This study was performed as a part of survey for the operation and interim evaluation of the on-going pilot project of community health in Jeomdong-Myon, Yeoju-Gun, Kyunggi-Province since 1982. Seven Villages (Ri) were selected purposively for the survey from a total of 26 villages in Jeomdong-Myon, target area, under the consideration of the socio-economic background and the distribution of health resources. The target population was the women in age group of 15-44 years in that area and a total of 156 women were interviewed. This study was done by the interview survey using questionnaire which was composed with questions about MCH and FP. The results were as follows; 1) ln the status of maternal health, (1) the proportion of receiving antenatal care was relatively high (67.1%) in this area, but the starting time of antenatal care was delayed to 7 months or more of gestational period in 22 percent. Therefore some intervention would be necessary for advancing the time of antenatal care. (2) The proportion of home delivery was decreased according to the rank of birth-order. And more than 50 percent of delivery attendants were mothers-in-law or neighbors. The fact indicates that the health education for non-professional delivery attendents would be necessary for improving home delivery and the content of education would be preferable to focussing to the method of hygienic delivery attending. (3) The comprehensive health service and education would be recommended for the postnatal care, because of the extremely low rate of postnatal care in this area. 2) In the status of child health, (1) the pro-portion of breast feeding was 90.2 percent, and the weaning started after 12 months of birth in 12.7 percent. This indicates the necessity of education about the weaning program. (2) The proportion of completed basic vaccination was 39.6% and the main reason of missing vaccination was poor accessibility in terms of time. For that, the supply of vaccine to primary health care units (health subcenters) should be continuous, not infrequent nor occassional. 3) The proportion of respondants who were using contraceptive methods currently was 79.8 percent and in 44.7 percent they accepted the permanent contraceptive methods. Those results are distinct in this area. But it seems a serious health problem that 53.2 percent of respondants were experienced the induced abortion for birth control.

In this paper, we studied vehicle to vehicle (VTV) communication system using DSRC of 5.8 GHz bands. Nowadays, in the road traffic system is going intelligent and advancing, communication between driving vehicle is very important technology for ITS. We can contrive smoothness and safety traffic flowing by exchanging information about velocity, location, braking and driving condition of nearby vehicles. Therefore, we developed and verified the system which required for the communication among vehicles using DSRC technology of 5.8 GHz band hasa 1 Mbps data rate in the high mobility condition. For this, we developed DSRC modem, data link layer and logic link layer to make it possible that communication between vehicles of perfectly operation, and developed application service program for VTV communication. We performed to communication test in the general road and ascent road. In case of the general mad, obtained VTV communication results are more than number of 17 with in 300 m LOS coverage, and total communication time are $2.34{\sim]18.7$ msec that considered maximum 8-transaction. We blow that obtained results can be used VTV communication or the in areas form the feasibility road test as a function or various conditions. In the future, this system is very useful of advanced safety vehicle (ASV) and super smart vehicle system (SSVS) and so on.
This study aims to review the standard operation status on wood, pulp and paper industry in Korea according to the industry standardization law which has been revised for strengthening expertise of relevant department and to propose a management strategy of Korean Standards (KS) in figure. Korea Forest Service (KFS) is the responsible department of managing KS on the wood, pulp and paper industry from 2015, and currently opertates three expert committees (wood and wooden construction, wood-based materials, pulp and paper) and wood and paper industry council to review 426 standards. To support an improvement of technical competency and securement of marketability of Korean wood industry, it is about time to review the standards and to develop practical standards since it is managed by specialized department. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish a systematic approach on the management of KS, based on thorough analysis of current KS. To remove possible technical barrier on trade due to the differences of standards between countries, the conformity with international standards is necessary. Also, for sustainability of standard management system, training specialists and building their capability is essential.

