이동통신망 고도화와 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기술 개발에 따라 상황인지 기반 신규 서비스 모델이 개발되고 있다. 이동통신사업자는 셀 기반의 위치정보를 이용한 친구찾기 서비스 GPS 위치정보를 이용한 텔레매틱스 서비스 등을 제공하고 있다. 최근에는 셀 기반의 위치정보 서비스를 이용한 114 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동통신망에서 위치정보를 이용한 상황인지 기반의 모바일 맛집 관광 서비스를 개발하였다. 상황인지 기반의 모바일 맛집 관광 서비스는 이동통신망의 LBSP(Location Based Service Platform)로부터 사용자 위치정보, 유선 웹 서버로부터 계절, 시간, 기상 등의 상황정보, 데이터베이스에 저장된 개인 선호 정보 등을 이용하여 최적의 관광 정보를 제공한다. 모바일 맛집 관광 서비스는 WIPI 플랫폼을 이용하여 개발하였다.

As the elderly population is becoming an aging society, the elderly are experiencing many problems. Social security costs for the elderly are increasing and the un-linked social phenomenon is emerging. Thus, the social infrastructure and welfare system established in the past economic growth period are in danger of not functioning properly. People socially isolated or with chronic diseases among the elderly are exposed to various accidents. Thus, an active healthcare management service is imperative. Additionally, in the event of a dangerous situation, the system must have ways to notify guardians (family or medical personnel) regarding appropriate action. Thus, in this paper, we propose the smartphone-based healthcare and emergency response service platform. The proposed service platform aggregates movement of relevant data in real-time using a smartphone. Based on aggregated data, it will always recognize the user's movements and current state using the human motion recognition mechanism. Thus, the proposed service platform provides real-time status monitoring, activity reports, a health calendar, location-based hospital information, emergency situation detection, and cloud messaging server-based efficient notification to several subscribers such as family, guardians, and medical personnel. Through this service, users or guardians can augment the level of care for the elderly through the reports. Also, if an emergency situation is detected, the system immediately informs guardians so as to minimize the risk through immediate response.

In this paper, we implemented a FIPA-OS multi-agent framework bundle in OSGi Service Platform. FIPA-OS is an open agent platform for constructing FIPA compliant agent using mandatory components that required by all FIPA-OS agents to execution and optional components that FIPA-OS agent car optionally use. The platform supports communication between multiple agents and communication language which conforms to the FIPA standards. FIPA-OS framework bundle is composed of DE(Directory Facilitator), AMS(Agent Management System), ACC(Agent Communication Channel) and MTS(Message Transport System) bundle. These bundles installed in the OSGi service platform and their life cycle can be managed by the framework.

The market of platform business is typically served by a few dominant players, presenting "winner-takes-all" phenomenon. This study aims to find service characteristics leading to the phenomenon. Six different service-characteristics were considered : Same-side network effect, cross-side network effects, entry barrier, multi-homing cost, switching cost, and heterogeneity of preference. To assess the degree of concentration of market share, HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index) is calculated for top three major players. Based on the HHI value, 10 most eminent platform businesses are classified into three different segments and each segment is characterized with key factors. The results from this study provide some insight into the strategic management of platform business.

This paper describes a digital convergence platform(DCP) which is implemented based on the MPEG-21 multimedia framework. DCP is a newly proposed solution in this research for the convergence service of future home multimedia environment. DCP is a common platform designed to have the feature of reconfigurability, by means of S/W. which supports to run diverse digital multimedia services. A distributed peer to peer service and transaction model is also a new feature realized in DCP using the MPEG-21 multimedia framework. A prototype DCP is implemented to verify its functions of multimedia service and transactions. The developed DCPs are networked with IP clustering storage systems for the distributed service of multimedia. Successful streaming services of the MPEG-2/4 video and audio are verified with the implemented test-bed system of DCP.

