119 구급대원의 직무만족도와 이직의도와의 관계 (The Relationship Between The Job Satisfaction and The Turnover Intention of 119 Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • Objective : The objective of this study was to survey the job satisfaction and turnover intention of 119 emergency medical technicians who are fire fighters and, at the same time, provide emergency patients with first aid, to examine the correlation between their job satisfaction and turnover intention, and to provide basic materials for the human resource management of 119 emergency medical technicians. Method : The survey was conducted with 152 119 emergency medical technicians working at fire stations in an area of Gyeonggi-do during the period from July 15 to September 14, 2009. Job satisfaction was measured with a tool developed by Kim Sun-sim and Kwon Hye-ran (2002) based on the Index of Work Satisfaction, and turnover intention with the tool developed by Becker (2002) and translated and used by Cho Yeong-sook (2002). The questionnaire was composed of 11 questions on general characteristics, 35 on job satisfaction, and 4 on turnover intention, so a total of 50 questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.922$ for job satisfaction and Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.854$ for turnover intention. Using SPSS 14.0, we obtained frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations, and performed independent two-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results : 1) The mean score of the 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction was 2.71, and that of their turnover intention was 2.64. By area of job satisfaction, the mean score was 3.44 for the area of job itself, 2.92 for the interaction area, 2.67 for the organizational demand area, 2.64 for the autonomy area, 2.14 for the wage area, and 1.91 for the working condition area, showing that emergency medical technicians were generally satisfied with their job itself but not with their working condition. 2) As to difference according to the 119 emergency medical technicians' general characteristics, statistically significant difference was observed in job satisfaction according to license type (F = 4.729, p < .010), and in turnover intention according to position (F = 3.768, p < .025). 3) The 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction and turnover intention was in a negative correlation with each other (r = -.44, p < .000) in general, and by the sub-areas of job satisfaction, the correlation with turnover intention was high in order of the autonomy area (r = -.42, p = .000), interaction area (r = -.42, p = .000), job itself (r = -.35, p < .000), organizational demand area (r = -.30, p = .000), wage area (r = -.23, p = .000), and working condition area (r = -.21, p = .008). Conclusion : The 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction showed a negative correlation with their turnover intention. This suggests that turnover intention can be reduced by improving job satisfaction. Furthermore, 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction was high with the job itself, showing their high pride in their job, but was low with working condition and wage. Thus, it is necessary to enhance their job satisfaction by improving the 24-hour work system through supplementing manpower, compensating for overtime works, adjusting work hours per week, etc. These results are expected to be useful in making human resource management plans to lower turnover intention by enhancing 119 emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction.

웹 사용 정보 마이닝 기반의 동적 사용자 프로파일 생성 (Generator of Dynamic User Profiles Based on Web Usage Mining)

  • 동적 웹 컨텐츠 제공에서 고객을 위한 추천서비스에 이르는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 애플리케이션에서는 고객이 어떤 성향을 가지고 있는가에 대한 정보를 획득하는 것이 중요하다. 웹 개인화의 대표적인 기술인 협력적 석과는 사용자의 정보를 정적인 프로파일 형태로 저장하여 사용자의 성향 변화를 빨리 획득할 수 없다. 또한 사용자의 명시적 평가 의존성, 확장성 부족, 다차원 공간 데이터에 대한 적용 어려움 둥의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위한 해결 방안으로 웹 사용 정보 마이닝(web usage mining)이 쓰이고 있다. 웹 사용 정보 마이닝은 서버에 축적된 웹 사용 데이터(web usage data)를 이용하여 패턴을 발견하는 기술이다. 특히 연관 규칙 생성 알고리즘으로 웹 사용 패턴(web usage pattern)을 찾고 패턴을 클러스터링하는 기술이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 연관 규칙 생성 알고리즘은 많은 수의 패턴들을 찾고 또 유용하지 못한 패턴을 발견하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 검증된 웹 사용 패턴을 이용한 동적 사용자 프로파일 생성 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 패턴 발견을 위해 연관 규칙 생성 알고리즘인 Apriori를 이용하고 사용자 프로파일을 위한 클러스터를 생성하기 위해 ARHP를 채택하였다. 클러스터를 생성하기 전에 Dempster-Shafer 이론을 이용하여 유용하지 못한 패턴을 제거하는 패턴 검증 과정을 수행한다. 검증된 패턴을 이용하여 클러스터를 생성하고 사용자의 현재 활성화된 세션에 따라 동적으로 사용자 프로파일이 생성된다

