialized clinics, grouping of E/T section for outpatient and various types of specialized centers. Second, the grouping of E/T sections means the modification of E/T system and organization in general hospitals, and a new spatial organization will be needed. Third, the types of specialized centers are getting varied. they are classified into several types including disease-resource, social stratum-resource, human organ-resource, health-resource, rehabilitation-resource, alternative medical center and so on.
