  • South Korea has experienced various social problems during rapid economic development, and now attempts to address them through social economy and advanced technologies. This approach, however, requires comprehensive research on not only phenomenal issues but also their fundamental causes and regional/cultural contexts as Design Thinking Process does. This study aims to draw implications for applying Design Thinking Process into the entire process of solving social problems, from field research, idea refinement, and solution design. Limitations of Design Thinking-based social problem solving are also drawn through comparative analysis on various cases. In conclusion, the process of refining ideas and developing product/service can be utilized by social enterprises, ventures, NGOs, etc. as a guideline in addressing social problems.

  • In this study, the product attributes that give customers the estimated benefits and products that can predict the customer's choice conjoint analysis techniques to identify the restaurant affinity markets a new dining concept was to develop. Questionnaire for this study of 400 non-response is negative and insincere characters, except for the final analysis, the questionnaire Part 309 was the target. Conjoint model used in this study Pearson's R is 0.928 ($p$<0.000), Kendall's tau is 0.750 ($p$<0.000) with an orthogonal plan was well suited for profiling attributes are extracted 16. Part of the relative importance of the value of the property to determine the result of analyzing the properties that are most important at the level of the respondents of the induct (38.46%), and followed by price (30.52%), Atmosphere (18.28%), and Exclusive space (12.73%) was followed. Portion of the property value for each analysis among industry preference for the Italian food was highest, a nature-friendly interior atmosphere had the highest affinity Average per price at 10,000 won~30,000 won or less than the amount of affinity was higher location of the restaurant alone, showed that space preferred. Through simulation in a virtual seafood restaurant nature-friendly image, average price per person ranging from 10,000 to 30,000won at an exclusive restaurant was most preferred.

  • The purpose of this study is to draw out the trade effect of the Korea ASEAN FTA by carrying out a panel analysis. For achieving such a purpose, Panel Unit Root, Panel Cointegration Test, Pooled OLS, Hausman Test, Fixed Effect, Random effect are performed. The last 15 years's data over the period of 1997 to 2011 concentrated on the ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, Thai, Vietnam is used in this study. Major implications are summarized as following. First, our government need to maximize the effect derived from conclusion of FTA(Free Trade Agreement) in order to enhance the competitive edge through obtaining a stable foreign market. Second, it necessary for our government to improve a national system by orienting a FTA conclusion complying with WTO's product and service-related regulation.

  • Overhaul and repair service means the sequential processes of disassembly, repair and reassembly for a product which has been used for a long time. Overhaul is required for the companies producing airplanes, ships, trains, military weapons and heavy industrial equipments which are very expensive and have a long life cycle. The most important performance measure of the overhaul repair shop is usually the lead time. Thus, how to design the manufacturing system to meet the delivery date is a major concern in overhaul repair shop. This paper introduces the case study of an overhaul repair shop producing military weapon systems with the 3D simulation tool, $QUEST^{TM}$. At first, the characteristics of overhaul shop and what should be considered for simulation modeling are explained. Then, various simulation scenarios including two types of disassembly systems, one is flow line system and the other is cell system, are discussed with the results of simulation experiments.

  • Omni-channel strategy is an innovative paradigm for integrated information distribution of inventory, sales, operations, marketing, delivery, pickups and returns in supply chain management. Recently the distribution strategy faces new challenges with the advent of mobile distribution channels. Social media with countless apps imposes additional stress on supply chain operations. Due to these changes, distribution network in supply chain is changing naturally and rapidly from multi-channel to omnni-channel platform. Recently numerous domestic distributors establish and adapt this new supply chain optimization tool as a part of seamless flow of movements of goods from one channel to other channels. The objective of this paper is to present a preliminary findings on how omnni-channel affects the supply chain management. A survey is used to ascertain in the degree of omnni-channel implementation and statistical evidence is provided to test sets of hypothesis. The results of the questionnaire showed that consumers' purchasing styles differed by gender, age, purchase purpose, and product type. In particular, women consider purchasing experience in omni-channel to be important. As food and household goods can be conveniently shipped, consumers prefer online purchasing it. Conversely, consumers tend to favor omni-channel strategy in connection with offline experience in IT products.

  • The home network technology which used USN is developing quickly. Use yet line to a lot of part as home network technology. Recently be leap into prominence to technology core of home network as wireless technology a ZigBee. ZigBee Perceive with cognition from tag and sensor as use USN, and processing, save, integration, and provide information. Implement the access control system which used technology BigBee with design at these papers. The wireless-based construction that used ZigBee. The influence that can let you implement early a Ubiquitous society is technology there being. Also, show by a large spinoff in an allied industry field, and improve the quality of life, and invention calls value added of leading edge IT service and product. The implementation of mobile base on access control system using zigbee method is expected to be helpful for the convenience in home network use.