  • 건설산업은 타산업과 달리 프로젝트의 특성에 따라 관리되어야 하는 자재의 종류와 이를 조달하기 위한 물류관리 프로세스가 정형화되어 있지 않아 프로세스가 유동적이라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 또한, 물류관리 상에서 발생되는 정보의 수집 형태가 문서기록에 의한 수작업에 의해 진행되는 경우가 많아 정보의 누락 및 정보흐름의 단절이 발생하고 있으며 이로 인해 적시 적소에 자재가 공급되지 못한 문제가 발생되고 있다. 이러한 문제는 물류관리의 자동화 필요성을 대두시키고 있으며, 특히, 최근 급속도로 발전하고 있는 유비쿼터스 기술의 적용 및 지능형 장비의 개발에 관한 연구는 이러한 건설물류관리의 자동화 및 효율화를 위한 방안으로 제시되고 있다. 그러나 이와 같이 지능화된 건설물류관리 환경 상에서는 다수의 자재 및 운반 장비간에 물류정보인식에 있어 혼란이 야기될 수도 있으며, 이로 인해 건설물류관리 프로세스의 흐름을 저해하는 요인이 될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 차세대 지능형 건설물류관리 환경 하에 발생될 수 있는 다양한 물류정보 인식 오류 상황을 유형화하여 이를 해결할 수 있는 물류정보 인식 메커니즘을 제안하였다.

국제상사중재(國際商事仲裁)에서 준거법(準據法)의 결정(決定) (Determination of Governing Law in International Commercial Arbitration)

  • The governing law in international commercial arbitration may be divided into governing arbitration law and governing substantive law. The former governs the parties' arbitration agreement and the conduct of any subsequent arbitration. But the later governs the parties' substantive rights and obligations, which means the law that governs contract formation and performance, and the law to be applied by the arbitrator to the merits of the dispute. The purpose of this paper is to examine how to determine the substantive governing law when there is express choice or implied choice between parties. Moreover this author checked any restrictions on party autonomy and also any possibilities to deviate from the governing law. In case of express choice the sources of the law or rules of law might be the national law of one of the parties, the neutral law, the general principles of law or lex mercatoria according to the arbitration law selected by the arbitral tribunal. Some arbitration laws or rules empower the arbitrator to decide the case ex aequo et bono or to act as amiable compositions. If the governing law could be determined expressly or impliedly by the parties, the arbitral tribunal would make a selection. In this case the criteria for selecting a governing law are not exactly same from country to country. But failing any indication by the parties as to governing law, the arbitral tribunal should apply the rules of law, the law or the law under the rule of conflict that the arbitrators consider applicable, according to the governing arbitration law. Among the connecting factors offered by the conflict rules, (which means the factors that the arbitrators consider applicable), some legal systems give precedence to the formation of the contract, other system to the place of performance of the contract, and others to the closest connection or centre of gravity. But the Rome Convention, which unified the conflict rules of the contracting states, gives precedence to the law of the domicile of the party which has to effect the performance which is characteristic of the contract. Finally this author suggested the Choice of Law Clause which covers governing substantive law and governing arbitration law at the same time. Thus the UNIDROIT Principles as well as any national law may be included as a governing law in international arbitration. So when we make sales or service contract, we should take into consideration of the UNIDROIT Principles as a governing law or a supplement to the governing law.

RCP 8.5 기후변화 시나리오를 적용한 논 서식 애물땡땡이 (Sternolophus rufipes)와 잔물땡땡이(Hydrochara affinis)의 비행시기 예측 (Prediction of the Flight Times of Hydrochara affinis and Sternolophus rufipes in Paddy Fields Based on RCP 8.5 Scenario)

  • 우리나라 농경지 중 논은 약55%로 가장 많은 면적을 차지하고 있으며, 논에 서식하는 생물 중 논 환경변화에 민감하고 일정한 방향의 반응을 보이는 생물종은 생물지표로 활용할 수 있다. 생물계절 및 서식범위 등 생물지표를 이용한 분석은 기후변화의 영향을 직관적이고 정량적으로 판단할 수 있는 수단으로 평가된다. 따라서 논에 서식하는 수서생물의 온도변화에 따른 생물반응 연구는 논 생태계의 생물다양성 보전을 위한 계획 수립과 기후변화 감시를 위한 기초자료로서 활용된다. 본 연구에서는 생물계절을 관측하기 위하여 일 단위 관측이 가능한 무인관측시스템을 구축하였다. 무인관측시스템은 유인부, 촬영부, 전원공급부로 구성되며 위도를 고려하여 해남, 부안, 당진, 철원에 설치하였다. 관측자료를 분석한 결과 철원을 제외한 세 지역에서 잔물땡땡이(Hydrochara affinis)와 애물땡땡이(Sternolophus rufipes)의 개체 수를 계측할 수 있었다. 계측 값을 바탕으로 비행시기의 유효적산온도를 판별하였으며 KMA 기후변화 시나리오를 이용하여 2020년대, 2050년대, 2080년대 평년의 비행시기의 변화를 예측하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 2020년대에 비하여 2080년대는 비행시작시기가 15일 이상 앞당겨졌으며 최대 비행시기가 22일, 최종 비행시기가 27일 이상 빨라지는 것으로 나타났다. 서식 위치에 따라서는 내륙보다 해안, 도심보다 도외지, 평야보다 곡간지 논의 비행시기 변화가 뚜렷하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 잔물땡땡이와 애물땡땡이를 기후변화 지표종으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

