간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 간호업무수행 (Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Nursing Performance of Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward Nurses and General Ward Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동 간호사를 대상으로 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 간호업무수행을 조사하고 비교하여 간호·간병통합서비스병동의 효율적인 간호인력 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 비교조사 연구이다. 대상자는 D광역시 일개 종합병원의 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사 136명으로, 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 SPSS WIN 23.0 program 으로 분석하였다. 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 간호업무수행에서 집단 간의 유의한 차이는 없었고 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 일방병동 간호사의 직무만족과 직무스트레스가 높을수록 간호업무수행이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 간호업무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무만족과 직무스트레스로 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사는 20.6%, 일반병동 간호사는 47.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 직무만족을 높이고 직무스트레스를 적정 유지시킬 수 있는 간호업무수행 능력증진을 위한 지원이 필요하다.

서비스직 근로자의 개인-직무 적합성과 직무만족 관계에서 조직후원인식의 매개효과 분석 (The Effect of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction for the Employees of the Service Sector: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Perceived Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구는 서비스직 근로자의 개인-직무 적합성과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 조직후원인식의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 개인-직무 적합성, 직무만족, 조직후원인식에 대한 선행연구를 기반으로 연구모형을 설정하고 가설을 도출하였다. 특히, 조직후원인식은 정서적 조직후원인식과 수단적 조직후원인식으로 세분화하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 국내 기업에서 서비스 직무를 담당하고 있는 근로자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 온라인으로 총 350명에게 배포되었으며, 최종 281명의 응답 결과를 분석하여, 유효 회수율은 80.3%를 기록하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 개인-직무적합성은 직무만족과 조직후원인식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-직무 적합성과 직무만족간의 관계에서 조직후원인식의 하위요인 중 정서적 조직후원인식은 매개효과가 있는 나타났으나, 수단적 조직후원인식은 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로, 고객 점점에서 감정노동을 수행하는 서비스직 근로자의 개인-직무 적합성을 판단해 볼 수 있는 채용 제도의 변화, 조직 구성원의 정서적 지원체계 구축을 위한 조직 문화 및 인사제도 마련, 서비스직 근로자들의 직무만족을 높이기 위한 보상 및 인력개발 체계 구축 등 인사교육 전반에 걸친 이론적 및 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

산업보건관리자의 직무능력에 관한 연구 - 서울$\cdot$경기 지역의 산업보건센타를 중심으로 (A Study on the Job Ability of Industrial Health Service Agency Members - with the Focus on the Industrial Health Service Agency in Seoul and Kyungki -)

  • To analyze the roles by abilities between manpower through the analysis of industrial health service agency personnel, 115 industrial health service agency personnel in 19 Industrial Health Service Agency personnel scattered in Seoul and Kyungki areas have been investigated according to the questionnaires formulated in line with the Likert 5-point scale from September 1 through October 30, 1995 and the following significant result has been obtained: 1. The job abilities by fields. 1) In the field of health care, the level of medical personnel's job ability was 3.30 on average and that of industrial hygienists' was 2.54 on average, which showed that the level of medical personnel's job ability was higher. 2) In the field of health management, there was a difference between the level of medical personnel's job ability and that of industrial hygienists' only in the health education but there was not so much difference between manpower' which showed that it was 3.00 on average. 3) In the field of working environment management. the level of industrial hygienists' job ability was 4.03 on average and that of medical personnel's was 2.62, which showed that the level of industrial hygienists' job ability was higher than that of medical personnel's. 2. The job abilities by manpower. As for the job ability by manpower. on the health care the medical personnel's ability was more excellent than the industrial hygienists' and on the working environment management the latter's{industrial hygienists') ability was more excellent than the former's(the medical personnel's). However. the field that a difference between both manpower as mentioned above was not recognized was the health management. 3. As for the difference of potential factors between manpower. in Factor '1' the industrial hygienists' 80.7 points by percentage was higher than the medical personnel's 52.5 points and in Factor '2' the latter's(medical personnels's) 72.6 points by percentage was higher than the former's{industrial hygienists') 50.6 points in the level of job abilities. The above result shows that the industrial health service agency personnel can be classified into the job with a difference between manpower and that without any difference manpower. Therefore, the following issues: First: The field of health care shall be defined as the medical personnel's exclusive job. Second: The field of working environment management shall be defined as the industrial hygienists' exclusive job. Third: The field of health management shall be defined as a common job to lead the limits of time and space in the collective group occupational health management to be controlled effectively.

경기ㆍ인천지역 학교급식 조리종사원의 스마트 HACCP 사용의 직무수행도, 직무만족도, 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting Smart HACCP Utilization: Job Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Job Stress among School Food Service Employees in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon)

