중앙의 클라우드 전환은 국가정보자원관리원이 자원통합을 추진하면서 시작되었다. 초기에는 HW에 대한 클라우드 서비스를 위해 IaaS 기반으로 추진되었으나, 공통업무에 대한 서비스를 위해 SaaS로 전환하고 있다. 공통업무의 대표는 문서생산과 기록관리이다. 문서생산은 클라우드 온나라로 대표되며 '15년부터 '18년까지 중앙에 보급하였고, 자치단체 보급은 '18년 이후 단계적으로 추진할 계획이다. 기록관리는 클라우드 RMS로 대표되며, '16년부터 '18년까지 중앙에 보급하였고, 자치단체 보급은 온나라 추진상항을 고려하여 추진예정이다.

Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

Recently, researches on IT Service Management (ITSM) for improving information system operation service and information system outsourcing cost estimation model are proliferating. This study suggests a new cost model of IT operation service and optimizing method based upon the characteristics of operation service as a long-term and continuous business service for both user's and service provider's point of view. This study explains the cost optimization model of IT operation service by improving service request management process, such as adequate reception and control, proper valuation, process management using project management methodology, effective organization and time management of service personnel. Especially in this study, service ability improvement effect and fixed operation cost reduction effect are defined to prove the proposed new cost model.

The result of API staph-ident system was compared with cellular fatty acid composition for the identification of Staphylococcus species isolated from cattle. Isolated strains from cattle were correctly identified to S aureus, S intermedius, S hyicus, S simulans, S saprophyticus, S epidemis, S sciuri and S xylosus by API staph-ident system. The correlation between bacterial cellular fatty acid profile and Staphylococcus species isolated to API STAPH-IDENT system were. In conclusion, the result presented indicate that Staphylococci can be indentified to the species level by the cellular fatty acid profiles. Moreover, computerized fatty acid profile correlative anaylsis can be applied for determining identify of Staphylococcus species.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.

Various types of media services are emerging due to the development of Internet and digital media production and distribution technologies. Various DRM technologies are being developed to prevent illegal copying of media contents and to protect the rights of content creators. There is a problem that the DRM provider and the content service provider must provide services in a mutually dependent manner through individual contracts. In this paper, we propose a cloud-based DRM market system which can be used only by content service providers when necessary for various DRM. The DRM market system is expected to show the effect of service activation for related small and medium sized companies by providing an interface that satisfies the requirements of DRM providers and contents service providers by using multi DRM technology.

Measuring and evaluating the business performance plays a very important role in managing business. It is both because business performance, in any types of industry, can be evaluated and managed properly only when the measurement of its performance is estimated and because its performance can be improved through an efficient and effective management. Therefore it is essential to build up the performance evaluation system to raise management efficiency of food service industry, to reinforce competitive power of food service industry. In this study, investigated the present performance evaluation system situation of the food service industry and introduced BSC as the main conceptional framework for evaluating the performance of the food service industry. Finally, this study discussed the possible method for building a balanced scorecard to the food service industry.

본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하기 위한 Streaming as a Service(StraaS)를 정의하며, StraaS 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 기능과 보안에 대해서 기술한다. 특히 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 보안 기능으로 KS-MMA(Key-generation System for Multilateral Matching Authentication) 그리고 SIES(Searchable Image Encryption System)에 대해서 기술한다.

Under rapidly changing business surrounding, companies need information systems to keep their competitive powers and forecast business surroundings beforehand. In these trends, interests of ASP (Application Service Provider) service is increasing because of the advantage for efficiency to maintain a system and an inexpensive investment to build a system, and this service is rapidly spreading to many parts from simple functions to ERP system. In this research, we argue about these problems and about administrative framework technology for efficient ASP service of ERP system.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the digital revolution is taking place, various attempts have been made to provide various contents in a digital environment. In this paper, agent-recruitment service system based on collaborative deep learning is proposed for the intelligent head hunting service. The service system is improved from previous research [7] using collaborative deep learning for more reliable recommendation results. The Collaborative deep learning is a hybrid recommendation algorithm using "Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)" specialized for exponential calculation, "collaborative filtering" which is traditional recommendation filtering methods, and "KNN-Clustering" for similar user analysis. The proposed service system can expect more reliable recommendation results than previous research and showed high satisfaction in user survey for verification.