개원의의 진료의뢰시 기대요인 및 만족도에 관한 연구 - 협력병원체제 여부를 중심으로- (A Study on Anticipating Factors and Satisfaction of Local Clinics to 2nd Referral Hospitals based on Collaboration Hospital System)

  • 본 연구에서는 종합전문요양기관과 협력관계를 맺은 병의원과 협력관계를 맺지 않은 병의원을 대상으로 진료의뢰와 관련된 중요고려요인, 그리고 기대요인 및 만족도를 비교하였다. 본 연구 결과 종합전문요양기관과의 협력관계 체결여부에 따라 협력병원 집단군이 협력관계가 없는 병원집단군보다 진료의뢰 중요요인의 평균이 높았으며, 그 중 '환자 의뢰절차의 간편성(p<0.01)' '병원간의 협력병원 체재 구축(p<0.05)'에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 협력병원 여부에 따른 진료의뢰후 기대요인에 있어서는 '의료시설 및 장비의 이용' '종합전문요양기관 의료진과의 자유로운 인간관계 형성' '협력기관이라는 간판의 설치' 항목 등이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 협력병원 관계 여부에 따른 만족도에 있어 두 집단간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 개원의가 진료의뢰 시 중요하게 고려하는 요인과 진료의뢰후의 만족도간의 관계는 협력병원에 있어 '환자의뢰 절차의 간편성' '첨단 의료장비의 보유' '진료의뢰센터 직원의 친절도' 항목이 만족도보다 고려요인에서 높게 고려되고 있다고 조사되었으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었다.

입원환자 낙상 발생 실태와 원인에 관한 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Fall Incidence Rate and Its Related Factors of Fall in Inpatients)

  • Background: The purpose of this research was to examine the fall incidence rate and its related factors of fall in inpatients. Methods: The data were collected from the 138 fall incident reports in one tertiary hospital in Seoul from April 1st 1999 to September 30th 2001. The Fall Incident Report Form was originally developed based on that of Massachusetts General Hospital revised in 1995. And this was modified for this survey by the collaborating work of QI team including researcher and department of nursing service of this particular hospital. The contents of Fall Incident Form were general characteristics of patient. factors related to fall. types and places of fall. circumstances, nursing interventions. and outcome. Results: 1) The incidence rate of fall was 0.08% of total discharged patients and 0.081 per 1000 patient-day. This incidence rate is much lower than that of several hospitals in USA. This finding might result from the different incidence report system of each hospital. 2) The characteristics of fall-prone patient were found as follows. They were mostly over 60 years old, in alert mental status, ambulatory with some assistance, and dependent on ambulatory device. The types of diseases related high incidence rate were cerebrovascular disease(3.2), hypertension(1.6), cardiovascular disease(1.4), diabetes(1.3) and liver disease(0.6). 3) The majority of fall events usually occurred m bed. bedside(walking or standing) and bathroom in patient room. Usually they were up on their own when they fell. And there were more falls of elderly occurred during night time than day or evening. 4) 63.8% of fall events resulted in physical injuries such as fracture and usually the patients had diagnostic procedures and some treatment(ex. suture) which caused additional cost to the patients and their families. 5) The found risk factors of fall were drugs(antihypertensive drug, diuretics) and environmental factors like too high bed height, long distance of bedside table and lamp switch, and slippery tile of bathroom floor. Conclusion: Considering these results, every medical and nursing staff should be aware of the risk factors of patients in hospital, and should intervene more actively the preventive managements, specially for the elderly patients during night. Therefore, it is recommended that the development of Fall Prevention Programs based on these results.

