The purpose of this research is to study whether environments of participating firms of electronic marketplace(e-MP) have an influence on usage factors which are supplying from e-MP and usage factors affect usage performances. Based on the existing researches we found variables and executed a empirical study of environment-usage-performance model. Through this research we suggested useful factors for the performance of trade enterprises. Usage factors of e-MP will overcome geographical limitation and acquire new sales areas and simultaneously widen the relationships of global enterprises. Those firms could be accessible into global market promptly. To enhance usages of e-MP, service quality which can satisfy both buyer and seller at the same time should be strengtened. Finally, the usage of e-trade information should also heighten through usage factors.

The purpose of this study is to explore the application sphere of BPM(Business Process Management) to e-trade process using BPM technology and its service architecture in order to expand the usage of e-trade platform which is developing. After close reviewing the current status of trade process, the possibility of BPM application by e-trade process will be analyzed. The result of analysis is that BPM application to local L/C and purchasing confirmation process could be implemented because those processes are very suitable to apply standardized process and can minimize the risk and confusion of users. BPM application to remaining trade process have to be considered by mid-term and long-term project with the reflection of pilot project performance. Also this study suggests a business management model of e-trade process based on BPM technology which is the new IT technology and integrated interface in view of trade community.

The Visa Waiver Program of the United States increases the number of Korean tourists to the US but lso affects the number of the US tourists to Korea. One of the most important factors in the tourism industry is the increase in the demand for tourism and other related services. In this regard, the VWP is expected to be a new opportunity which generates such demands. It should be reminded that the sustainable development in the industry is essential rather than limiting to the effects of the VWP. Transportation and communication has recorded unbelievable advancement which will be continued in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate development derections for upbringing young success farmers. The study was carried out through literature review and questionnarie survey. Total of 400 young success farmers were surveyed to collect data, and 394 responded. For deveolpment directions of upbringing young success farmers, this study suggests; 1) to increase investment of agricultural management and marketing, 2) to postpone the time to payback and to lower the loan rates, 3) to enlarge consulting service in agricultural extension organizations.

In many other buildings, hospital is very important because of its function and purpose. A proper building service systems including heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing systems is required in hospial. Besides, a special systems like medical gas, vacuum cleaning systems are required to prevent contamination as well as cure a patient in hospital. Ventilation is very important method to keep the indoor pressure and clean class. There are some specific rooms to consider clean class and indoor pressure in the general hospital. In this article, specific rooms were set to operating room, laboratory, ICU, isolation unit, and sterilizer room. In this case study, design factors of ventilation system, including air changes of OA and TA, indoor pressure, clean class, filter, and material of system, of specific rooms in hospital were proposed through a literature research and a design examples review.

This study aimed at drawing a scheme for more developmental and rational improvement of the screening examination system to cope with the rapidly changing industrial environment positively, enhance the food service industry qualitatively, and reinforce engaged specialty of those engaged in the industry. To set a rational improvement scheme for a cook screening system, the study conducted a prior study on job analysis of those engaged in cooking, a review on relevant laws, and a theoretical research on those problems in the current cook screening examination system. On this basis, it understood the actual condition of the current cook screening system and implemented a demonstrative analysis through a survey to draw a section on a future improvement scheme. The results were analyzed largely from two viewpoints: the general condition of the cook screening system and the future improvement scheme for the system.

In total, 7 species of two genera under the tribe Trachodini Gistel are recognized from Korea. Among them, four species, Trachodes ovipennis Morimoto et Miyakawa, Acicnemis azumai Morimoto et Miyakawa, A. palliata Pascoe, and A. shibatai Voss are reported for the first time from Korea. A key to the tribe Trachodini, brief descriptions and illustrations of the adults are provided.

언제, 어디서나, 누구와도' 통신이 가능하게 한다는 궁극적인 목표를 가지고 통신의 개인화가 연구되고 있으며, 통신 선진국에서는 PCS를 실현하기 위한 PSTN(Public Switching Telephone Network) 접근 방법의 초기 단계로 CT2 (Cordless Telephone 2)의 개발과 시험망 운영을 하고 있거나 이미 서비스를 상용화하고 있다. CT2는 1989년 영국에서 제안되었고 1992년 유럽 표준 (I-ETS 300-131)으로 채택된 후 유럽 각국과 홍콩이나 싱가포르 같은 도시 국가에서 활성화 되어 많은 가입자들이 이용하고 있다. CT2 이용자는 도로, 지하철 혹은 공공 장소에서는 PSTN에 연결된 CT2 기지국에 접속되어 발신 위주의 휴대 전화 서비스를 받을 수 있으며, 가정에서는 우리가 현재 사용하고 있는 무선 전화기와 동일하게 사용할 수 있는 소출력 휴대 전화 서비스로 단말기의 이동성이 어느 정도 실현된 서비스이다. 국내 CT2 사업자는 1993년 12월 체신부로 부터 시범 사업 계획의 승인을 얻어 주파수 대역 910-914 MHz에서 1995년 서울 지역에 서비스 상용화를 목표로 여의도에 시험망 운용과 함께 연구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 CT2 서비스의 일반적인 개요와 특성 그리고 제외국의 CT2 동향을 고찰해봄으로써, CT2는 어떤 서비스이며 CT2의 기술 기준 마련과 무선 인터페이스 측정 및 분석 방법을 연구하는 데 기초로 삼고자 한다.

Recently, increasing attention has been paid to building the software quality and software productivity due to ongoing software crisis. To overcome such problem, one of the many alternatives is to use the capability maturity model (CMM) suggested by the Software Engineering Institute(SEI), focusing on the improvement of software progress. This research is proposed the theoretical framework for CMM based on the previous studies, and review the status of software process on the software development organization. We then examine the impact of the software process capability on the organizational performance including financial measures and non-financial measures. Hypotheses on software process capability were tested 144 organizational units. The 62.5% of foreign companies are distribute to the second and third level, the Korean firms in this study are indicated the first level. Result indicate that maturity of software process may be served the key predictor of organizational performance, in particular the positive relationship between the software process and non-financial performance index such as customer service, IT Infrastructure, marketing, supplier and purchaser, production and operation.

The Korea National Agricultural College (KNAC) was established as a special three academic years(six semesters) course by the Presidential Act in July 1995 and opened on March 20, 1997. According to the Act, the students of KNAC are granted free boarding in dormitory, full support of educational expenses, and, after completion, exception in military service and financial support for farming, which is their obligation to do for a double period of the total school year. With these institutional favors KNAC is hight expected to bring up promising young farm managers in Korea. However, actual competitive young farm managers are brought up by the well organized education with emphasis on learning by doing approach. With the relation to the education this study was performed to review and examine present situation of faculty organization, facilities and equipments, curriculum including field training in home land and oversea's counties. This study found out that there were undesirable aspects such as unbalanced faculty members among the departments, lack of practice farm land and limited budget in field training, which should be improved to achieve the objectives of KNAC.
