In accordance with changes in life style, people's desire to eat out is getting changed in their preferring factors from whether they can buy food they want to eat fast and easily to mood of the dining space, content and quality of service, hygiene condition of restaurant, quiet location and surrounding circumstance, and discount coupon and price destruction. In addition, consumers who begin to recognize the seriousness of environmental pollution prefer health-oriented food. On the other hand, excessive presence of competitors, growing personnel expense, increasing expenditure in accordance with swelling price of rent and material expenditure, increase of tax burden, decrease of income because of credit card service charge and high expected level by consumers make it difficult for restaurant's owners to manage restaurant business. Therefore, this study purposes to establish development of menu from the consumer's and the supplier's point of view and propose how to develop menu aiming at convenience, health and diversity.

This study aims to suggest the ways to reinforce academic library's research support services for professors and researchers in Korea. For this purpose, this study collected the development plans of academic libraries in Korea, and analysed the plans for supporting research activities, and also analysed each library's homepage. And this research classified the research support services of academic libraries into eight types for further analysis. The types are 'subject guide', 'academic information literacy', 'research analysis service', 'research consulting', 'research ethics education', 'thesis writing guide', 'bibliography management program', 'interlibrary loan·original text copy'. As a result, it is shown that the most libraries emphasized 'custom-tailored user education' and marked it on development plan. As subsequent plans, libraries provided the action plans of 'expansion of scholarly DB instruction on each subject', 'expansion of custom-tailored research support services', 'construction of research support service system' one after another. This study suggests 'activation of subject guide service', 'expansion of academic information literacy programs for supporting research', 'introduction of research performance analysis services', and 'support for establishment of research ethics' as ways to strengthen academic libraries' research support services.

According to the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Public Records Management Act in 2020, an administrative information dataset record management plan will be enacted, and the National Archives of Korea plans to establish an integrated administrative information dataset management system to support it. However, there is no specific service plan that considers the characteristics of the datasets and the Management Reference Table. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed the current status of dataset services at 14 domestic and foreign public data portals and archives websites, derived implications, and proposed 6 service plans applicable to the integrated administrative information dataset management system. This study's results will lead to utilizing the administrative datasets and the activation of services.

Ongoing advances in wireless broadband technologies can affect all of industrial society. As new wireless broadband technologies emerge, they will improve competition between established industries and their current services and produce new industries and new converged services. This paper analyzes the trend of next-generation wireless broadband and suggests ways of activating the industry further. To this end, we analyze the trend for previous wireless broadband industries and find out three influential factors (content, wireless network technology, and service) that will produce the continued growth of wireless broadband. Using these three factors, we propose a network technology-driven growth model. Based on that model, we offer activation plans for next-generation wireless broadband industries. This study thus provides an insightful perspective for next-generation wireless broadband industries by establishing additional useful guidelines for developing wireless broadband industries in the future.

From 1998, Oriental Medical Physicians(OMP) is distributed in Public Health Sector. but long term plan for Oriental Medicine in Public Health is not existed. So, this study is designed for the activation of OMP Subjects in this study were comprised 3 groups of oriental medicine related persons, the group of which are Students of 11 Oriental Medical Schools, Oriental Medical Physicians in Public Health Sector, Specialist Croup of Oriental medicine Policy(total 1,458 persons). Data were collected from July 1st to November 30, 1999. Direct interview with key persons, systematic interview by using of interview protocol, e-mail and facsimile have been conducted. The results of survey were coded by Excel 5.0, and analysed with SAS 6.12 statistical package. Inter-group difference determined by T-test, and descriptive statistics have been examined. Major findings can be epitomized as follows. 1) OMP disposition to multifarious organizations and institutes such as Public Health Centers, Public Health Sub-centers, Public Hospitals, Private Hospitals in Remote-Vulnerable Area, Community Social Welfare Centers, Institutes for Heath Policy Research, etc, will promise an effective use of Oriental Medical Physician. 2) Average number of patients treated by OMP was 22.8, average budget for oriental medical department, in which OMP were affiliated, was 39.6 million Won per year. Direct cost per every patient visit was 7,210.9 Won, which is considered expensive for public health service. Therefore, development and transformation for Oriental Medical Service in Public Health Sector is desirable in economic and political aspects. 3) It is recommended that ${\ulcorner}Advisory\;Committee{\lrcorner},{\ulcorner}Planning\;Commission\;for\; Public\;Health\;in\;Oriental\;Medicine{\lrcorner}$ should be established for the activation and for the support of Oriental Medical Physician in Public Health Sector, 4) Most effective programmes for oriental public health doctor are health service programmes for the elderly, Home health visit, chronic degenerative disease control services(p<0.001). 5) Standard guideline for facilities and equipments of Oriental Medicine Department in Public Health Center is needed for optimal supply of resources and activation of public health activity.