의료기관 종별 의무기록 중요서식 항목별 작성 실태 및 의무기록 완결점검표 분석 (A Study on Medical Laws and External Evaluation Criteria with Reference to the Essential Forms consisting Medical Records and to the Items for Each Medical Record)

  • Backgound : This study is to suggest the standardized format of the clinical sheets and the standardized items of every clinical sheet. The standardization of the medical records will increase the faithfullnes of the contents in them and it will contribute to construct the good health information system. Method : From Jan. 1st. 2001 to March 31st 2001, we gathered as many paper clinical sheets as possible by every class of institutions to review the faithfulness of the clinical contents in them. Clinical sheets of 9 tertiary care hospitals, 6 general hospitals and 56 clinics were gathered. Two experienced medical record administrators reviewed them. The review focus was to check whether the items recommend by the hospital standardization review criteria and hospital service evaluation organization were appeared in the clinical sheets and whether the contents of every item were written. Results : Tertiary care hospitals; In case of administrative data, the contents were filled well if the items were fixed. The clinical data like C.C, history,physical examiniation were filled well, but if the items were not fixed, some items were omitted. The result is that more items are to be filled if they are fixed. General hospitals Administrative data were filled more than 50%. Final diagnosis was filled about 66.7%.But other clinical data were not filled well and not many clinical related items were appeared in the sheets.In the legal point of view, the reason for visiting hosptals or the right diagnosis, patient condition at discharge could not be confirmed well.In surgery cases, surgical procedures could not be confirmed well as many surgical related information(surgery time, fluids and blood, number of sponges, biopsy, etc) were omitted. Clinics More than 70% administrative data were filled and fixed as items. Among the clinical related data, laboratory result was the most credible data. But without the right diagnosis, drug orders were given and doctors' written signatures were not appeared over 96.4%. So the clinical sheets cannot be used as a legal document. Conculusion : There was a tendency that the contents were filled well if the items were fixed in the documents, We also suggest a clinical check list to review the completeness and faithfulness of the clinical sheets. If many hospitals use the suggested clincal check list and if they make the necessary items fixed in the clinical sheets, the quality of the medical record will increase dramatically.

도시기상서비스 기술 개발에 관한 연구 (On the Study of Developement for Urban Meteorological Service Technology)

  • Urbanization of the world's population has given rise to more than 450 cities around the world with populations in excess of 1 million (megacity) and more than 25 so-called metacities with populations over 10 million (Brinkhoff, 2010). The United States today has a total resident population of more than 308,500,000 people, with 81 percent residing in cities and suburbs as of mid - 2005 (UN, 2008). Urban meteorology is the study of the physics, dynamics, and chemistry of the interactions of Earth's atmosphere and the urban built environment, and the provision of meteorological services to the populations and institutions of metropolitan areas. While the details of such services are dependent on the location and the synoptic climatology of each city, there are common themes, such as enhancing quality of life and responding to emergencies. Experience elsewhere (e.g., Shanghai, Helsinki, Tokyo, Seoul, etc.) shows urban meteorological support is a key part of an integrated or multi-hazard warning system that considers the full range of environmental challenges and provides a unified response from municipal leaders. Urban meteorology has come to require much more than observing and forecasting the weather of our cities and metropolitan areas. Forecast improvement as a function of more and better observations of various kinds and as a function of model resolution, larger ensembles, predicted probability distributions; Responses of emergency managers, government officials, and users to improved and probabilistic forecasts; Benefits of improved forecasts in reduction of loss of life, property damage, and other adverse effects. A national initiative to enhance urban meteorological services is a high-priority need for a wide variety of stakeholders, including the general, commerce and industry, and all levels of government. Some of the activities of such an initiative include: conducting basic research and development; prototyping and other activities to enable very--short and short range predictions; supporting and improving productivity and efficiency in commercial and industrial sectors; and urban planning for long term sustainability. In addition urban test-beds are an effective means for developing, testing, and fostering the necessary basic and applied meteorological and socioeconomic research, and transitioning research findings to operations. An extended, multi-year period of continuous effort, punctuated with intensive observing and forecasting periods, is envisioned.

VMS 교통정보 제공에 따른 이용자 만족도 모형 개발 (Development of Customer Satisfaction Model of Providing VMS Traffic Information)

  • 현재 여러 가지 교통문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 첨단교통체계(ITS)가 활발히 도입되고 있으며, ITS의 한 분야인 교통정보제공서비스가 다양한 매체를 통해 이용자들에게 제공되고 있다. 하지만 도로이용자들에게 제공되는 교통정보가 얼마나 효용이 있는지에 대한 평가는 단순설문조사에 그치고 있고, 교통정보의 효용성에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지에 대한 체계적인 평가가 이루어지지 않아 교통정보로 인해 발생되는 이용자 편익을 산정할 수 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교통정보의 이용자 만족도를 평가하기 위한 지표를 개발하고, 이용자 만족도 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 대표적인 정보제공 매체인 가변전광표지(VMS)를 분석대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하여 이용자만족도 모형을 구축한 결과 욕구충족성, 신뢰성, 이해성, 효율성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 중 이해성이 가장 높게 나타나 VMS의 경우 정보에 제공되는 문자, 그림, 표현등이 얼마나 이용자들에게 쉽게 이해시키는지가 그정보의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그 다음으로 이용자의 신뢰성, 효율성, 욕구 충족성 순으로 만족에 미치는 영향 정도가 나타났다.
