Over the years, great attention has been shown to the function of the campus facilities that should be well-equipped, operated and maintained to better support university's two main goals: providing education and supporting research. Properly managing campus facilities is the initial step to be prepared to meet the rapidly changing global educational standard. However, so far, no definitive answer has been given to the question of what service level/scope is appropriate for the effective campus facility management (FM) in Korea. Therefore, at the outset, it is imperative to establish the framework for the standardized campus FM services. The main focus of this research is to provide comprehensive understanding on the campus FM by establishing the framework in the form of FM performance indicator (PI). As the first step, FM standards set by Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) has been thoroughly reviewed and analyzed to establish the framework for FM standards applicable to campus facility management. Secondly, extensive literature review on the development of performance indicator (PI) for the educational facilities has been conducted to classify PI types and complement FM_KS. Finally, specific guideline and PIs developed by APPA which is globally well-known association in the field of FM for higher education facilities has been added to the combined PI which is the mixed form of FM_KS and PIs from the previous literature. This research provides campus facility managers and FM outsourcing service providers with framework in the form of PI to support future directions of effective campus FM services.

This pager purposed to investigate the style of career anchor and influence of career satisfaction and career commitment. also to concept each variable. The empirical research questions for the study are what kind of the career anchor is selected and what impacts on career satisfaction and career commitment. To examine the model, 299 questionnaires was collected from Korean workers. Each questions is based on a 7 point Likert-type scale, and the data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for Windows. The results of study are summarized as follows: First, style of career anchor(technical/functional, security, pure challenge, life-style integration) has an positive influence on career satisfaction. but partial style of career anchor(managerial, creativity, autonomy/independence, service/dedication) unconnected with career satisfaction. Secondly, style of career anchor(technical/functional, managerial, security, service/dedication) has an positive influence on career commitment. but partial style of career anchor(creativity, autonomy/independence, pure challenge, life-style integration) unconnected with career satisfaction.

The ubiquitous computing made it happen to easily take cognizance of context, which includes user's location, status, behavior patterns and surrounding places. And it allows providing the catered service, designed to improve the quality and the interaction between the provider and its customers. The personalized recommendation service needs to obtain logical reasoning to interpret the context information based on user's interests. We researched a model that connects to the practical value to users for their daily life; information about restaurants, based on several mobile contexts that conveys the weather, time, day and location information. We also have made various approaches including the accurate rating data review, the equation of Naïve Bayes to infer user's behavior-patterns, and the recommendable places pre-selected by preference predictive algorithm. This paper joins a vibrant conversation to demonstrate the excellence of this approach that may prevail other previous rating method systems.

Bandwidth Trading(BT) represents a potential market with over 1 trillion USD across the world and high growth potential. BT is also likely to accelerate globalization of the telecommunications industry and massive restructuring driven by unbundling rush. However, systematic researches on BT remain at an infant stage. This study starts with structure analysis of the Internet industry, and discusses significance of Internet interconnection with respect to BT issues. We also describe the bandwidth commoditization trends and review technical requirements for effective Internet interconnection with BT capability. Taking a step further, this study explores the possibility of improving efficiency of network providers and increasing user convenience by developing an architectural prototype of Hub-&-Spoke interconnection model required to facilitate BT. The BT market provides an innovative base to ease rigidity of two-party contract and increase service efficiency. However, as fair, efficient operation by third party is required, this research finally proposes an exchanging hub named NIBX(New Internet Business eXchange).

