최근 낙도 보조항로의 운영에 있어서 선박 취항명령후 운영사업자의 계속적인 사업수행으로 일반항로에 비해 경영개선노력이 부진하거나 서비스의 질이 저하되는 등 여러 가지 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 낙도 보조항로 운영주체를 검토하여 개선방향을 제시하고자 AHP 기법을 이용한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 보조항의 사업자에 대한 경영평가제를 도입하여 사업자 스스로 지속적인 경영개선 노력을 유도함이 바람직할 것으로 보인다.

Task scheduling is one of the key issues in improving system performance and optimizing resource management in cloud computing environment. In order to provide appropriate services for heterogeneous users, we propose a novel task scheduling strategy with service differentiation, in which the delay sensitive tasks are assigned to the rapid cloud with high-speed processing, whereas the fault sensitive tasks are assigned to the reliable cloud with service restoration. Considering that a user can receive service from either local SaaS (Software as a Service) servers or public IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) cloud, we establish a hybrid queueing network based system model. With the assumption of Poisson arriving process, we analyze the system model in steady state. Moreover, we derive the performance measures in terms of average response time of the delay sensitive tasks and utilization of VMs (Virtual Machines) in reliable cloud. We provide experimental results to validate the proposed strategy and the system model. Furthermore, we investigate the Nash equilibrium behavior and the social optimization behavior of the delay sensitive tasks. Finally, we carry out an improved intelligent searching algorithm to obtain the optimal arrival rate of total tasks and present a pricing policy for the delay sensitive tasks.

본 논문에서는 PDA에서 지문 이미지를 전송하여 실시간으로 인식할 수 있는 지문인식 웹 서비스 시스템을 구현하였다. 지문인식 웹 서비스 시스템은 지문이미지를 수신 받아 인식결과를 XML 형태로 반환함으로써 무선인터넷을 이용하는 PDA뿐만 아니라 유선 인터넷을 이용한 클라이언트에게도 동일한 서비스를 제공하였다. 본 시스템은 모바일 클라이언트와 지문인식 웹 서비스 제공자로 구성된다. 모바일 클라이언트는 채취된 지문 이미지를 DIME(Direct Internet Message Encapsulation)을 이용하여 지문인식 웹 서비스 제공자를 요청함으로써 저장 공간이 제약적인 PDA에 대용량의 지문 데이터베이스를 설치할 필요 없이 지문인식 결과를 받아 올 수 있다. 지문인식 웹 서비스 제공자는 지문 이미지를 수신 받아 지문인식시스템을 호출하여 인식을 수행한 후 인식결과를 반환하는 서비스를 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 리소스가 제한되는 모바일 환경에서 Jini 서비스를 사용할 수 있도록 Jini-Agent 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 Jini-Agent 시스템은 모바일 디바이스에 별도의 클라이언트 프로그램을 설치할 필요 없이 Jini 접속 기술을 지원 할 수 있도록 한다. 또 Jini-Agent 시스템에 dynamic service list 기능을 구현하여 웹 브라우저를 통해 실시간으로 편리하게 서비스를 검색하고 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. Jini-Agent를 이용한 응용 모델로서 모바일 디바이스를 위한 파일 검색 서비스와 프린트 서비스를 구현하였다.

Purpose With the continuous growth of the OTT services market, trust issues are becoming increasingly important, but research on this topic is still in its infancy. The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between information system quality and reuse intention of OTT services and to analyze the impact of trust and user satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach This study proposed a research model based on the information system success model. In this study, a survey was conducted among 236 Korean users who have used OTT services within the last six months. Findings The results of the analysis showed that text quality and visual quality had a significant impact on trust in OTT services, with text quality having the largest impact. System quality and text quality also had a significant impact on trust in OTT service providers. However, visual quality did not have a statistically significant effect on trust in the service provider. Trust in the OTT service and the service provider was analyzed to have a significant impact on user satisfaction. However, it did not have a statistically significant impact on reuse intention. These findings have important implications for improving trust in OTT services to increase users' reuse intentions. It is also expected to contribute to further expanding the field of OTT service research.