  • The Smart Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) management system, which integrates information technology (IT) to automate and analyze big data, has been introduced into school food services. This study investigated the job performance, job satisfaction, and job stress of employees in school food services using Smart HACCP. Data were collected via questionnaires from 350 employees in school food services who utilized Smart HACCP and worked in Gyeonggi-do or Incheon. The questionnaire included general information, workplace characteristics, HACCP education status, job performance, and job satisfaction according to the use of Smart HACCP, and general job stress. The responses showed that 92.3% of the participants had received HACCP education in the workplace, and 66.6% understood the content of the education. Among the HACCP process stages, CCP2 (Food Handling and Cooking) and CCP3 (Cooking Completion and Distribution) were the stages at which all participants were using Smart HACCP. CCP3 had the highest percentage (61.4%) of participants who experienced feeling the maximum reduction in their tasks by using Smart HACCP. The Smart HACCP job performance at CCP1 (Inspection) and Smart HACCP job satisfaction were higher in workplaces with 6~10 employees, compared to those with 10≤ employees (both P<0.05). The Smart HACCP job performances at of CP1 (Refrigeration and Freezer Temperature Management) and CP2 (Cleaning and Disinfection of Food Contact Surfaces) were significantly affected by the work area. General job stress was significantly higher in cooks than in cook practitioners, higher in employees with cook certification than in those without it, and higher in employees with work experience (<1 year), compared to those with 5~10 years or 10~15 years' experience. In conclusion, employees' job performance and satisfaction with Smart HACCP need to be enhanced to improve hygiene in school food service. This requires the effective management of their job stress.

군수부대 종사자 직무만족과 사용부대 서비스품질, 고객만족 간 관계에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships among Job Satisfaction of Employees, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction in Military Logistics)

  • 군은 현재까지 물적인 흐름인 군수지원체제를 발전시켜 왔지만 군수지원 서비스에 대한 충분한 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 본 연구는 군수 기능(정비, 보급, 급양)에 따라 종사자의 직무만족을 분석하고, 나아가 군수부대의 직무만족과 사용(전투)부대의 서비스품질 인식의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 군수부대 직무만족에서는 기능에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 둘째 사용부대의 서비스품질 요인 중 유형성에서 기능에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 사후분석을 통해 서비스품질에 관한 의미있는 결과가 확인되었다.

공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 도서관 서비스 품질과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality and Librarian's Job Satisfaction in Public Libraries)

  • 도서관의 성과를 이용자에게 제공하는 서비스의 품질 강화라고 할 때, 이에 영향을 미치는 요소로서 도서관 내부인적자원의 능력이 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 이용자가 인식하는 서비스 품질간의 관계를 밝히기 위해 서울 인천 경기 지역 10개의 공공도서관을 대상으로 직원의 직무만족도와 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$모형을 적용한 도서관서비스 품질을 조사하였다. 그 결과 직무만족 중 직무자체 요인과 조직요인의 만족도가 높을수록 서비스 품질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 고객 만족도 향상을 위해 직원의 직무만족에 대한 제고가 필요한 것으로 판단되며, 이에 따른 실무적 함의를 논의하였다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify influencing factors affecting service quality provided by caregivers working for the elderly with dementia. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from 214 caregivers in a long-term care facility in D city. The data were analyzed with service quality, dementia knowledge, work value, and job performance confidence. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in service quality depending on the health status. Factors influencing service quality were work value, and job performance confidence with R2 value of 38%. The highly influencing factors were work value, and job performance confidence. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the effort to improve the service quality of caregivers should focus on work value and job performance confidence.

Exploring Job Attitude of Service Employee and Its Impact on Customer Orientation in the Food Industry - Focusing on Daejeon Restaurants -

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of job attitudes from the professional restaurant service organization on customer orientation. Using a self-administered questionnaire, data was collected from service employees of professional restaurants. Survey was conducted 20 days from October 11, 2015 to October 30, 2015. Total of 200 questionnaire were distributed and 185 samples were collected and used in the data analysis after excluding 15 unfaithfulness answers. SPSS 18.0 statistical program were used to analyze samples. The result indicated significant and positive impacts between job attitude and its sub-factors(i.e., job satisfaction, organizational commitment) on customer orientation.

서울지역 공공의료기관 간호사의 병동과 병동 외 구분에 따른 직무스트레스와 피로 (Job Stress and Fatigue between Ward Nurses and Non-ward Nurses in Public Medical Institution, Seoul)

  • Objectives: The study was conducted to understand job stress and fatigue conditions by dividing nurses in a polyclinic-level public medical institution, Seoul with more than 600 beds into ward nurses and non-ward nurses and to comprehend sub-areas of job stress that affect fatigue. Methods: A survey was conducted from August 18 2014 to September 12 2014, so 216 cases were analyzed by using PASW statistics 18.0. Results: Job stress of ward nurses is significantly high in the psychological burden of nursing service area and medical limit. Fatigue of ward nurses is also higher. As a result of multiple Linear regression, nursing service area affects fatigue of ward nurses and there is no significant influence factors in non-ward nurses. Conclusion: Therefore, mental health education and interest of hospital in nursing service area are more needed for ward nurses with high job stress and fatigue among nurses.

병원 급식종사원의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (Foodservice Employee Job Satisfaction in 14 Hospital Food Service Systems)

  • Recently hospital food service systems are often burdened with labour problems including employee job dissatisfaction, high labour costs and turn over. It is essential that these factors should be considered in developing for assuring palatable, nutritious, and safe feeding. A survey of 14 hospital conventional food service systems was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 390 catering staff. Foodservice employee satisfaction was evaluated by measuring employee job attitudes towards five aspects of their job using the Job Description Index(JDI). The food serive workers surveyed in this research were less satisfied with their jobs than are other types of workers in other industries. The demographic variables including age, length of employment and kinds of work were significantly related to job satisfaction. It was also found that catering staff in 14 hospitals surveyed were more satisfied with their interpersonal relations with supervisions and co-workers than with work content, pay and promotional opportunities.
