  • In a situation where the recognition of archival services remains minimal, an evaluation of archival information services by users could provide a better understanding of users' practical needs and present helpful information for improved services. A service evaluation by users using questionnaires was conducted in university archives, which can similarly categorize their user groups and have frequent interactions with the users for the provision of services. Questionnaires suitable for the evaluation of university archives were developed based on the review of the evaluation tools in archival information services. From April to October 2015, 113 users' evaluation results were collected from 13 university archives. As a result of goodness of fit tests, the users' service evaluation items were categorized into four parts: Use Results, Provision of Information on Archives, Accessibility to Archives, and Interaction. For those four parts, evaluation by descriptive statistics, T-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. Users evaluated Interaction parts highly while they were less satisfied with Provision of Information on Archives. T-test results showed that university archives with search engines and with electronic records management systems were evaluated higher than archives without such technology. In the regression analysis, the Interaction and Provision of Information on Archives parts were found to have an influence on the Use Results part.

  • Until now, systems in financial companies have been constructed and operated based on great mainframe proved being stability. But it has had many disadvantages since they only implement maintenance adding and changing function. So they need construction of new systems(development of critical application, integration of various service channel, management of customer data). In spite of great construction costs and high risk, it is necessary that they construct e-financial system. Nowadays financial institutions must actively offer services to customers. In other words, the key of service is being moved from providers to customers. In oder to develop and sell new products in a timely manner, integrated management about appropriate and valid customer data is needed. And new system that covers expanded area of work is needed since the original parts of the area is being broken gradually. In this paper, we search construction processes of e-financial system of Nonghyup to respond to new financial environment flexibly and actively, concrete contents about innovation activities of e-financial system and the cases of service utilization. Also, we suggest the development direction of e- financial system for Nonghyup following day.

  • The purposes of this study were: a) to develop the a quality measurement tool for the contract-managed hospital foodservice, and b) to evaluate their performance with the developed quality measurement tool, and c) to verify the reliability and validity of the quality measurement tool. The developed quality measurement tool comprised two parts, which were foodservice management and medical nutrition care service. The foodservice management part was classified into six functional categories which were Menu, Procurement and Storage, Production and Distribution, Facility and Utility, Sanitation and Safety, and Management and Evaluation. The medical nutrition care service part indicated the medical nutrition care provided. Quality measurement tool had 91 standards and 324 indicators. The quality measurement tools were distributed to the hospital foodservice manager employed by the foodservice company. The 324 indicators were measured by foodservice manager on the 5-Likert-type scales, and then adapted to a 100 point scale. The SPSS Ver. 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. The categories whose scores were evaluated as being high were Procurement', General Sanitation', Personal sanitation' and Waste' and the categories whose scores were evaluated as being low were Diet Order Manual', Standard Recipe', Appropriateness (Facility and Utility)', Check (Facility and Utility)'and Information Management'. All the categories of medical nutrition service were evaluated as having seriously low scores. Therefore, it was necessary for the contract-managed hospital foodservice to improve its performance in the area of medical nutrition care service. For the verification of the developed quality measurement tool, the reliability obtained by calculating Cronbach's α was 0.8747, and the content validity was also proved by scrutiny of the modification of the Professional group's techniques. • Many dispatching rules have been developed for the on-line control of product flow in a job shop. The introduction of a flexible manufacturing system (FMS) has added a new requirement to classical job shop control problem : the selection of machines by parts of different types. An FMS can keep a great deal of information on the status of the system, such as information on what is scheduled in the near future, with great accuracy. For example, the knowledge of the time when the next part will arrive at each machine can be neneficial for the routing. This paper tests the effects of the use of this knowledge for part routing on the parts flow time (sum of the time for waiting and service) under a simple routing procedure- a look-ahead routing procedure. A test under many operating conditions shows that the reduction of part flow time from the cases without using this information is between 1% and 11%, which justifies more study on this routing procedure at real production sites when machine capacity is a critical issue. The test results of this paper are also valid for other highly automated systems such as the semi-conductor fabrication plants for routing when the arrivals of parts in the near future are known.

  • This article summarizes the structure of China's current social health insurance system and reviews the development status of China's private health insurance (PHI). China's medical security system is mainly composed of two parts: basic medical insurance (BMI) and PHI. Among them, the BMI provides reimbursement of basic medical expenses for the insured persons according to different proportions. PHI is a necessary supplement to the BMI and provides assistance to the insured persons in the event of illness or accident. By having PHI, people can obtain medical protection outside the coverage of BMI. In the development of PHI in China, the total medical cost is high and the insurance market size is large, but the proportion of PHI expenditure is low and the personal burden is high. Through this Chinese case, it will be helpful for mutual development between Korean PHI and national health insurance, for Korean insurance companies to enter the Chinese market, and for removing the medical burden on the people.

  • In the EPC(Engineering Procurement and Construction) project of the plant, procurement engineering has a profound effect on the profitability of the project. It is important that the procurement specifications are well written to ensure that procurement engineering works properly. In the meantime, the procurement specifications have been created by the experience of the person in charge because there was no system for helping procurement engineering. To cope with this situation, we are developing a procurement engineering management support system (PeMSS). This paper describes how to implement a knowledge-based service in the procurement engineering management support system. First, we briefly introduce the PeMSS, the knowledge base application field, and how to apply it. The parts that requires knowledge-based service are parsing the requirements in the PDF (Portable Document Format) file and management of the document provided by the supplier of the equipment.
