A Study on the Characteristics of Fire Service Organization Structure (소방조직의 구조적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper discusses the characteristics of the fire service organization structure in the Republic of Korea. The subjects of the study were selected by the fire service organization consisting of public firefighters in the Republic of Korea. The characteristics of the fire service organization structure (complexity, centrality, and officiality) were confirmed by various articles and previous references. The fire service organization showed a mechanical structure and bureaucratic organization. The levels of complexity, centrality, and officiality in the characteristics of fire service organization structure were higher than those of a general administration organization or company organization. In conclusion, this paper contributes to the development of fire service organization theory by confirming the characteristics of fire service organization structure.

  • Courier and logistics services such as customer contact employees (customer-contact employee) of the attitudes and behavior of the customer satisfaction level of service quality evaluation and a very big impact. In this study, using a typical customer contact employees, and to target the delivery service industry employees the organization's service orientation and customer orientation by examining the impact on the quality of companies within the organization for growth and development needs and the importance of service orientation will be trying out for. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

  • Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.

Validity and Reliability of a Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization (의료기관의 서비스지향성 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research was to develop and test the validity and reliability of the Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization. Methods: The Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization, $SERV^*OR$, was developed through forward-backward translation methods. Internal consistency and reliability, construct and criterion validity were calculated using SPSS Statistics WIN 17.0. Survey data were collected from 283 clinical nurses in a general hospital in J province. Results: The Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization showed reliable internal consistency with Cronbach's ${\alpha}$'s for the total scale ranging from .85~.91. Factor loading of the 30 items on four sub-scales ranged from .67~.83. The sub scales were named service leadership, service system, customer focus, and service control. Item convergent and discriminant validity were also established for the Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization. Criterion validity showed a significant correlation with customer orientation. Conclusion: The findings of the study demonstrate that the Service Orientation Scale for Health Care Organization has satisfactory construct and criterion validity, and reliability and can be used to measure service orientation.

  • A UV-cured adhesive with a low $T_g$ below the room temperature was used as a substrate for manufacturing a film-like liquid crystal display. This film-like LCD shows a fully flexibility due to the low $T_g$ property, and the manufacture processes are roll-to-roll compatible due to the coating processes.

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.

  • From fast service enlargement of the latest economy and industry, importance of service industry is embossed gradually. Service enterprise is pushing on in service quality elevation for strengthening competitiveness to survive on globalization society as manufacturing industry. Service quality elevation adapts as core competitive strategy in enterprise with business environment as continuous competitive advantage. Because Public organization also is developed in service fast, Public organization is trying to offer various service such as service level of enterprise. Each Public organization are trying to satisfy request of citizens as Customer. In this study, presented Kano-Servqual Method which is mixed by Kano's and Servqual model's advantage, each Method had used much in service quality measurement separately. Kano-Servqual Method is applied to the A information library as a public organization and is proved as practical useful method.

  • In this paper, we analyze the impact of plasma etching process induced device degradation on low temperature poly-Si TFTs. The results indicate the relationship between device degradation and PPID effect during plasma fabrication. The dual-gate structure, which is used to suppress leakage current, is also discussed in this research.

  • In this paper, we demonstrate the impact of oxide interface-state on low temperature poly-Si TFTs. The TFTs with interface-state exhibit poor performance and serious degradation under hot carrier and gate bias stress. Our results indicate that the worse oxide integrity cause initial characteristic shift and device instability.

  • The dependence of stress-induced leakage current on LTPS TFTs was characterized in this study. The impacts of poly-Si crystallization, gate insulator, impurity activation, hydrogenation process and electrostatic discharge damage were investigated. It was observed more TFTs instable characteristic under those process-assisted processes. According to the LTPS roadmap, smaller geometric and low temperature process were the future trend and the stress-induced leakage current should be worthy of remark.
