This study is to compare the differences in food quality between traditional Korean restaurants and Western-style restaurants, and then to identify the shortcomings as traditional Korean food prefered than western food. The object of this study is not only to provide the basic data of the domestic food service industry to enable the traditional food ingredients but also increase the sales produced in the farm and fishing economy. Western-style and traditional Korean restaurant food quality were subjected to an IPA analysis to understand the importance and satisfaction with each of them. The IPA analysis of Western-style restaurants and traditional Korean restaurants showed that using regional specialties ingredients, healthy food, and the number of dishes in a set menu were commonly included in the first quadrant. Menu planners of Korean restaurants in should consider the need to develop traditional food using regional ingredients prepared by a reputable chef from the region, and develop delicious healthy food using local specialties without artificial flavors. In addition, considering the demographic characteristics, the ideal food should target visitors in their 40s who with 300~400,000 to spend with friends or colleagues.

This study was conducted based on the need to establish an operational plan following the establishment of the Okcheon-gun Daily Life Culture and Sports Center Library, and for the users of public libraries in Okcheon-gun, the functions and roles of the Okcheon-gun Library, collection related to operational direction, user service related activation, library usage related status survey, preference for the future use and perception of desired services were surveyed. Based on the results of the perception survey, the direction required by the Okcheon-gun residents for the Library was identified, and the research results are as follows. As a result of the study, first, when establishing a collection plan, the data types ought to be based on the printed materials and the multi-media materials to reflect the needs of the users, and it may also be necessary to collect them in consideration of the subject areas including literature, art, history, and technical sciences. Second, to provide various information services, it would be necessary to establish an overall information service plan, and it was identified that it would be necessary to develop various information services according to the user preferences and provide cooperative services. Third, it was determined that the programs appropriate for the various subjects and age groups should be continuously expanded moving forward in consideration of the larges demand for programs by the residents of Okcheon-gun. Fourth, new constructions and spatial improvements are needed, and the overall preference for open spaces was significant. In the case of cultural space, the preference for youth cultural facilities, convenience facilities for residents, infinite loss of imagination, and the (experiential) exhibition halls turned out to be large.

The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of Blockchain to introduce Blockchain technology to the medical industry. Thus, the 5 factors such as Security, Availability, Reliability, Diversity and Economic feasibility were used as the characteristics of Blockchain, which are independent variable, based on precedent studies. Also, Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) that are widely used in the research on Acceptance Intention in order to introduce new technology accept was utilized for intervening variable and dependent variable. For the purpose of this study, the health professionals and ordinary people were classified into health care providers and medical service consumers respectively to conduct survey and comparative analysis. The researching findings discovered that Hypothesis1-1(Security-Perceived Easiness-Acceptance Intention), Hypothesis2-1(Security-Perceived Usefulness-Acceptance Intention) and Hypothesis 3-1(Security-Perceived Easiness-Perceived Usefulness-Acceptance Intention) were rejected in all participants including health professionals and ordinary people. Additionally, all characteristics of Blockchain such as Availability, Reliability, Diversity and Economic feasibility were rejected in Hypothesis3-2 and Hypothesis 3-5 that pass through Easiness and Usefulness to Acceptance Intention, in case of the medical service consumers. Thus, this study discovered and confirmed that there's difference between the health care providers and medical service in the characteristics of Blockchain, as they pass through Perceived Easiness and Perceived Usefulness to Acceptance Intention. The significance of this study can be found, as it suggested activation plan through empirical analysis, which was hardly ever used in the study on Blockchain activation.

The purpose of this study is to establish strategic suggestions for the direction of the drone-related business by Gyeonggi-do through a survey on the operation and actual conditions of the drone geospatial information service business experienced by Gyeonggi-do civil servants. For this purpose, as a result of surveying the demand survey of 219 people in charge of drone field work, it was analyzed by dividing it into four categories: technology-based operation support, business discovery and support, legal and institutional support, and education and public relations. As an improvement measure, technology-based operation support is to secure service operation efficiency by establishing a dedicated manpower and a dedicated organization and securing drone-related experts.The plan for improvement of project discovery and support is as follows. 1) The government proactively discovers prior research projects for project discovery and support; 2) Legal and institutional support requires support services for simplification of administration such as drone geospatial data shooting schedules and permits, 3) legal and institutional review on improving the scope and restrictions for using drone geospatial data. In the field of education and publicity, it is necessary to operate an education program on the overall operation of drones, and to conduct seminars for each field and use, and to seek activation methods through practical application guidelines for the application process and system. The limitation of this study is that the survey subjects are related to Gyeonggi-do, and in the future, survey analysis through a wide range of participants is required.

