Using the SPSS 20.0 statistics, Population analysis was applied frequently. In order to ensure the reliability, cronbach ${\alpha}$ value was evaluated. Fit of the research model and the suitability of the path coefficients were evaluated through AMOS to ensure the validity and reliability. As a result, in terms of Analysis on Service Quality, it influenced significantly on the degree of satisfaction. Visitors' motivation also had partial influence on the degree of satisfaction. Moreover, Behavioral Intentions were also influenced by the degree of satisfaction.

  • Purpose: This research adopts the SERVQUAL and LSQ frameworks to examine the correlation between return reverse logistics service quality of the JD platform and customer satisfaction, as well as the linkage between consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Research design, data and methodology: A comprehensive literature review on both domestic and international logistics service quality has been conducted. Considering the unique aspects of JD's return reverse logistics services, an evaluation framework with 5 dimensions and 21 indicators is formulated, including communication, information, return process, empathy, and convenience. A conceptual model exploring the influence of JD's reverse logistics service quality on customer repurchase intention is developed, proposing six hypotheses. For this investigation, 358 valid questionnaires were collected, processed, and analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The structural equation modeling was conducted and validated through AMOS 21.0 software. Results: Following a thorough analysis of data, it reveals that: (1) Information quality, return process quality, and empathy significantly enhance customer satisfaction. (2) Customer satisfaction positively impacts repurchase intention. Conclusion: Based on these findings, three strategic recommendations are offered for e-commerce platforms with in-house logistics systems. The research also discusses limitations and future research directions.

  • The quality of service in ERP services is a key issue in innovating the ERP performance as an IT service for corporations. Currently, most of the research works for this area are based on the existing quality models such as SERVQUAL, which are said not to measure service quality properly. Also, it does not consider the factor of the system acceptance, which is thought to be closely related to the quality of service in this type of IT services. Therefore, a research model is required, which can address the issues related to the ERP service quality measurements. In this paper, new research models have been proposed, and empirical data obtained from SME's ERP users have been applied to the proposed model to analyze the causal relationship between quality factors and to identify the most suitable quality measures. Also, the relationship between the service quality and the system acceptance was analyzed using a combined model. The results show that factors such as productivity and convenience affects the quality mostly and that the most appropriate measure for the service quality of ERP service is satisfaction. Also, for the system acceptance, the ease-of-use is the main factor. And, the service quality and system acceptance shows a strong correlation. This means that, in order to enhance the quality of ERP services, the service provider needs to provide customers with productivity-enhanced user-friendly IT services and active product support. The work of this research can help to improve the service quality and the user acceptance of ERP services and to lead further research works in this area.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence satisfaction. Methods: To analyze factors that influence satisfaction, this study sets the factors into three dimensions such as service quality, perceived risk, and individual characteristics and analyze the causal relationship between influence factors and satisfaction through Structural Equation Model. Results: The results of this study are as follows; among service quality, user interface and reliability influenced satisfaction, but adaptability did not have any influence. Perceived risk of illegal access had a negative influence on satisfaction, while perceived risk of privacy leakage did not have significant influence on satisfaction in perceived risk. At last, self-efficacy had a significant influence on satisfaction. Conclusion: We identified the influence factors that influence satisfaction. Our findings will be necessary for Mobile Cloud Storage service providers to strengthen their service.

  • The biggest change in the current medical service market is the shift from producer-based approach to customer-based approach. Thus, there is a high necessity for an introduction of market-oriented and customer-oriented marketing activities in medical institutions. Especially, revisitation and positive word-of-mouth of customers are the most effective marketing methods of consistently obtaining customers and drawing new loyal customers. Hence, the factors influencing the reuse of medical services and word-of-mouth are demonstrated using SERVQUAL, and the results show that the service factors influencing reuse intentions on medical services are assurance, responsiveness, and tangibles and the factors strengthening word-of-mouth are empathy and assurance on the services provided by medical institutions. This study has determined that revistation and word-of-mouth of customers are not only influenced by satisfaction on medical services but by the quality itself as well. Therefore, medical service providers need to pursue standardized strategies in order to enhance the quality of medical services simultaneously in addition to simply increasing the customer satisfaction level.

  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.
