본 논문에서는 고객의 다양한 감성에 기반한 웹 디자인을 통해 사용자들로 하여금 새로운 경험을 체험하도록 정적과 동적 요소에 따른 16개의 감성 차원을 모델링하고 페이지 레이아웃, 배경색, 움직임 좌표 등의 감성 데이터베이스를 활용하여 고객의 선호 감성에 따라서 웹 페이지가 재구성되는 유무선 인터넷 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 실험 결과 기존 시스템보다 세대별 감성 만족도 및 웹 사이트의 평균체류시간이 증가되었음을 모의 실험을 통해서 확인하였다.

Recently, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) has emerged as the main technology in the logistic services. When the existing recognition technology based on bar codes brings about lots of problem due its own limits. RFID becomes the center of attention to solve them. However, RFID is not without any obstacles : companies have their own operating systems. while RFID is developed regardless of each campany's special features. RFID middleware system based on web service is expected to remove these obstacles. This paper shows how to operate the middleware based on web service and to lay in the DB the tag informations taken from reader system Middle assures that companies adopting RFID system for their logistic service are given athptabwebty to any systems whatsoever, avaweable by way of defining logistic information, tag information and reader information. For this purse, we implement as the basic web service a middleware system that turns all data into XML(eXtensatle Markupmsngunfo) of SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), the standard data.

Recently MVNO has been adopted to reform the monopoly structure of mobile telecommunication industry in Korea. MVNO is expected to not only enable mobile telecommunication industry more free, but also provide various welfare service with customers, in particular mobile payment system service. Based on TAM, this paper is to investigate the affecting factors of intention to use of mobile payment system service in MVNO environment. The results indicate that all system quality factors are significantly related to both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use, but only stability of service quality factor is significantly related to the perceived usefulness. Perceived easy of use was found to be siginificantly related to the intention to use of mobile payment system in MVNO environment, but percevied usefulness was not.

With steady increase in the demand for door-to-door delivery services, courier service providers are facing a constant pressure to reduce delivery price in order to secure quantity order and to improve the efficiency and reliability for customer service. The objective of this research is to explain the structure of the door-to-door delivery including door-to-door delivery service demand, sorting capacity in the hub-terminal, and the system performance measures such as service reliability networks using causal loop diagram(CLD). Based on causal relation, this research describes a comprehensive approach to examine how capacity reliability contributes to the renewal of the firm's competences through its reciprocal relationship with travel time reliability and connectivity reliability. Also, this research suggests the policy alternatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency of door-to-door delivery network in response to increase customer satisfaction and profit maximization of the courier service providers: operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

In this paper, the uAPSS(u-APartment Service System) that is based on location-aware technology is designed and implemented for a luxury apartment. On the real luxury apartment the developed system has been employed and tested to provide convenient and secure living for residents. It provides services such as emergency call, intelligent elevator operation, and hands-free door access based on the location of the residents with personal device as called smart tag. It can also be applied to other service areas such as the location-aware u-Service for hospitals, high-rising complex buildings, silver towns, etc.

Cloud services have become the core infrastructure of the digital economy as a basis for collecting, storing, and processing large amounts of data to trigger artificial intelligence-based services and industrial innovation. Recently, cloud services have been spotlighted as a means of responding to corporate crises and changes in the work environment in a national disaster caused by COVID-19. While the cloud is attracting attention, the speed of adoption and diffusion of cloud services is not being actively carried out due to the lack of trust among users and uncertainty about security, performance, and cost. This study compares and analyzes the "Cloud Service Quality and Performance Management System" and the "Cloud Service Certification System" and suggests complementary points and improvement measures for the cloud service quality and performance management system.

최근 낙도보조항로의 운영에 있어서 선박취항명령후 운영사업자의 계속적인 사업수행으로 일반항로에 비해 경영개선 노력이 부진하거나 서비스의 절이 저하되는 등 여러 가지 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 낙도보조항로 운영 주체를 검토하여 개선방향을 제시하고자 AHP 기법을 이용한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 보조항로 사업자에 대한 경영 평가제를 도입하여 사업자 스스로 지속적인 경영개선 노력을 유도함이 바람직할 것으로 보인다.

The first thing to be prioritized is to set the scope of the management system when establishing an information security management system for systematic and effective information security management. It is important to set the scope for an organization's information security goals due to the scope affects the organization's overall information security activities. If the scope is set incorrectly, it might become impossible to protect important services and therefore, the scope of the management system should be determined in consideration of the core business services of the organization. We propose a core service selection model based on the organization's mission-critical service and high risk service in order to determine the effective information security management system scope in this paper. Core service selection criteria include the type of service, contribution to sales, socio-economic impact, and linkage with other services.

In this paper, we introduce Quality of Service(QoS) analytic model of a distributed system that decentralizes the process nodes performing each task and communicates through a network for cooperation. The model advances a service reliability model of Dai et a1.(2003) by means of considering the processing time. The service is assumed to be provided by a centralized heterogeneous distributed system which is composed of some subsystems managed by a control center. The QoS is defined as the probability that a service is provided successfully in an allowed time, we consider the hardware/software reliability and the processing time which include program execution time, data transfer time. We derive the processing time distribution for a required service through convolution of corresponding probability density function. An application example is used to explain the procedure of computing quality of service.