  • The mass collaboration, one of the newest solutions for web-related tasks, has been recognized to be an effective tool for the R&D sectors of the corporates, since the key advantages of crowdsourcing is that the industrial challenges can be shared with the public entities to find proper solutions. This research approaches to the possibility of the design adoption with participation thorough the Internet will positively effect to its process. This research tried to look around the current trend of web 2.0 based services which support the Mass Collaboration method and results of paper related to the Crowdsourcing and design integration. Following to the analysis of web research, we meet the conclusion as just a small number of users' opinion has helped designing new product and service. And we compared it to the conventional design process detail functions, less number of websites support it. However, the result of paper research shows optimistic results of collective design activity. Several cases emphasize that participants were very active to support their thoughts, memories and novel design idea, therefore designer and researchers got enormous help from them and it was better than conventional participatory design in some perspective.

Comparative study of worksite food service between white and Blue color Groups in Seoul and kyunggi-Do (서울과 경기지역의 사무직과 육체적 노동직 급식간의 영양공급량 비교 연구)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the dietary and nutritional status supplied by group feeding for blue color and white color in Seoul and Kyunggi area. The results are summarized as follows : 1. Blue color and white color of the average food supply per person per day was 1370.0g. Blue color of the total fool supply was consisted of 35.1% grain, 44.1% vegetables. White color of the total fool supply was consisted of 31.8% grain, 44.0% vegetable. The amount of milk product, fruit and fat supply were very small. 2. Blue color and white color of the ratio of main dish and side dish supplied was 69 : 31, 60.0 : 39.7. 3. Main dish all is rice. Side dish ard kinds of soupes and Jigeai Johngol in the two groups. In the kind of side dish white color much more than blue color. Dessert are scarcely supplied in the two groups. 4. The mean daily supplies of energy and 9 nutrients were above the level of the R.D.A. Blue color and white color of the mean daily amount of energy supply was 2653.0㎉ 3022.6㎉. Blue color and white color of the ratio of carbohydrate, protein, and fat supplied was 68.4%, 18.6%, 13.1%, and 62.1%, 20.9%, 17.0%. 5. Blue color and white color of the average feeding cost amounts to 460won, 812won per meal. 6. Blue color; There were high correlations in supply amoung energy, protein, fat. Carbohydrate, calcium, iron, riboflavin, niacin. White color; There were high correlation in supply amoung energy, protein, carbohydrate, calcium, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vit-C.

  • DBS offers actual services to mass-media and communication system of very broad region in information society. Especially, the DBS is the only system to access TV broadcasting service on a sailing ship. But the ship's DBS receiver is required a complex antenna tracking system because ships are under complex moving such as pitch, roll, and yaw etc. This study is motivated to develop a tracking antenna system to receive the koreasat on small silo ship. Therefore, this system is researched to small size, light weight, simple operation, and low cost of the product. The mount structure have been a compact size and easy operation to the Az/El 2-axis type which is operated by step motor. And it is very useful on a ship in the around sea of korean peninsula. The antenna has a plate type of micro-strip array, and is a domestic production. The vibration sensor is selected to gyro sensor of ultra-sonic rate type for ship's moving control. Tracking method is used the step-tracking algorithm, and the ship's moving compensation is adapted to the closed loop control method by ship's moving detection of gyro sensor. Tracking test is operated by the ship's moving simulator, we examined the actual receiving state on sailing shipboard in the near sea of korean peninsular.

  • It is said that electronic documents to exchange information about goods and service in electronic form for electronic commerce between enterprise and enterprise(B2B) liver or enterprise and consumer(B2C) are e-Catalog, e-Catalog used in electronic commerce is important element that can express well enterprise's special quality of goods and product effectively from infinite Internet space. However, e-Catalog system been using in electronic commerce is no clear concept and consistent component etc. and is constructing each other dissimilar system and there is shortcoming that can not use e-Catalog information in exchange and transaction thereby. Hereupon, in this paper, defined e-Catalog document rescue that can process goods information configurationally using XML Schema to increase interoperability in selfishness species system. Also, change e-Catalog document that was defined as XML to e-Catalog document of other structure using XSLT and designed and embody integrated e-Catalog system so that may manage.