Background: This thesis aims at suggesting the direction for the introduction of public free treatment support system according to the establishment of [Special Education Law] and the right settlement of therapeutic support service. Method: It introduced the characteristics and the contents of school based PT & OT, diagnosis and evaluation, and operation method. It set up question items and presented intervention plan, and substantial intervention, beginning from the request of whole process. The diagnostic evaluation was described from 4 aspects, which are consideration matters in the time of document drawing and diagnostic evaluation, chiefly centering around SOAP. The flow of overall treatment support service, the allocation of 16 handicapped children for 1 therapist, and the weekly treatment frequency according to the treatment support location and environment were suggested in the concrete operation method. Result: The concrete method should be explored in order to provide handicapped students with requisite services, which are offered by various experts in the amended 'Special Education Law'. In addition, work condition and social welfare, which are equal to school teachers, should be provided for all experts. Conclusion: Along with these things, special education support center should establish the road-map for the education rehabilitation of the handicapped children from the evaluation of early diagnosis of the handicapped children to treatment support and lifelong education.

This study examines the overall contents of robots, drones, and autonomous driving that can be applied to libraries among autonomous objects, and proposes a plan that can be introduced and applied to libraries in the future based on this. As a result of the study, in the case of the building, robots and drones can be used to apply from collection inspection, collection transport, collection arrangement, collection classification, book location guidance, book recommendation, loan/return, library general guidance, and reference information service. Outside of the building, robots, drones, and autonomous vehicles can be used for book delivery service, book return service, and unmanned mobile libraries. This study is a basic research for the introduction and application of autonomous objects in the library, and follow-up studies such as perception survey and application model development for systematic introduction should be conducted in the future.

In this study, to set the direction of improvement and development Library One Service, a current status survey was conducted for regional centers and libraries participating in Library One Service, and satisfaction surveys were conducted for users. As a result, it confirms that the user had a positive perception of the Library One Service, but there were various considerations and service improvements from the user and manager side. In particular, the need to solve the problem of instability in the middleware server and to revise the regulations, and to expand the user service and support practical work was confirmed. So, this study proposed to improve the function of the Library One Service, provide new services, support policies such as revision of regulations and related guidelines, and provide practical support for a service operation. Through this study, it expects to be able to present a road map for mid- to long-term development of Library One Service.

Purpose - Given the increasing interest in the Eurasian Initiative, government-wide studies for the construction of the Silk Road Express are currently being conducted. However, the Korean Government has no experience in operating international freight railroads and has not encountered problems in train service plans, international conventions, and customs clearance, which will arise when TKR is connected to TSR, TCR, and TMGR. Research design, data and methodology - Given these conditions, the cases of direct services in international freight railroads between China and Europe are investigated to identify the possible problems in the connection between TKR and continental railroads. This study also identifies the plans for activating Eurasian railroad logistics. Results - For the service of international freight trains, Korea needs to join international conventions, such as OJSD, as a regular member. Furthermore, any relevant international conference after the conclusion of such an agreement is needed for the agreement on train service schedules, fees, and procedures for passing border stations. Conclusions - Customs clearance and relevant documents must be standardized to address the differences in clearance systems between nations.

The purpose of this study was to develop plans for activating the 4-H clubs in Korea. Data for this study were collected from 125 members in 4-H clubs and 140 extension educators who participated in 4-H activity. Total of 265 responses were analyzed after data screening. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS) for Windows for the personal computer were used to analyze the data. Frequency, percentage, ANOVA, and LSD test for post-hoc interpretation were employed to analyze the data with a statistical significance level of .05. Based on the conclusions of this study, following recommendations were offered: To activate rural youth organizations, especially 4-H clubs in Korea the following measures should be included in the plans for activation; 1) To classify membership into student and non-student clubs to focus on the needs of active members; 2) To establish clear objectives for club activities; 3) To enhance field-oriented operation of clubs; 4) To develop various activity programs that members could be fascinated; 5) To promote subject matter specialists in order to support club activities effectively; and 6) To clarify functions and roles of extension service centers and non-governmental organizations in order to support club activites.
