본 연구는 우리나라 소방조직의 구조적 특성을 분석의 요소에 따라 확인하고 규명하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여, 소방공무원으로 구성된 소방조직을 연구대상으로 한정하고, 조직의 구조적 특성(복잡성, 집권성, 공식성)을 선행연구와 관계법령을 이용하여 확인하였다. 연구결과, 소방조직은 복잡성, 집권성, 공식성이 모두 높은 조직구조를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전형적인 기계적 관료제적의 조직 특성으로, 일반 정부행정조직이나 기업조직에서는 찾아 볼 수 없는 소방조직만의 고유한 특성이다. 본 연구결과는 소방조직의 학술적 개념을 정립하는데 기여가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Courier and logistics services such as customer contact employees (customer-contact employee) of the attitudes and behavior of the customer satisfaction level of service quality evaluation and a very big impact. In this study, using a typical customer contact employees, and to target the delivery service industry employees the organization's service orientation and customer orientation by examining the impact on the quality of companies within the organization for growth and development needs and the importance of service orientation will be trying out for. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to develop and test the validity and reliability of the Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization. Methods: The Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization, $SERV^*OR$, was developed through forward-backward translation methods. Internal consistency and reliability, construct and criterion validity were calculated using SPSS Statistics WIN 17.0. Survey data were collected from 283 clinical nurses in a general hospital in J province. Results: The Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization showed reliable internal consistency with Cronbach's ${\alpha}$'s for the total scale ranging from .85~.91. Factor loading of the 30 items on four sub-scales ranged from .67~.83. The sub scales were named service leadership, service system, customer focus, and service control. Item convergent and discriminant validity were also established for the Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization. Criterion validity showed a significant correlation with customer orientation. Conclusion: The findings of the study demonstrate that the Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization has satisfactory construct and criterion validity, and reliability and can be used to measure service orientation.

A UV-cured adhesive with a low $T_g$ below the room temperature was used as a substrate for manufacturing a film-like liquid crystal display. This film-like LCD shows a fully flexibility due to the low $T_g$ property, and the manufacture processes are roll-to-roll compatible due to the coating processes.

본 연구의 목적은 제조업에 융복합서비스를 제공하고 있는 기업 내 학습조직구축활동이 조직구성원들의 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 조절변수로서 조직지원인식의 역할을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 수도권 소재 31개 융복합사업서비스기업의 조직구성원 327명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 단계적 회귀분석방법을 사용해 분석하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과 학습조직구축활동의 7가지 변수와 조직지원인식 모두 조직시민행위에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과와 관련해서는 독립변수인 학습조직구축활동의 7요인 중 전략적 학습리더십만이 종속변수인 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향에 있어 조절변수인 조직지원인식에 의하여 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 정리하고 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의한 후, 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

From fast service enlargement of the latest economy and industry, importance of service industry is embossed gradually. Service enterprise is pushing on in service quality elevation for strengthening competitiveness to survive on globalization society as manufacturing industry. Service quality elevation adapts as core competitive strategy in enterprise with business environment as continuous competitive advantage. Because Public organization also is developed in service fast, Public organization is trying to offer various service such as service level of enterprise. Each Public organization are trying to satisfy request of citizens as Customer. In this study, presented Kano-Servqual Method which is mixed by Kano's and Servqual model's advantage, each Method had used much in service quality measurement separately. Kano-Servqual Method is applied to the A information library as a public organization and is proved as practical useful method.

In this paper, we analyze the impact of plasma etching process induced device degradation on low temperature poly-Si TFTs. The results indicate the relationship between device degradation and PPID effect during plasma fabrication. The dual-gate structure, which is used to suppress leakage current, is also discussed in this research.

In this paper, we demonstrate the impact of oxide interface-state on low temperature poly-Si TFTs. The TFTs with interface-state exhibit poor performance and serious degradation under hot carrier and gate bias stress. Our results indicate that the worse oxide integrity cause initial characteristic shift and device instability.

The dependence of stress-induced leakage current on LTPS TFTs was characterized in this study. The impacts of poly-Si crystallization, gate insulator, impurity activation, hydrogenation process and electrostatic discharge damage were investigated. It was observed more TFTs instable characteristic under those process-assisted processes. According to the LTPS roadmap, smaller geometric and low temperature process were the future trend and the stress-induced leakage current should be worthy of remark.
