Citizens' demand, which has been previously focused on welfare, is now expanding to include elements for higher quality of life such as employment, housing, culture, and sports. Accordingly, the government, with an aim of effectively delivering resident services that satisfy various demands, is committed to transforming the central government-oriented service system into the integrated service system based on public-private partnership. The government is also dedicated to expanding services to 8 areas including not only welfare but also healthcare, employment, housing, education, sports, culture, and tourism, which are directly related to everyday lives of residents. This project is designed to support such reforms in the citizen service delivery system in order to enhance quality of life of local residents. This study is to draw implications from analysis for implementing the citizen service integrated information system in order to reform the citizen service delivery system effectively through examinations and analyses of citizen services provided by the central government. Especially focus on public utility charges depreciation simplification citizen service. Its implications are expected to offer a real contribution for central and local Governments that want to increase the productivity of implementing eGovernment service.

The development of IT technology makes the functions and services of robots be integrated, and thus the robots become more intelligent and useful. As sophisticated usage of robots has evolved, direct communication by human language is necessary to increase the efficiency of their usage. In this paper, we propose a conversational interface platform for integrated service robots using MS Robotics Studio. The proposed platform consists of three types of components: a conversation manager to control the flows of the integrated service robots, a user interface to interact with users, and multiple service robots to perform actions or services. For a test-bed of the proposed platform, we build a schedule manager system and confirm the usability through SUS subject test by comparing the schedule manager system with MS Outlook.

본 논문에서는 지하공간 통합지도를 탐사 현장에서 활용하기 위한 모바일 단말기용 서비스 시스템을 설계 구현한다. 모바일 단말기용 현장활용 서비스 시스템은 지하공간 통합지도 관리 시스템에서 제공하는 타일맵, 3차원 지형정보, 지하구조물, 지하시설물, 지반정보 등을 현재 위치에 따라 3차원으로 가시화하도록 설계되었고, 현장 탐사로 얻어진 결과를 실시간으로 반영하도록 설계되었다. 또한, 제안된 시스템은 모바일 단말기의 무선 네트워크 및 기기 특성에 따른 제약 문제로 지하공간 통합지도를 glTF 포맷 형태로 전송 후 가시화 하도록 구현하였다. 구현된 모바일 서비스 시스템은 지하공간 탐사 현장에서 3차원으로 지도 및 공간 객체들을 가시화하여 사용자에게 정확하고 통합된 지하공간 데이터를 제공함으로써 탐사 현장에서의 사고 발생을 방지할 수 있다. 그리고, 갱신된 지하공간 데이터를 실시간으로 지하공간 통합지도 관리 시스템에 전송하여 최신성과 정확성을 유지할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 통합도로교통 서비스 체계 구현을 위한 교통정보센터를 구축하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 교통정보센터 기능과 운영현황을 분석하고, 통합도로교통정보 서비스를 제공하는 교통정보센터를 개발함으로서 안전지향형 통합도로교통정보센터의 구현사례를 소개한다. 지능형교통체계는 안전지향의 통합도로교통정보 서비스 제공을 통한 교통안전체계를 구현할 뿐 만 아니라 전방의 홍수, 폭설 낙석, 도로유실 붕괴 등과 같은 자연재해 및 긴급상황 발생시 관련 정보를 시의 적절하게 제공함으로써 운전자의 안전한 도로운행을 지원하게 된다. 따라서 통합도로교통정보 서비스체계의 교통정보센터는 국민들에게 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 대국민 교통정보 서비스 제공으로 이용자 친화형 교통관리체계와 통합도로교통정보센터 기능을 실현하는데 일조할 것이다.

본 논문은 "낙석 및 산사태 방지를 위한 차세대 신기술개발(05지역특성B02-01)"과제와 관련하여 연구 사업에 참여하고 있는 제1세부과제와 제2세부과제의 사면정보 관련 데이터베이스들을 통합하여 이를 관리하기 위한 통합 관리 데이터베이스 시스템의 설계 및 개발과정에 대한 서술을 목적으로 한다. 또한 구축된 통합 데이터베이스 시스템을 기반으로 원스톱 검색 및 입력이 가능한 웹 기반 서비스 시스템에 대한 구현 결과를 설명한다. 통합 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 각 세부과제에서 도출된 데이터를 수집 및 분석하고, 공유될 수 있는 데이터들을 통합하여 표준 통합 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 통합 데이터베이스 관리 시스템 및 관리용 웹 서비스 시스템을 개발하였으며 이에 대한 구현 결과를 보인다.

The e-Government in Korea has made such good results as improvement of official work productivity and citizen service quality. However, e-Government in Korea involves many problems and subjects to must solve, especially, at the side of citizen services. Every public organization as supplier provides each service of themselves to the civilians. Citizens feel inconvenience yet, because they must visit and are supplied various civil services to one public affair from several public institutions. When we consider the paradigm shift of the e-Government service, the status and problems of the e-Government in Korea required more better service model to the citizen. To realize the citizen oriented service, the integration and linkage of the system infrastructure and applications among governmental organizations are required. In this changed situation, when new one/non-stop service model of the digital government is developed and launched, the e-Government can supply better service to the citizens. In this study, the model that we suggest is among the new service models of the e-Government, named the Integrated Civil Service Model. The e-Government involving the Integrated Civil Service Model can make more outcome, such as better civil life convenience, cost-effective results by processing time and cost reduction for public affairs of citizens.

Our platform introduced in this paper is based on DAVIC specifications which define high quality multimedia services with some extensions to provide user friendly and uniform interface to its users. We designed and implemented an integrated service platform for high quality interactive multimedia services, swithed digital broadcasting, and Internet services. The integration in terms of a service provider system, a delivery system, and a service user system is taken into account. Our research results in the development of integrated high quality interactive and digital broadcasting multimedia services with web-based common user interface and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service which will be launched from next year.

Objectives: This descriptive survey study aimed to identify factors that affect job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards and to explore measures to increase job satisfaction among these nurses. Methods: Data were collected between July 20 and August 3, 2018 from nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards in Busan and Changwon city, in Korea. Data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 23.0 software(IBM corp., Armonk, NY, USA). Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards were identified as follows: professional self-concept (${\beta}=.32$, p=.003), which is a subdomain of nursing professionalism, and nursing foundations for quality care (${\beta}=.30$, p=.001), which is a subdomain of nursing work environment. The model had an explanatory power of 54.7%. Conclusions: Nursing professionalism should be strongly established among nurses, as nurses are key players in a health system that allows stable and expanded operations of integrated nursing care. Intervention measures that create a better work environment for nurses should also be implemented. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop systematic strategies and multifaceted efforts to increase nurses' job satisfaction in integrated nursing care service wards.

This paper deals with the network interface of research and observation instruments in the oceanographic research vessel with an establishment of related database for measured information. The system is implemented to integrated communication network system which allows to effective survey by using real time observation and GUI(Graphic User Interface). The system also consists of the LAN systems and serial interface to link chemical, physical, biological and environmental relations. And, other network service and vessel data service for data communication between vessel and earth station such as INMARSAT-B, WWW service, BBS, E-Mail etc., are needed for integrated communication network system.

In the 70s, facility called 'Sozialstation' was introduced in Germany, which is a supporting organisation for a systematic and efficient integrated health and social service system for the aged. As a theoretical approach, presented here could be a foundation for space planning for the development of an integrated health and social service system for the aged in Korea, this study examines design, concept, function, operation area and origin background etc. of the 'Sozialstation' through the case studies of space program.
