Each questionnaire was composed of positive and negative items like Kano's proposed method, and the satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993) was examined to understand the influence of each factors on customer satisfaction. Results - As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. And, in information quality, the information overload was classified as an apathetic quality component, while the related information provision belonged to an attractive quality component. In reliability quality, customized service provision was classified as an attractive quality component. In instant connectivity, the quality of the connection during transport was classified as an attractive quality component. In convenience quality, access to product information was classified as a one-way quality component. All components of designs quality were classified as attractive quality components, and in security quality, all of their components were all classified as one quality component. Lastly, in customer service, they components were all classified as a single quality component. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. • The quality management for mobile internet voice services currently being used widely cannot be achieved by the conventional quality management depending on a specific measurement equipment. For more systematic quality management, a real-time or preventive quality management scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme required a quality management software installed in a service user's terminal. In order to implement and realize the proposed scheme, it is a very important issue to ensure the reliability of the measurement results from the developed quality management software. Therefore, we have performed a large number of tests to verify the reliability of the software and discuss on the results in this paper.

Data were collected from salespersons of women's wear and imported brand stores at four major department stores. 205 survey responses were used for the final analysis. The factor analysis extracted empathy/tangibility, assurance, responsiveness and reliability factors. The structural path analysis and effect analysis indicated that the importance of assurance and responsiveness of internal service quality had significant direct effects on job satisfaction and significant indirect effects on organizational performance. Reliability dimension of internal service quality had a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The importance of empathy/tangibility dimension, however, was relatively weak in the model.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and prove service quality measurement model and indicators which are able to measure objectively service quality of digital libraries in Korea. Literature review and Delphi survey are used to investigate service quality dimensions. User perceived service quality performance was measured to validate DL-SQI model with three digital libraries. Finally DL-SQI(Digital Library-Service Quality Index) model was developed which is composed of four primary dimensions. The survey results reveal that reliability coefficient is 0.8 which means high reliability of survey and it suggests that DL-SQI model based on the above dimensions is proved through confirmatory factor analysis.

  • Purpose - This paper aims to measure the overall satisfaction of online grocery shopping and identify the quality components of online grocery delivery service. Furthermore, we examine the relationship between service quality, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and intention of repurchase. Research design, data, and methodology - To test hypotheses, data was collected using questionnaires from online grocery shopping customers living in Korean local regions (Daejeon, Cheonan, Sejong). Quantitative research is applied using confirmative factor analysis and multiple linear regressions. Results - On the whole, customers are satisfied with the online grocery shopping. We found that convenience and reliability of grocery delivery service have a positive effect on the customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, we found that customer satisfaction has a mediating effect between convenience, reliability and customer loyalty. However, responsiveness of grocery delivery service does not have a positive effect on the customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Since the quality of groceries are very sensitive to time and difficult to standardize, we need to analyze the quality components of delivery service unlike other commodities and find relationships with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and repurchase intention. The results of research will contribute to providing satisfactory service and capturing loyal customers in retail industry.