This has analyzed 813 startups which had supported by Seoul Metropolitan City in particular from 2009 to 2010. Empirical analysis has choosed business room for free, startup grant for operation, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support and collaboration support among startups in the business incubator as independent variables and also implemented startup success satisfaction degree as a depentent variable. The results shows that the degree of satisfaction on start-up activity support fund for entrepreneur and the degree of satisfaction on collaboration support among firms in the business incubator have statistical significant impact on start-up success satisfaction degree. The study has an implication that it provides a basic data on policy support strategies by central and local autonomous governments that facilitate entrepreneurs to achieve start-up business goals by understanding the factors that affect the business performance of entrepreneurs. In addition, the study offers new directions for entrepreneurs in a way that promotes the start-up performance by business room for free, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support which were investigated as statistical insignificant constructs, so that the author expects new studies about more effective business incubator system to enhance the performanc of start-up in business incubator.
Without a solid marketing system in placed, the fashion industry cannot flourish on out-standing design or technology alone. Even though the significance of collecting and analyzing information, merchandising, and retail distribution is recognized, these functions are not firmly rooted or prevalent in our industry. In contrast, Italy which possesses similar demographic traits such as the lack of natural resources and other physical factors has succeed-ed in globalizing its fashion market by responding swiftly and exercising flexiblity to its constantly changing consumer demand. This in turn has earned Italy the competitive edge in the global fashion arena. Italy's unique management skills and operation know-how, along with successful market strategies come into play in bringing competitiveness to Italy's fashion market. Firstly, smaller companies with ability to adopt swiftly to the ever changing market. Secondly, fashion friendly social environment. Thirdly, niche marketing through highly specialized system and differentiation. Fourthly, timeless innovation through intense corporate competition. Lastly, establishment of foundations to support the industry through diverse networking. The alone building blocks have formed a basis for erecting an unparalleled market with a reputation for excellence in design and quality in the global fashion world. This study has examined how Italy's fashion industry has evolved from an underdeveloped textile business into a cutting edge fashion in-dustry. Italy's unique business processes and practices were studied to come up with a collection and merchandising ideas in a niche market. By selecting this venue we are able to continuously grow and develop in a market with diverse consumer needs. To analyze the Italian fashion market, data from 3 institutions were utilized, namely, CIT-ER which has provided consumer trends and sales analysis, SITA,a data service provided statistics from the textile and apparel businesses, and NBI has also furnished valuable data. Italian consumer preference, buying behavior, consumer profile, retail channels and other related data from the above institutions has formed a backbone for market segmentation and target markets, and as a result, we were able to zero in on the type of consumer, produce, pricing and retail channels for our womenswear. Going forward the direction is to elevate product image and pretige, and create syn-ergy between related industries, and at the same note, in order to develop internationally recognized brands such as Max Mara and Benetton. Certain elements such as the specialization of the fashion industry, alon-g with fashion-related data base and systems support, and most importantly experts with acute fashion sense and capacity to analyze pertinent data are in need. I firmly believe that we can achieve Italy's level in the fashion market with support from the government and unrelenting effort within the industry itself, and hope that this report can prove to be useful.
In spite of the widely held belief that e-Marketplace will be expanded continuously, scholars are still reluctant to accept the positive expectation. Many anecdotal evidence and case studies indicate that there are several obstacles that hinder e-business firms from building the e-Marketplaces. Actually, this obstacles has led many e-marketplaces' failures. The purpose of this study is to verify the possibility of the e-Marketplace expansion and to explore how to deal the obstacles in the e-Marketplace operation. To achieve such objectives, a successful e-Marketplace case was investigated. The conclusion of this research is as follows : (1) e-Marketplaces can be built even in the high asset specificity and high complexity of product description market. Therefore it is acceptable that e-marketplace will be expanded continuously as argumented by Malone et al.(1989). (2) But the driving factor is not solely information technologies but the capability of e-business firms that consider technical factors, social factors, and service related factors all together. It was also noted that the capability of e-business firms to handle the inherent obstacles is important for the expansion of e-Marketplaces.

Origin-destination data have been collected and utilized for demand analysis and service design in various fields such as public transportation and traffic operation. As the utilization of big data becomes important, there are increasing needs to store raw origin-destination data for big data analysis. However, it is not practical to store and analyze the raw data for a long period of time since the size of the data increases by the power of the number of the collection points. To overcome this storage limitation and long-period pattern analysis, this study proposes a methodology for compression and origin-destination data analysis with the compressed data. The proposed methodology is applied to public transit data of Sejong and Seoul. We first measure the reconstruction error and the data size for each truncated matrix. Then, to determine a range of principal components for removing random data, we measure the level of the regularity based on covariance coefficients of the demand data reconstructed with each range of principal components. Based on the distribution of the covariance coefficients, we found the range of principal components that covers the regular demand. The ranges are determined as 1~60 and 1~80 for Sejong and Seoul respectively.

This paper proposes a new high speed SHA-1 architecture using multiple unfolding and pre-computation techniques. We unfolds iterative hash operations to 2 continuos hash stage and reschedules computation timing. Then, the part of critical path is computed at the previous hash operation round and the rest is performed in the present round. These techniques reduce 3 additions to 2 additions on the critical path. It makes the maximum clock frequency of 118 MHz which provides throughput rate of 5.9 Gbps. The proposed architecture shows 26% higher throughput with a 32% smaller hardware size compared to other counterparts. This paper also introduces a analytical model of multiple SHA-1 architecture at the system level that maps a large input data on SHA-1 block in parallel. The model gives us the required number of SHA-1 blocks for a large multimedia data processing that it helps to make decision hardware configuration. The hs fospeed SHA-1 is useful to generate a condensed message and may strengthen the security of mobile communication and internet service.
With the hubbing strategy, construction of "Incheon Airport Railroad(AREX)" was proceeded to expand the accessibility at the level of airports in rivalry like Kansai and Chek Lap Kok. At the present 1st phase which routes from Incheon Airport to Kimpo Airport is opened March 2007. 2nd phase which is planned from Kimpo Airport to Seoul station will be opened at the end of October 2010. But the accessibilty to AREX is delinquent because it is connected only in Seoul station and the maximum operation speed is 110km/h which downgrade the time competitiveness with airport limousine. In addition, transfering of user is necessary to access to AREX from Kyungbu KTX. With these reasons, travel demand in 1st phase section is low(7%). According to reestimation of travel demand, demand analysis result compared with convention condition is insufficient, so required annual average government grant-in-aid amounts to 200 billions won, and it is right time to develop the method for revitalization of Incheon airport railroad. In this paper, facilities plan and operating plan to make new travel demand by speed-up which is able through substitution train now running with high speed train(EMU, 180km/h) and direct connection of KTX, will be suggested. This will contribute to offering high speed railroad service to customers and the reduction of government grant-in-aid by way of demand expansion.