모바일 서비스는 언제, 어디서나 누구에게나 유연한 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 특징을 기반으로 기존의 유선 서비스로는 접근이 제한되는 곳까지 보편적 서비스를 제공함으로써 서비스의 확대와 함께 상호 연계성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다. 음성 통화료만으로 매출의 한계를 절감한 이동통신사들은 무선인터넷을 대안으로 보고 이를 집중 육성하였다. 특히 모바일뱅킹, 모바일 게임 등 각종 모바일 서비스를 위한 시스템을 개발하고 다양하고 차별화된 콘텐츠개발에 주력하여 무선인터넷 이용자의 확보에 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모바일 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠제작의 한 사례로서 모바일 기반의 전자장부시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 유선 인터넷으로 금전관리를 하였을 때의 단점을 보완한 것으로서 휴대폰을 이용하여 자료를 입력하고 검색 또는 수정이 가능하도록 되어있어 공간과 시간의 제약 없이 언제 어디서나 지출과 수입이 일어난 시점에서 즉시 금전관리를 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

사회가 점점 고도화 되면서 스트레스는 중요한 사회적 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스트레스의 완화를 위한 맞춤형 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 제안 시스템에서는 생체신호 및 심리정보를 기반으로 스트레스 증상 및 지수를 계산하고 선호도 등의 사용자 정보를 기반으로 영상, 음향, 향기 및 조명 콘텐츠 조합을 추천하고 추천된 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 스트레스 증상을 분류하고, 심리정보 측정을 위한 자가평가도구 문항을 정의하였다. 정의된 스트레스 증상에 맞게 영상, 음향, 향기 및 조명 콘텐츠를 분류하였으며, 3단계 사용자 맞춤형 콘텐츠 추천 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 사용자 맞춤형 콘텐츠 서비스 모델을 제안하였으며, 이에 따라 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 시스템들과는 달리 사용자 맞춤형이며 다양한 콘텐츠 조합을 서비스할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

Recently, the internet and mobile telecommunication is proliferating rapidly in the whole world. In accordance with this, people have growing desire to use the internet without the limitation of the space; as a result, the mobile internet users are incredibly increased. However, the established study about the mobile internet emphasize the technical aspects. Therefore, this studies finds the significant factors that affect the use of mobile internet service. This study suggests the enterprises getting the service direction which they will use as a strategy in the future. In order to do this, the study examines the factors which can affect the using of the mobile internet service and analyzes the established study about the quality of the information system and the internet service. The result of the survey shows that the factors affecting the use of the mobile internet service are the stability of the system, the convenience of the system, and the response of the service. It also appears that the satisfaction of the mobile internet service affects the attention of the users to using the mobile internet service. The five theories are selected from the ten creative theories, these explain that it is a little unreasonable to design the model which is related to the prior study of the information systems. It will be more deeply scrutinized to analyze the effect of the satisfaction and the utilization of the users through the quality of the information contents.

지니는 자바 기줄의 특성을 가장 잘 살린 홈네트워크 미들웨어이다. 하지만 지니를 기반으로 홈네트워크 서비스를 제대로 지원하기 위해서, 지니 시스템은 어려운 일련의 작업과 복잡한 관리를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 서비스 고리 시스템은 자동화 모듈을 포함하고 있는 서비스 제공자 컴포넌트와 룩업 서비스 컴포넌트이다. 본 자동화 모듈은 지니 시스템에서 필요한 라이브러리, 실행하고 있는 컴퓨터의 환경정보, 지니 서비스를 위한 클래스 파일 시스템 구성 정보의 탐색과 설정을 자동화하였다. 본 시스템은 지니 홈네트워크 실행환경의 자동화, 서비스 관리 구조의 단순화 및 서비스 실행의 시각화를 통해 서비스 관리자나 서비스 제공자에세 효율적인 서비스 관리 환경을 제공한다 .

본 논문에서는 선내에서 수집되는 데이터를 이용하는 선박과 육상의 어플리케이션 서비스의 효율적인 데이터 통합관리를 위한 선박용 어플리케이션 시스템을 설계하고 모듈을 구현하였다. 선박용 어플리케이션 시스템은 선내 수집 데이터를 활용하는 선박과 육상의 서비스를 지원하고 개별 장비간 원활한 연동 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 IALA에서 논의되고 있는 데이터 공유 시스템 모델과 ISO 16425의 XML 구조를 적용하였으며, 시스템 운영을 위한 공통 모듈과 데이터 수집 및 통합관리를 위한 윈도우 서비스, 관리를 위한 웹서비스 모듈을 구현하였다.