The purpose of this study propose and empirically assessed Internet Banking success model. This was derived through an analysis of the quality evaluation factors of Internet Banking services and review of TAM model, IS success model, e-Commerce success model literature. The research model consists of exogenous variables(ease of use, economic benefits, safety) and endogenous variables (usefulness, user satisfaction, trust, behavioral intention to use). The analysis results revealed that ease of use is a very significant factor influencing usefulness and user satisfaction, trust. Safety is a significant factor influencing trust. Economic benefits and usefulness, trust are significant factors influencing user satisfaction. Usefulness and user satisfaction are significant factors influencing behavioral intention to use. This study provide the initiative of Internet Banking success model. Internet banking firms will support the competitive service through strategic qualify evaluation and improvement using Internet Banking success model.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to develop and to evaluate a internet-based social support program for the mothers of congenitally abnormal children. The theoretical basis of the study is the moderating effect model of social support theory (Cobb, 1976). Methods: In first phase, an internet support program was developed according to the practical web development stages proposed by Boling and Frick (2002). In the second phase, the internet support program was provided and evaluated to 18 mothers who reared congenitally abnormal children from March to May 2008. Results: In the first stage, demands of the program were collected from interviews of eighteen mothers of congenitally abnormal children of ages one to three. At the same time, literature review and validity of the contents were also examined. In the second stage, the correspondence of the program contents to the social support needed was also examined. In the third and fourth stages, prototype of the social program was prepared in documents and that of computer program was prepared. In the final stage, an internet-based web site was constructed. The social support provided by the web site were composed of informational support, emotional support and appraisal support including bulletin board system and chatting service. After program development, pre-tests and post-test were performed to investigate the effect of the program on maternal confidence and mood. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed rank test. The analysis showed that maternal confidence of post-test was improved than that of pre-test with statistically meaningful figure (Z=-2.54, p<.05). The positive mood of post-test was also improved than that of pre-test and the result was statistically supported (Z=-2.20, p<.05). Conclusion: It is suggestive that the internet based social support programs is accessible and appropriate service to congenitally abnormal children's mother. It is necessary to develop and use the internet based social support programs in public health system.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop an organizational instrument on socialization for new graduate nurses in the workplace, and to test its reliability and validity. Method: A methodological design was used to develop the instrument. Data were collected from new clinical nurses in 188 hospitals nationwide in Korea. In the first stage, 159 items were developed through a literature review. In the second stage, seven experts conducted a content validity test and the number of items was reduced to 155. In the third stage, factor analysis was performed to analyze the data collected from 198 nurses in 8 hospitals using the modified instrument. A total of 65 items were included and a five-point Likert scale was used. In the fourth stage, the final evaluation instrument was finalized as comprising 11 factors in 7 domains, using 39 items developed from analysis of the data collected from 1,410 nurses using the 40 items. It was comprised of 11 factors in 7 domains. The SPSS 11.0 windows program was used. Results: Accumulated variation for the 11 factor-39 items nurse organizational instrument on socialization was 67.22%. The results of the reliability test indicated that Cronbach's coefficient for the total 39 items was over 0.97. Conclusion: The instrument developed in this study has a high degree of reliability and validity.

The present study made an empirical analysis for investigating the competitiveness of technology trades in Korea. In particular, the study deduced the correlation between technology export and technology import using the variables of Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D and Per capita industry value added Productivity and employed fixed effect model in panel linear regression model. It is found that the R&D expenditure of OECD countries made a significant effect on the technology import and the value-added labor productivity made a significant result on both technology export and import. Therefore, it showed that the technology trade in Korea made a sensitive response to labor productivity in OECD countries. By panel analysis, machine, construction, ICT, and service industry affect most on technology export in Korea for recent 5 years. For technology import, electric-electron, chemical, service, and construction industry have significant effects. This study contributed to understanding of industrial characteristics affecting technology trades in Korea and empirical analysis to show correlation between the factors affecting technology trade.

We have more risks in international trade market than in the domestic business market because economic activities are going on with business transactions in different countries. K-sure's Refund Guarantee System is the most important system for Korean Small and Middle Shipbuilding Industries' business, but Korean exporters of Shipbuilding Industries are more interested in export financing through K-sure rather than its financial supporting services. The export insurance becomes more important service for international trade business and it its count as the only one indirect way of supporting export business because export insurance is accepted internationally under the WTO system. Also, it is the only measure that can cover emergency risk, credit risk, exchange risk which cannot be covered by private insurance. As the major risk manager for Korean exporters, the K-sure needs to provide an integrated risk management service for customers. Korean exporters can take more challenges in ever competitive international trade market and we can witness promotion of export in the future which is essential to Korea's economic growth.