웹서비스는 XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 등 기술 표준의 진화를 계기로 기업간의 거래나 인터넷 환경에 있어 가장 핵심이슈로 등장하고 있다. 그러나, 제반 기술 요소와 운영의 특성상 서비스의 품질, 가용성, 성능, 보안등에 대한 보장성 문제가 대두되고 있으며 이로 인해 기업 환경에 적용되어 확산되기까지는 어려움이 많다. 웹 서비스는 Management 영역별로 필요한 핵심요소와 그 기능들의 역할이 웹 서비스 확산 및 운영상의 성공 요인이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 제공자와 사용자간의 중개자 역할을 수행하여 상호간의 신뢰성 있는 서비스 제공의 기반이 되는 Intermediary 영역에 대해 분류 및 기술하고 그 구성요소와 아키텍쳐 모델을 제시한다.

Most important to financial institutions is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the "e-bank" opportunities in B2Bi and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Such application integrations among systems and "e-bank" services need to be available in the new IT environment. In this article, an If and service architecture adopting unified e-business services platform is proposed. This architecture is able to achieve application integrations among legacy, affiliated, and e-business systems and services. We derive an architecture in unified e-business services platform by investigating current and future e-business services platforms involved in domestic and global international banks. Several financial interchange standards which are involved in B2B business of e-procurement, e-placement, e-payment are also investigated.

본 논문은 식품 안전 서비스를 위하여 웹 기반 가상 공동 플랫폼에 대해서 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 공동 작업에 참여한 사용자들이 다른 참여자들에게 같은 뷰로써 공유된 미디어들을 참조할 수 있도록 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 N 스크린의 서버와 클라이언트 시스템을 통하여 식품 데이터의 신뢰성을 향상시키는 모델에 대해서 기술하였다. N 스크린의 기술과 웹 기반 멀티미디어 공동 작업에서 실행되는 기능에 대한 시스템의 기능 비교도 하였다.

DMS(Data Management Server)시스템은 DVM(Digital Variable Multi Air conditioning system) 관리, 제어, 모니터링을 수행하는 시스템으로 OSGi Service Platform을 미들웨어로 채택하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OSGi Alliance에서 제공하는 Test Harness와 Test Suite을 기반으로 본 연구진이 개발한 OSGi Automated Test Toolkit인 MIRACLE을 이용한 DMS시스템 테스트 사례 연구에 관해 기술한다. 본 논문을 통해, MIRACLE을 이용한 임베디드 시스템에서의 OSGi Service Platform의 테스트 자동화에 대해 기여 할 수 있도록 한다.

최근 COVID-19 확산과 함께 온라인 쇼핑 시장의 규모가 지속적으로 증가하여 다양한 온라인 거래 플랫폼이 시장에 등장함에 따라 많은 소상공인이 플랫폼에 입점하고 있다. 이처럼 최근 소상공인의 플랫폼 활용이 크게 늘어나면서 적정 수수료에 대한 이슈가 제기됨에 따라 플랫폼 활용과 수수료에 대한 사회적 논의의 필요성이 제기된다. 현재 수수료에 대한 논의는 대부분 부정적인 측면에서 특정 사례 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며 플랫폼의 활용 가치와 수수료를 종합적으로 고려한 체계적인 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 플랫폼 서비스 활용 가치와 수수료 비용을 함께 고려하여 플랫폼 수수료에 대한 체계적이고 종합적인 이해를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 플랫폼 서비스별 경제적 가치를 추산하여 세부적으로 분석하였다. 온라인 플랫폼 사용이 활발한 배달 서비스, 이커머스 두 업계를 선정하고 판매자가 플랫폼 서비스를 이용함으로써 발생하는 기대수익 변화에 주목하였고, 판매자의 플랫폼 입점 여부, 서비스 이용 여부 등 시나리오별로 추산한 매출과 비용을 기반으로 기대수익을 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과, 플랫폼 입점과 플랫폼 서비스 활용은 매출 상승과 비용 절감을 가능하게 하며, 이는 판매자의 기대수익에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 플랫폼 수수료를 플랫폼 서비스 이용과 이에 따른 가치 획득에 대한 사용료 관점으로 이해하고 이를 기반으로 플랫폼 서비스와 수수료의 경제적 가치를 추산하여 플랫폼 서비스 활용 가치와 비용을 종합적이고 체계적인 논의로 확대하고자 한다.
