Garlic industries in Korea faced with a increasing difficulty because of the pressure of garlic importation from China is ever increasing than before. Therefore this study was conducted to produce low-cost garlics by mechanized cultivation and the results are as follows. A. By applying machinery(stem cutter and size separator, seeder, harvester) the labor was saved over 70% compare with the conventional cultivation B. Growth characteristics and yield showed no difference in mechanized and conventional cultivation of northern-type garlic. C. When scales were sown by seeder, the sowing-depth varied between 3 to 6cm and the rate of 2-plants emergence in one hole was 14.5%.

Recently, the fusion of communication and broadcasting surfaces streaming service such as IPTV with killer application of BcN. In this paper, Premium IP multicast is called as transport service technology that transfer streaming service such as IPTV through integrated, controllable, maintainable network in order to guarantee end-to-end QoS to predefined person. It capacitates billing of multicast service instead of network operator guarantees high quality QoS to subscriber. So, network operators are able to create benefits and find benefit models. The other side, subscribers can use various high quality streaming services.

Denial of Service (DoS) attack is to interfere the normal user from using the information technology services. With a rapid technology improvements in computer and internet environment, small sized DoS attacks targeted to server or network infrastructure have been disabled. Thus, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks that utilizes from tens to several thousands of distributed computers as zombie PC appear to have as one of the most challenging threat. In this paper, we categorize the DDoS attacks and classify existing countermeasures based on where and when they prevent, detect, and respond to the DDoS attacks. Then we propose a comprehensive defense mechanism against DDoS attacks in Control System to detect attacks efficiently.

This paper presents the system design and implementation of 'Mon-e', the KT's edutainment robot for young children. We paid our special attention to the computer- illiterate young children, and the provision of the physical and friendly human interface of robots. Specifically, the paper focuses on the video telephony and home monitoring service using the Mon-e robot. RFID cards -based calling makes it possible for the computer-illiterate children to make a phone call to their parents. The SIP and DTMF based remote control of the robot enables the search and track of the children. This experimental development shows the potentialities and values of the convergence service of telecommunication and robotics.

The user increases around the WiBro and in which the mobile broad band service is the wireless internet base technology HSDPA, that is the cellular phone foundation technique, and moreover the issue about the user effective quality guarantee emerges but the quality control of the wireless network is the incomplete actual condition. Therefore, the reliability verification according to the development of the system for the performance measure for the continued wireless data service and it and evaluation are needed for the quality control. In this paper, the wireless data service quality measurement system was implemented with the design. The same test environment as the existing network performance measurement program was built for the reliability verification of the embodied device for measuring quality and evaluation and the cost performance was performed. It could confirm that design and embodied wireless data service quality measurement system operated accurately in this paper through the quality measure result value analysis.

컨퍼런스 서비스에서 컨퍼런스 세션의 설정 및 유지 기능을 제공하는 포커스는 참가자 수가 증가 할수록 부하가 커지며 이는 대규모 컨퍼런스 서비스의 확장성을 제한하는 주요 요소가 된다. 본 논문에서는 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 포커스의 부하를 여러 컨퍼런스 노드로 분산 시켜 대규모 컨퍼런스 서비스의 구현을 용이하게 하는 새로운 분산 포커스 제어 방식을 제안하였다. 여기서 컨퍼런스 노드들 중 포커스 기능을 가진 노드는 자신의 정보를 컨퍼런스 서버의 컨퍼런스 정보 데이터베이스에 등록하며 시스템 전체 컨퍼런스 참가자 수의 증감에 따라서 필요한 포커스가 능동적으로 할당되어 참가자의 처리를 담당한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 분산 포커스 제어를 위한 컨퍼런스 제어 이벤트 패키지가 제시되었고 아울러 포커스와 컨퍼런스 참가자들 사이의 SIP 메시지 교환 절차도 함께 제시되었다. 제안된 시스템의 성능은 시뮬레이션 실험을 통하여 분석하였다.

본 연구에서는 김성원과 이영준(2019)의 프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램이 예비 교사의 수업 전문성에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 40명의 예비 교사이며, 두 집단으로 나누어 처치를 진행하였다. 실험 집단(n=20)에게는 프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램을 처치하고, 통제 집단(n=20)에게는 ICT 도구 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 예비 교사의 수업 전문성 변화를 분석하기 위하여 수업 전문성, 교수 효능감, 테크놀로지 통합 자아효능감을 측정하는 검사 도구를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 통제 집단과 달리 실험 집단은 수업 전문성과 교수 효능감, 테크놀로지 통합 자아효능감이 유의하게 향상되었다. 사전 검사에서는 실험 집단과 통제 집단이 유의한 차이가 존재하지 않았지만, 사후 검사에서는 실험 집단이 통제 집단보다 수업 전문성이 유의하게 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 프로그래밍을 활용한 TPACK 교육이 예비 교사의 수업 전문성 발달에 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

무선 인터넷(Wireless Internet)의 발달로 인해 네트워킹이 가능한 환경이 구축되면서 모바일 서비스 구현을 위한 다양한 어플리케이션 프로그램 개발이 활발하다. 특히 모바일 서비스는 누구나 쉽게 다양하고 간편하게 서비스를 제공할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 모바일 서비스를 위한 어플리케이션 개발의 한 사례로서 모바일을 이용하여 컴퓨터를 원격제어 할 수 있는 어플리케이션 프로그램을 제안한다. 본 논문은 모바일 단말기 중 스마트폰 기반의 환경을 사용하여 컴퓨터에 원격접근하여 컴퓨터의 화면과 입력장치를 제어할 수 있는 RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol), VNC(Virtual Network Computing)를 연구 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Application의 가장 큰 장점은 언제 어디서나 모바일을 이용하여 컴퓨터 전원을 ON/OFF, 파일 전송 / 다운로드, 문서작업 등 여러 기능을 실행 할 수 있어, 사용자들이 앞으로 보다 편리하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, foreign utilities emphasize the importance of the value-added services based on Information Technology(IT) as one of the strategic technologies for establishing a new power system in the future digital society. They develop many different types of the value-added services and apply the systems for customer. In domestic case, the data from the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System is used only for calculating the tariffs. Data from the AMR system can be strategic assets for utilities to provide the value-added services for customer. Development of the value-added services for utilities and customer needs processing and managing the AMR data. In this paper, the energy consulting service, which is adequate to new power system environment, is suggested for development of the value-added services. The application of the suggested service will bring the effect of reducing the monthly bill for customer. Also the service will give not only the effective demand side management(DSM) and load control, but also reduction of the investment for utilities.

신규 무선 네트워크 기술의 발전은 현재의 단일 네트워크 위주의 구성을 가진 무선 서비스 사업자에 새로운 다중 네트워크 (Heterogeneous Network) 환경을 맞이하게 하였다. 또한 무선 통신 사용자 수는 계속적인 증가추세에 있고 사용자들이 원하는 서비스의 종류 또한 계속적으로 다양해지고 있으며 사용자가 기대하는 서비스의 질과 수준 역시 높아지고 있다. 이에 무선 서비스 사업자들은 사용자들의 높아진 서비스 품질을 만족시키고 새로운 형태의 서비스를 안정적으로 공급하며, 현재의 네트워크와 신규 네트워크의 조화로운 운용을 위해 새로운 형태의 운용 구조 (Operation Framework)를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크간의 비용/효용에 대한 한계 비용 (Marginal Cost) 산정 기법을 도입하여 서비스에 따른 최적 네트워크 운용 기법에 대해 논술한다.
