The medical sector actively changes and implements innovative features in response to technical development and revolutions. Many of the most crucial elements in IoT-connected health services are safeguarding critical patient records from prospective attackers. As a result, BlockChain (BC) is gaining traction in the business sector owing to its large implementations. As a result, BC can efficiently handle everyday life activities as a distributed and decentralized technology. Compared to other industries, the medical sector is one of the most prominent areas where the BC network might be valuable. It generates a wide range of possibilities and probabilities in existing medical institutions. So, throughout this study, we address BC technology's widespread application and influence in modern medical systems, focusing on the critical requirements for such systems, such as trustworthiness, security, and safety. Furthermore, we built the shared ledger for blockchain-based healthcare providers for patient information, contractual between several other parties. The study's findings demonstrate the usefulness of BC technology in IoHT for keeping patient health data. The BDSA-IoHT eliminates 2.01 seconds of service delay and 1.9 seconds of processing time, enhancing efficiency by nearly 30%.

In this study, we try to discover some success factors, for the entire value chain of the O2O food delivery industry in China, from ordering to delivery. We study the influence of three aspects of the value chain, namely, (1) the mobile platform, (2) the restaurant and food and (3) the delivery service, on the perceived value and repurchase intention of customers. Using structural equation modeling, we develop a structural research model with seven sets of hypotheses relating various independent variable constructs (platform, restaurant, and delivery) and dependent constructs (perceived value and repurchase intention). We find that usefulness of mobile app, the food condition and the availability of offline restaurants were significant antecedents for perceived value and repurchase intention. In addition, fair pricing was a significant antecedent for repurchase intention.

A slaughtered 3 years old cow was diagnosed as bovine leukosis by postmortem inspection, agar gel immunodifusion (AGID) test, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It showed no special clinical signs except emaciation. Grossly, we observed enlargement of mediastinal and pelvic lymph nodes, and tubercle -like mass on pleura and lung surface, and masses on right atrium and ventricle.

The toxicity of organophosphate arises from disruption of the nervous system due to the inhibition of cholinesterase enzymes, leading to death. Six dead mallards were found at Ansung where is one of the most popular wintering sites for migratory birds in Korea, and requested for diagnosis to Gyeonggi Veterinary Service on January of 2007. Some examinations including polymerase chain reaction (PCR) could not find any evidence of specific disease condition. However, the contents of gastrointestinal tracts of the birds contained residues of monocrotophos ranged from 31.3ppm to 294.3ppm by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. It can be supposed that monocroptophos was responsible for the death of mallards by this results.

Recently, innovative medical services are fast emerging, which include customized medical services based on bio-informatics, composition of cure and well-being exploiting ubiquitous technology, hospital supply chain management using RFID, and so forth. However, conventional approaches for new service development hardly give us systematic model to analyze and produce creative medical services. Because most of them are static and concentrate on microscopic tools or techniques. Thus, it is highly desirable to suggest an integrative framework to organize the whole transformation process from technology to medical service. The objective of this study is to propose a medical service engineering model based on the dynamic innovation theory. The proposed model contains objectives of service system, strategies of hospital, stages, activities required to deal with medical service life cycle, which incorporates the acquisition of new technology, transformation to the product, penetration into market, and adoption of consumers. In addition, the usefulness and applicability of the newly proposed model are provided using catholic medical center example.

The Thoroughbred horse was an approximately 4-years-old castrated male with highly emaciation, nasal epistaxis and subsequently died. Gross necropsy revealed epistaxis and hyperemia on the lung, multiple hemorrhage in muscle, and liver was focally attached to the peritoneum with fibrin. According to polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Equine herpes virus type 1 and 4 (EHV type 1, 4) was detected in the lung and trachea. In bacterial culture from kidney, liver, spleen, muscle and blood, Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus was isolated. Based on the gross lesion and PCR, this horse was diagnosed as EHV type 1, 4 and S. zooepidemicus coinfection.

To obtain visible and traceable information from the supply chain, HW/SW standards for the EPC global network, which process electronic product code (EPC) data read from Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, are regarded as the de facto industry standard. Supply chain participants install information service systems and provide logistics information to partners by following the EPCglobal architecture framework. Although quality of service (QoS) is essential for providing dependable and scalable services as pointed out by Auto-ID Lab, only a few models for the performance analysis of QoS-related work have been developed in the context of EPC information service systems. Specifically, doing so allows alternative design choices to be tested in an easy and cost-effective manner and can highlight potential performance problems in designs long before any construction costs are incurred. Thus, in this study we construct a model of an EPC information service system for the purposes of performance analysis and designing a dependable system. We also develop a set of building blocks for analytical performance models. To illustrate how the model works, we determine the characteristics of an EPC information service system and then select a combination of these proven modeling concepts. We construct a performance model that considers the response time and shows how to derive meaningful performance values. Finally, we compare the analytical results to measurements of the EPC information service system.

The diffusion of OTT service has brought the fundamental changes in the value chain of the existing media industry. OTT service based on the public Internet has increased the number of subscribers by using dominant marketing capability, making the pay TV platform player's ability to connecting users powerless. This study examined the changes in the media market and pay TV industry in the USA due to the diffusion of OTT service and analyzed the changing strategies of media firms. The number subscribers of the expensive pay TV service in the USA has diminished, experiencing cord cutting and cord shaving due the diffusion of OTT. OTT players are changing the media market, showing the dramatic excellence in making original contents and distributing the newly released movies. Examination of the recent merger and acquisition cases of media firms tells that the investment in making original contents has increased in order to have the competitiveness in OTT business. The future media industry will be rapidly reshaped mainly based OTT service and strategic judgement is important to maintain the competitiveness of all media firms in the existing value chain of media industry.

The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual model for the tourism application of the block chain consensus construct and to test the intention of technology acceptance of potential consumers. First, we have tried to investigate the security, reliability, functionality was derived. Secondary, structural validation of the proposed model confirmed the factors influencing the acceptance of block chain technology in terms of consumers. Based on this, we apply the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to evaluate. Individual innovation and block-chain technology have a strong causal relationship with the proposed block chain acceptance intentions based on the Hybrid Block Chain Consensus system, which shows strong innovation and strong cognitive status. In addition, the factors directly affecting the acceptance of block-chain are the benefits expected from the block chain, the technical infrastructure required to use the service, the perceived benefits available. The influence of the surrounding environment on the adoption of technology and ease of use on new technology did not affect the acceptance intention significantly.

Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) developed the Ka-band satellite communications payload. This system is able to provide a high data rate communication service with a bandwidth of 200 MHz, a wideband digital flunking services up to 155 Mbps and asymmetrical internet multimedia service. The system employs the common receive/transmit antenna and the 2-for-1 redundant scheme for the LNA-Downconverters. The different types of high power amplification, TWTA for one chain and SSPA for the other chain, are used lot the variety of experimental options. For the reliable test of the payload, EGSE was also developed. The parametric RF tests were carried out in order to measure the performance of Ka-band communication subsystem, in most case the results of RF performance test complied the payload requirement.