The purpose of this research is to plan the activation of university health business through the appraisal of the function and role of university health centers. To be more specific: Firstly, analyze the facility, personnel, health service of the health centers, Secondly, appraise the role and function of the health centers, and Thirdly, consider the activation plans of health centers. The research method taken was the study of surveys conducted and written research materials on 5 women's universities in Seoul. These materials where descriptively analyzed by converting the surveys, facility and usage of health center and current personnel status in to percentage. The major results of the research are as follows: Unlike as stated in each university's additional clause on the number of personnel were working. This lack of specialized personnel resulted into lack of specialized and various services. Medicine for external application were stocked well whereas only simple medicine for internal application were on shelf and were issued only with a doctor's prescription. Universities with a full-time doctor had various available equipments. One university conducting dental treatment was equipped with indirect chest camera, dental X-ray, unit, chair(dental treatment chair) and even supersonic, electrocardiogram were available. In the case of D women's university, the number of beds compared to the number of students was lower than that of the other 3 universities, to the total size of the university was smaller than that of the other 3 universities. Among health prevention and care matters, health consultation was the only matter practised by all universities. Uniquely, there was one university that hosted epidemic prevention business. There are various tests given by each university, with each showing many differences, but some universities did not even conduct these tests. Vaccinations were usually being conducted through commission. All universities provided basic treatment, therefore matters concerning treatment at health centers were being conducted well. Concerning the management of equipment and documents, all the matters were being conducted except one university where instead of a student medical record, they were using a daily record. Because these were women's universities, most of the educations were on women's health. The subjects of these educations included: sex, contraception, prevention and control of tuberculosis, obesity, mouth hygiene, alcohol, geriatric disease, mental health and first-aid. The rate of health center usage is growing. Being women's universities, the service and treatment practised were mostly concerning sex education.

This study was conducted to investigate the recognition, utilization, preference and application of kimchi, as well as to evaluate the recognition and requirement for commercial kimchi to university students. A questionnaire was answered by 180 (44.0%) male and 229 (56.0%) female university students in Daegu. The methods used to analyze the items were frequency analysis, Chi-squared tests and t-tests. Most of the respondents reported that they liked kimchi and had a preference for ripened kimchi In addition, most students were likely to cook kimchi by pan-broiling which indicates that the development of kimchi designed for pan-broiling may lead to an increase in the intake of kimchi. The recognition and utilization of commercial kimchi abutted through wholesale market very much, and were buying The marketing points that could most increase the sales of kimchi appeared to be 'hygiene' and 'standardization of taste and ageing' for male students 42 (23.7%) and 'hygiene' for female students 94 (41.4%) (p<0.01). All students responded that among marketing techniques for the sale of kimchi, diversification of taste, and increasing the recognition of kimchi were the most important parameters for aggressive globalization of the sale of kimchi. Therefore, the consumption of kimchi will increase in response to changes a dietary life style and activation is a plan getting done, and it is thought consumption of a kimchi to reflect these results well.

In this study, we achieve an increase in sales of dairy companies through innovation in the distribution process of developing core competencies through product differentiation in the domestic dairy companies, creating new consumption pioneered new markets. First of all, improving the quality of milk in the premium milk market can be able to expect the activation of consumption and through promotion activities by the Korean wave can lead to create new consumption pioneered the market diversification at the same time export varieties of white milk and jersey species take advantage of a variety of milk in addition to drink beauty and cooking areas while lowering manufacturing costs through the introduction of the cheese will increase the revenue of the dairy companies and dairy consumption expected to activate at the same time. It is necessary to change cultivars in order to think about nutritional value and flavor, and further environment, and high quality premium milk will become a new trend in the future. Furthermore, promoting the benefits of milk consumption would contribute in raising the milk demand that is negatively correlated with increasing age.

This study aims to analyze the cases of storage space outside housing unit and propose the activation plan. The issue of storage in residential complex has continued to be reported. This is more salient due to the recent preference trend for small houses, the constant increase of living goods and the limitation of the available space inside housing unit. Although more apartment houses are trying to have individual storage in the exterior space to address these issues, there is still a paucity of the related studies and more studies are required. In this study, we conducted on-site investigation and user interview of each case to propose active usage of the storage space outside housing unit. Result of this study shows that the most crucial factor to improve is 'accessibility' in order to activate the storage space. Storage room should be located close to each household or the individual parking space. The second factor is the size and the structure of the storage room. The sufficient space for keeping and taking large objects out are required. The front of the storage room should have a clogged structure to insure privacy. The third is the provision of suitable support programs such as the system that occupants can check remotely what items are in their storage rooms, garage sale, laundry service, auto cleaning system and rental program. Those programs are required for efficient management and activation of space. Another requirement is to improve environmental factors which include maintenance of optimal temperature and humidity, automatic ventilation system, control of individual lights, and security enhancement. Based on the results of the survey, we provide basic data which can be used for practical space planning to activate exterior storage space of the housing unit. Further surveys are required to develop this study by obtaining more data for generalization.

This study aims to suggest the ways to reinforce academic library's supports for users' class·learning activities. For this purpose, this study collected the development plans of academic libraries in Korea, and analysed the plans for supporting class·learning activities. As a result, it is shown that the most libraries emphasized 'expansion of learning material' and marked it on development plan. As subsequent plans, libraries provided the action plans of 'expansion of reading education and reading programs', 'expansion of electronic materials', 'expansion of characterized materials' one after another. This study suggests 'user-centered collection development and expansion of learning materials', 'activation of library services making use of big data', 'enlargement of engagement services for handicapped and foreign students' as ways to strengthen the services of academic libraries to support class·learning activities of users.
